This hotel is the most cost-effective, the service is the most thoughtful, the waiter is the most enthusiastic and attentive, he will prepare what he needs for each customer, provide quality service, breakfast is also very attentive, room, The layout is very exquisite, I like it very much, and there is free fruit afternoon tea, to provide toys for children, it is perfect, it is a good choice to live here... beyond my expectations... GGuest UserThe room layout was reasonable and spacious, the bathroom was fantastic with three shower options: bathtub, indoor and outdoor shower. The balcony was huge and comfortable. Breakfast included both à la carte and buffet options, and the quality was good. The pool and spa are definitely worth experiencing. Although there was piano music at the bar, there were so many mosquitoes that I couldn't sit still; I killed over a dozen in just over ten minutes! Overall, the privacy, sense of occasion, and historical atmosphere were excellent. I would definitely come back again if I had the chance.

GGuest UserThe service was excellent! Alex was fantastic, very jovial, and helped us with our luggage and made us feel welcome in a short amount of time, giving us a great experience. Mana at the front desk was also very efficient and warm when we checked out. The breakfast was bountiful, with many freshly prepared dishes. The room environment was great, offering privacy and good soundproofing, and the shower was super comfortable.

AAnonymous UserThe facilities are quite new, and there's a small pool on the first floor. Many Chinese tourists stay here. Across the street, you'll find a convenience store, a night market, and a laundry shop. You can rent a car right across the road, which is super convenient. There's also a massage place just a few steps away. It's about 5 kilometers from the Old City and 2 kilometers from Nimman Road. A taxi from the airport costs around 50 baht, and it's right next to the main entrance of Chiang Mai University. Overall, it's pretty good.

Parking was convenient, and the free snacks and drinks in the lobby were a great touch. The only downside was a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom drain, which I hope they can improve.

JJiaaaHeBellanara was the highlight of our Chiang Mai trip, a truly pleasant surprise! First off, we arrived before check-in, and they kindly let us in early. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which was fantastic. Just outside the lobby is the pool. But what really stood out was the room – it was huge, practically a one-bedroom apartment! You really can't tell from the pictures. My friend and I were so impressed the moment we walked in, we instantly regretted not booking more nights. The furnishings gave off a lovely French vibe. The stay was absolutely wonderful, I can't stop thinking about it!

When I come back at night and the lights are dim, he will take the initiative to lead the way into the hotel lobby. He also worked hard and often helped us get takeout (＞^ω^＜) The check-in process was very relaxing, and there were welcome drinks upon check-in. My friend also said that the hotel breakfast tasted very good and the overall environment was very clean, making it feel more like being integrated into nature. The only complaint is that it is very close to the airport and there are occasional airplane noises at night. The convenience store is about 3,400 meters from the hotel. It's not far, but you should be careful at night as the street lights are dim.

PPawee Bank NontamongkoltornStaff: Mostly friendly and professional, except few. I asked the female staff for early check-in and left my luggage at the designated place. Then, she said, “No, you have to wait until 14:00”. Immediately after her response, the male staff approached me and processed it. He also allowed me to change room without any charge and to store my luggage in the room, instead of the designated area.
Room: For those who like 80s-90s vibe, this is for you, and me too. The AC is loud and cleaned. The ceiling, on the other hand, has strains from water. The curtain has a strain that looks like either blood or coffee. The wall looks unpolished, creating a running down impression of the hotel. The socket, TV, lift, and fridge are functional, fortunately. 2 bottles of water are set by the hotel standard. Please clean up those strains and walls.
Bathroom: It contains dusts on the ventilation fan’s cover. There is mold strain on the wall that could be mistaken as black mold initially. Please clean up it as it could evolve to such in the future.
Location: Not far away from the pubs, so music can get loud inside the room as it has poor soundproof. Unless you don’t mind the sound, or want to stay away from the city centre, go for it.

AAnonymous UserCame to Chiang Mai for a university holiday and choosing Bloom's Nest was absolutely worth it! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the night market, so you don't have to worry about shopping, eating, or getting around. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, the garden and pool are incredibly photogenic, and the rooms are tidy and quiet. The value for money is outstanding.
The front desk staff speak fluent Chinese, and their service is warm and attentive. They patiently provide travel tips, which made me feel very secure while abroad. The overall experience was superb, highly recommended for students and friends traveling together. If you're coming to Chiang Mai, just book this place without hesitation!
