WWee TheodasVery friendly and helpful reception. Staff helped with baggage immediately when we arrived and brought it to our room. Staff Sophia welcomed us and briefed us on what to expect as we sipped artichoke tea. They served a sponge cake too but we passed on it.
The quad share room was clean and each person had 2 pillows each which was great! Not much floor space for 4 24” bags to be left open but we managed to find the space to do so. The room was made up every day and we were provided fresh towels. We would have been okay to reuse but they would need to add some towel racks to hang them more easily. Bathroom shower was large enough for 2 so it’s good for parents with young kids too. We were happy to get a room at the back, away from traffic noise. Water pressure and hot water flow was great too.
Breakfast was included and the spread was amazing. We overate every morning. Enjoyed the coffee too.
Their lobby is also very comfortable with bathroom access. We waited comfortably after checking out before leaving to go take our sleeper train to Sapa.
Ask about their private hire driver to take you on a day trip to Ninh Binh if you don’t want to go on a tour and want to make your own itinerary. Cheaper than going by Grab there and back. Ruby helped us with this.
It’s a close walk to the Night Market and our fave Hanoi Old Quarter Spa. It’s how we decided to stay here.
Will definitely consider coming back to stay here when we visit Hanoi again!
