"It's rare for me to give anything less than a perfect 5-star rating, but I have to say this hotel's biggest downfall is its aging facilities. The air conditioner hummed loudly all night, and being on a lower floor, there was also machine noise from outside. Check-in is after 3 PM, and the front desk staff was quite argumentative. When I requested a higher floor in advance, I was told the only options were connecting rooms or end rooms. Basically, any requests I had were denied. Other than the good location, there's not much else positive to say."

"After much deliberation, I booked Eaton HK. The staff were relatively enthusiastic and guided guests clearly through the check-in process (their Mandarin was pretty good! 👍🏻). It was a bit inconvenient to go outside and take the elevator to get to the rooms. I originally booked the 'Eaton Club' room online, but due to Typhoon Bavi, we arrived a day late. I rebooked after canceling the original reservation, only to find the Eaton Club rooms were fully booked. So, I settled for the 'Eaton Smart' room instead. The view wasn't as good, and the room was a bit smaller, but considering it's Hong Kong where space is at a premium, I can understand. The hotel's location is good. Jordan Road MTR station is about a 500-meter walk away, and there are many 'Bing Sutt' (local diners) nearby. The hotel's B1 also has a restaurant; I asked and learned that breakfast is a buffet, so I didn't try the hotel's lunch and can't comment on it. ⚠️ The soundproofing in the room is extremely poor. Every night, I could hear noises from the corridor, which really affected my sleep. The cleaning aunties were quite proactive in making the bed, changing towels, and refilling water – props to them! 👍🏻 I'd suggest they invest more in the hardware facilities. The hairdryer was old and difficult to use, and the toiletries shelf in the shower needs to be repositioned. I kept bumping into it, and I even got a big bruise that hurt for three days. 🥹 Most importantly, you need to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers. See you again, if fate allows! 👋🏻"

"The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and the transportation was convenient. The air was fresh, the air conditioning was cold enough, and the hot water was hot enough. The service was attentive. It would be even more perfect if there were power outlets on the bedside table. Five-star recommendation."

"Traveling with my son, the subway was super convenient; the hotel is right outside the station. The owner here is exceptionally kind, and the room was clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. The furniture also looked brand new. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Hong Kong. Highly recommend!"

The location is one of the best things about this hotel. It is just a short walk from Jordan MTR Station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The surrounding area is also buzzing with shops, restaurants, and local conveniences, so everything you need is right at your doorstep. Overall, Nathan Hotel offers a great combination of warm hospitality and an unbeatable location. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Hong Kong!"

"For travelers who spend most of their time city walking, a room like this in Jordan is excellent. It's much better than the complexity of Mirador and Chungking Mansions. Luggage storage is also very convenient, with dedicated racks and locks. The owner is very nice. West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station is within walking distance, and it only takes a little over ten minutes to get to Shenzhen by high-speed rail from West Kowloon. It's 300 meters from Temple Street Night Market, and there's a Mixue Ice Cream & Tea downstairs. The staff at Mixue seem to be mainlanders, speaking Mandarin. The quad room has two windows with an unbeatable street view. The downside is the noise from the street at night, with street racers and buses. I've been to Hong Kong twice, and I won't be going again. After all, everything Hong Kong has, the mainland now has too."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Trust me on this one! In a city where space is at a premium like Hong Kong, it's incredibly clean, hygienic, and bright. Our king-size room even came with two duvets. But the best part is the super convenient transportation – it's incredibly close to the MTR station, there's a convenience store nearby, and the local 'cha chaan teng' (tea restaurant) food is delicious! We checked in without a deposit, and even though we arrived early, the owner let us check into a clean, empty room right away. They even offered free luggage storage, which was just wonderful!!! Next time I'm here with friends, I'll definitely choose this place again."

"I stayed at this hotel last year and had a good experience, so I decided to book it again this year! This time, I was going to a Grasshopper concert in Hung Hom. The bespectacled young man at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and even wrote down a note for me with details on which minibuses to take. The room was spacious and comfortable. There's a 500 deposit required per room, payable in HKD or RMB, which is returned upon check-out. The hotel's location is excellent, with several MTR stations (Austin, Jordan, Yau Ma Tei) just a 10-15 minute walk away. I highly recommend the Victoria Restaurant directly opposite the hotel – their food is delicious!"

"The hotel has a very artistic and modern design, with new facilities. The faucets and flooring have a luxurious feel. It's about a seven to eight-minute walk to Jordan MTR station, up and down a slope. There's a well-stocked Market Place supermarket very close by downstairs, which has everything 7-Eleven might miss, and many items are discounted when you buy two. There's also a fantastic Bing Sutt (Hong Kong-style cafe) nearby. My only minor complaints are that the room lacks an exhaust fan, so the bedding can feel damp and uncomfortable after a shower. Also, the bedding seems a bit old; I felt itchy while sleeping, possibly from dust mites, but I didn't get any rashes, so it's probably not as bad as some negative reviews suggest. The male receptionist was a bit stern but very helpful, which seems to be common in Hong Kong – people might appear tough but are actually very nice. The female staff at checkout also proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage. The service was absolutely excellent."

"The location is fantastic! There's a subway station and bus stop right downstairs from the Lixin Building, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to the high-speed train station. The room was very clean and tidy, and well-equipped – no need to bring an adapter, as a hairdryer and toiletries were all provided. The air conditioning was very cold, and the shower had great water pressure. The landlady was incredibly welcoming; she even gave us drinks despite the hot weather. And the price was very reasonable! A truly excellent stay."
