Very good location. The hotel is good but my room was facing to the railway tracks so i could hear the sound of the train. Their weakness point is their staff. I work in hospitality and there are certain standards that you have to follow to provide quality service. Reception is available 24h but i called twice from my room (at midnight) and nobody picked up the phone. Finally, i had to come to the reception to inform them something was going on with my phone. That two night receptionist looked at me like if i was crazy and told me my phone was working because there was signal (Of course it was working, they just weren't answering my calls and were sitting around doing nothing). I asked them for a bottle opener and their answer was ” we do not have”. That's imposible in a 4 stars hotel so what i take away from this hotel is that they simply didn't want to help me. Also they weren't able to help me connect my device to the TV. The only staff good point was they gave me late check out until 12:30 for free. That's why i give you 2/5.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, close to the DLR station and the pier, and about a 15-minute walk to Chelsea's Stamford Bridge stadium. The breakfast was decent, but the service was just so-so, especially on the last day. The hotel had promised to pack breakfast for us, and we'd even confirmed the food and drink list beforehand. To my surprise, when I went to pick it up on time, nothing was ready. They hastily gave us some dry snacks and coffee, which almost made us miss our airport transfer! The most unexpected thing was on the first day when the elevator broke down, and we were trapped for nearly an hour. The elevators clearly lacked maintenance, with only one working each day, which significantly impacted our stay. Although they offered a discount on the room rate after some negotiation, the general manager never reappeared, and the promised compensation for the children was never fulfilled. Additionally, the shower drain in the room was extremely slow, almost flooding the bathroom if you weren't careful! Finally, regarding the hotel's ground-floor bar and restaurant, the food and drinks were quite good and reasonably priced, but the service attitude was poor, and they seemed particularly cold towards Chinese customers.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from Victoria train station and about ten minutes from the Tube station. To the right, just a short walk away, is the long-distance bus station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel's layout is quite compact, with many twists and turns inside. The front desk staff, perhaps seeing I was traveling alone, gave me a room on the first floor. Although small, the room had everything I needed and was very clean. I could even open a standard-sized suitcase after closing the bathroom door. According to the fire escape plan, this room was in the middle of the first floor, so while there was some train noise, it wasn't too loud. However, other guests closing their doors late at night were quite noisy! The internet in the room was good; I could play Honor of Kings and Genshin Impact without any lag. The 9 AM breakfast was quite mediocre, and the towels were a bit old. They do offer free luggage storage.

I booked this hotel for my husband and I as a treat and what a treat it was!  The location is excellent, right by the underground station and you have the whole of Battersea Power Station at your feet. We had a trip to the theatre at Leicester Square which took no time at all to get there and was easy to get back from. Room was spacious and comfortable with great amenities. The rooftop pool was a real highlight and you get given robes & slippers in your room to use, as well as pool towels. Breakfast was tasty and good value for money. Staff friendly and helpful - I’d definitely come back to this hotel if I needed to stay in London.

Fantastic hotel, highly recommend. We came here from France, the service, quality of breakfast, facility, location is so much better than the hotel in France. The room and toilet are spacious, a large variety of food is offered for breakfast, a lot of visitors check in and out everyday. Location is very convenient, within 5 minutes you will get to the metro/bus station. A lot of restaurants nearby and the supermarket (Sainsbury's) is just a 3-minute walk from hotel.

The room isn't huge, but if you shift things around, you can definitely open a 26-inch suitcase flat. They clean the room every day except Sunday, which is great. My only minor complaint is that my room was on the 5th floor, but the elevator only goes to the 4th, so I had to carry my suitcase up the last flight of stairs myself.

Check in wasn’t smooth. They asked so many details ( card and ID checks)including preauthorised money deposit of £100 which were not mentioned/ informed at the time I booked the hotel.It took me 20 -25min to argue and getting the room. It is better to check with them about the requirements to check in for smooth and speedy check in. Room was clean and comfortable.

Overall verdict: We didn’t have any housekeeping until morning we were due to checkout even though we had our cleaning light on for 24hrs. Seemed to be limited in staff other than down at reception. Gin and lemonade with a wine £37 in restaurant (pretty pricey) One of our bedside tables had a crack in probably 12inches long. Dirty piles of towels alongside plates that was left in corridors for over 8hrs. Our fridge had a massive spill of some sort of liquid that had been there for a while. There’s a before and after picture of dust in cupboard above our fridge 😷 The coffee machine had water left in from where if had been washed out or not cleaned from previous use made it smell of moody stagnant water. Otherwise the stay was quiet, the beds were nice big and very comfortable. Hand wash etc smelt amazing plenty provided. Quick response when we phoned reception for more tea and coffee. Overall the stay was ok, we both thought it had gone downhill since we last stayed and probably take our custom elsewhere. Not all bad but can get better for similar value

This was a very satisfying stay. First off, the lovely young lady at the front desk during check-in was incredibly warm and friendly, and very patient with guests like us who don't speak English. Check-in was smooth, and because we participated in their eco-friendly program, we received a voucher for the lobby bar. The hotel's fragrance was wonderful and instantly soothed days of fatigue. Then, the concierge gentleman at check-out was absolutely fantastic! Despite my efforts with gestures and broken words, he helped me find an empty cardboard box for some last-minute purchases. It was incredibly helpful and patient of him. The hotel's location is excellent; getting around was so convenient. Buckingham Palace and other attractions are within walking distance, and it's a hub for various tube and bus lines. I read comments about many homeless people in the area, and indeed I saw a few, but they didn't seem malicious. There were no issues with going out during the day. If it weren't for the language barrier, I would have loved to buy them some food; London is quite cold now, and they looked truly pitiful. One friendly suggestion for the hotel: the doors are very heavy, and closing them makes a loud noise, which can disturb guests. On my first day, I was woken up by a child running, jumping, and closing a door next door. It would be great if the doors could be improved. My sincere thanks again to that concierge gentleman.
