would absolutely recommend this hotel for travellers looking for a more quiet area! hotel is located on a hill with little foot traffic and we hardly heard any sounds from vehicles etc. lovely breakfast provided each morning, super friendly receptionist (always immediately responsive on WeChat) and the cutest cat. recommend their biggest room which was so spectacular and worth the money spent.

This is a guest house, it looks family owned. When you arrive at the children's park and are in the car park facing the entrance, go left, pass the back entrance you see the vila. The reception is a little damp and shabby but the room upstairs overlooking the garden was great, clean, worth all the amenities and warm. Beds were clean and confortable. Good location with lots of food shops across the street. 10/15 min walk fro the beautiful flower park and West lake. Happy days. 🌸😊

This is my second time staying at Longjing Mood B&B, and it's still as wonderful as I remember. The small garden is beautifully maintained in a European style, complete with an outdoor spiral staircase, a rocking chair, a pond, and little angel statues – it's even prettier than my last visit! The room facilities are also excellent, with two large beds that comfortably accommodate four adults. They even provide thoughtful touches like Longjing tea and Hupao spring water, which is lovely. The B&B is conveniently located near the zoo and Hupao Park, making getting around very easy. There's also a direct bus stop to Jiuxi, which is perfect for those of us visiting Hangzhou without a car. The owner was incredibly welcoming; she was delighted to hear it was my second stay and even gave me tips on the best way to enjoy Jiuxi and which bus to take. This trip to Hangzhou left me with such a great impression, thanks to Longjing Mood B&B. The weather was perfect too, and the fresh air at Hupao Park was so refreshing. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou.

There are many B&Bs in Manjuelong, and we picked this one blindly. The service was incredibly thoughtful; when I arrived on a rainy day, a staff member from the front desk came out with an umbrella to meet me. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was freshly made, with a home-cooked taste, and the mung bean porridge was especially delicious and fragrant. They even stored my luggage for free when I went out to explore. Manjuelong is beautiful at night, definitely worth a stroll. I highly recommend this B&B!

Had a very pleasant stay here in the Japanese-style room, which was spacious and clean. The tatami mats surrounding the raised bed were a nice touch. I liked how the shower and toilet were separate. There is a washing machine on the third floor where you can wash your clothes and hang them up to dry. I left my skirt on the clothes line and Ms. Su the hostess was kind enough to help me mail it to my friend in Beijing. Breakfast (see photo) is very traditional and healthy, they're happy to give you more food should you request it.

This was the most pleasant surprise during my trip to Hangzhou, definitely a five-star stay! Doumo is tucked away on a small hillside by West Lake, and its pure white, minimalist design is incredibly stylish. The common areas and courtyard are super photogenic. The room was clean, bright, and cozy, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Right downstairs is their own DOMO Cafe, offering fragrant coffee and delicious, thoughtfully made desserts. Sitting on the terrace with the mountain breeze was incredibly relaxing. The owner and staff were exceptionally considerate; they actively helped with luggage, patiently recommended sightseeing routes, and even gave out small gifts. The service was warm and attentive. Its location is also very convenient. You can walk to West Lake, Prince Bay, and the zoo. It’s quiet yet accessible, making it easy to get around. It's perfect for both a relaxing getaway and a photo-op destination! (I'll definitely be back, definitely!)

The 'Slanting Sun Garden King Room' and 'Snow Hidden Mountain View King Room' are both fantastic. They're spacious and beautifully decorated, and the staff clean them meticulously every day, making for a truly comfortable stay. The young men and women working at the guesthouse are super nice – not only is their service excellent, but they're also incredibly caring. We saw them helping an elderly person in the rain and immediately assisting guests with their luggage. These little details really warmed our hearts. The guesthouse's location is also superb, right within the West Lake scenic area, offering fresh air and lovely views. We celebrated Chinese New Year here with 8 people, including my parents, kids, and friends, and it was so lively and heartwarming. This trip was absolutely perfect! I've already recommended this guesthouse to my friends, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

This is a very nice cosy mingsu nestled amongst the tea plantation area if you choose to have a peaceful quiet stay outside of a city, this is a nice calming area.The mingsu is very well decorated and furnished well. The rooms are clean, comfortable and cosy and in the crazy heat wave even in Oct, we chose to stick in the room, sit by the window and have tea and enjoy the surrounding from air-con enclosure. Rooms were as per the pictures and it was really nice and comfortable. Their services were also impeccable - they were very conscientious and would have contacted you ahead of your planned timing to check in on you. Also, we had to leave early, they were really hospitable and nice to pack our breakfast early in the morning for our road trip off. However do note, it's seated on a small hill, you will have to take quite a few steep steps up to the accommodation - so do note especially if you have elderly and huge luggage (especially when you're traveling for long time with a luggage).

Tired of the city's hustle and bustle, I spent four days here with a good book, and it was a great experience. This guesthouse is tucked away in the Manjuelong mountains, offering a really healing environment with fresh air. While the room amenities might not be as new as some recently opened guesthouses, you can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining everything. The housekeepers are dedicated and responsible, and there are even two 'cat bosses' watching over the place! I really loved it and will definitely come back again. The customer service staff were warm and attentive, always replying promptly, which made me feel as relaxed and at home as if I were actually there.
