"The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible by both the subway and buses, and close to shopping centers. All the staff were attentive and smiling, except for one woman at the reception counter. She was large, wore glasses, was unfriendly, and provided poor service. However, I still stayed here because I liked the place. I don't mind if there's just one bad staff member."

"This was the only accommodation option that made financial sense on Easter Day. Located close to Wimbledon Park station and Wimbledon Park itself, my tennis-loving partner absolutely enjoyed the location (only a quick 30 mins from central London). We enjoyed the restaurant/pub downstairs (delicious food at 30% off for guests). The room itself was clean, with generous bathroom and comfortable bed, and decent WiFi. Friendly service too. No refrigerator or television, but that didn't really matter as we were only staying for a night. Would definitely recommend!"

"It is a good hotel without any particular fault. However, they only provide 30 minutes of Wi-Fi and tell you to pay GBP3 to buy it if you need it. No matter how little it is, I still feel bad. I'd rather spend that money on hotel fees in advance. If you use such a strategy of including and providing unlimited Wi-Fi, the company will also benefit from I think it would be good for all the guests as well. I think this hotel is not very pleasant because of the Wi-Fi. However, the female employee named ANA who works at the restaurant there is very good at cooking. "Short walk to bus stop, great amenities and comfortable stay. I like how there are vegan options on the menu, vegan dinner was good but could be a bit more generous when it comes to vegan linguine such as adding vegetables. The experienced receptionist provided excellent customer service, the newer one wasn't so enthusiastic and not as helpful. The internet connection can be slow late at night on Facebook. Overall I would come back again if the opportunity arises."

"Because all hotels were fully booked, I booked this one, but it is a nice, quiet room in a quiet, secure location with free parking. Otherwise, it is just good; a bit on the expensive side, but otherwise good."
