"I stayed for a night and I was given a room on the first floor. I had a hard time trying to sleep as I was cold (no heater in the room) and I could hear all the noise from the lobby. Breakfast was good, tho."

"We stayed here because we booked a cruise departing from Venice. This is a great hotel for that purpose; the room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. We had a good rest for the upcoming day. Despite it being 34 degrees Celsius outside, we slept well thanks to the general air conditioning system. The breakfast was excellent and featured local products. The bar closes at 11 PM, which was a bit disappointing. You can watch the World Cup here. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace with a beer. The staff is very friendly. We parked our car here for long-term parking until after our cruise, and the rate was very reasonable. You can take a taxi to the Cruise Terminal for 35 euros."

"This hotel is a must-recommend! My child and I both agree it's the best value-for-money hotel we've stayed at in Europe so far. The moment we got off the train, we could see the hotel's logo from the platform – the location is excellent, right across from the train station, less than a 2-minute walk. Plus, the room was bigger than we expected, the largest we've had these past few days, and it was very quiet. It came with slippers, a hairdryer, a kettle, and air conditioning. We booked a king-sized bed, which was very spacious, and the bathroom and bathtub were also large. If you turn right out of the hotel, then right again at the first intersection, you'll find many Chinese restaurants. Walking less than 5 minutes down the road, on your left, there's a large, affordable supermarket where a big bottle of water costs about 0.35 euros. The hotel breakfast was also very generous, with a wide variety of items, including boiled eggs."

"Extremely satisfied 👍, the hotel facilities are excellent and well-equipped, including Illy coffee and various tea bags. There's a fridge, which is really convenient for bringing back ice sometimes. The hygiene is impeccable. The front desk and other staff are all very warm and polite, always proactively going the extra mile for guests. My experience traveling in Italy was quite disappointing due to numerous pickpockets, and public transport being either late, early, or striking. Thankfully, this hotel provided me with the best, most comfortable experience and wonderful memories, otherwise, I really couldn't have continued my trip. I could stay at this hotel forever. The price is a little higher than other hotels, but its value definitely exceeds its price. Staying at this hotel makes your trip easy and pleasant."

"This hotel offers good value for money, but it's quite far from the islands, and after 6 PM, there are no dining options nearby. If you're out and about, I'd recommend eating before returning, otherwise, it'll be hard to find food. This is the most inconvenient aspect of staying at this hotel; everything else is fine. Also, I recommend buying a day pass for Venice; it's more economical and allows you to use the water buses."

"We love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service. This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell). We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots. Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice."

"The hotel's location is good for traveling by bus to island Venice and the station for traveling to neighboring cities. We were on a short holiday and were able to see a lot. The hotel rooms are small, but quite suitable for an overnight stay after a busy day. In the evening you could sit in the hotel lobby with a glass of wine before relaxing. Thanks to the friendly hotel staff for providing a comfortable stay. They make good coffee."

"The front desk staff were very welcoming, the room was clean, and the size was good too. The location is very convenient, close to the station and just a 10-minute walk to the main attractions. There are also a few good Chinese restaurants next to the hotel. About 300 meters from the hotel, there's a very large supermarket which is great for browsing. Staying here when visiting Venice offers excellent value for money."
