"My stay was great! My room got upgraded, so it was really spacious. The hotel was easy to find and super convenient for transportation, being close to the subway station. There were lots of food options nearby, plus a convenience store for anything I needed. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk staff were very polite and even offered me a honey drink. They carefully explained where breakfast was and all the important details. The breakfast in the morning was delicious too. It was very quiet at night, and even though the windows were big, there was no noise, which was a big plus."

The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Anytime we needed fresh towels or to have the trash taken out, the staff took care of it very quickly. The breakfasts in the cafeteria were delicious and offered a good variety. Next time I need to stay at a hotel in Hangzhou, I will definitely choose this one."

"The hotel is close to Line 19 and has convenient transportation. The food stalls opposite the hotel at night are particularly lively. Downstairs of the hotel is Jingye Bridge Head Sannen and other dining stalls, which can satisfy the taste buds of foodies. The hotel is very cost-effective, and the price was not very outrageous during the peak of the 5.2 holiday. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room furnishings are very suitable for relaxation, and the children like the hotel room very much. The breakfast tastes good too. The front desk service of the hotel is warm and actively asks if water is needed when leaving the store. Overall the experience is very good."

"The hotel's service was actually good, but the hygiene conditions were really concerning. There was hair everywhere in the room, including on the bed (I forgot to take a picture). The front desk offered to switch rooms for me, but I really didn't have enough time. Plus, why should I waste my time changing rooms when it's the hotel's problem? Later, I ran into a cleaning staff member in the hallway and asked if she could help tidy up again (since I didn't have time to switch rooms). She immediately told me that rooms are only cleaned once per guest, and then she walked away before I could even finish speaking 😂. Overall... aside from the less-than-ideal cleaning by that one staff member, everything else was fine."

"During the May Day holiday, I took my family on a trip, and for our last night before heading home, we chose to stay at the Fairfield by Marriott in Future Sci-Tech City. The hotel facilities are very new, clean, and tidy. A special thank you to Hannah at the front desk, who upgraded our room type for free when we checked in, and also gave us a complimentary breakfast for each room. She arranged both rooms on the 10th floor, and the room locations were excellent. I also want to thank Qiqi at the front desk for thoughtfully reminding us of various important details during check-in. There's also a short-haired service auntie on the 10th floor who is very nice, always smiling, and ready to help with anything. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and we will definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Hangzhou."
