"The team at this new looking hotel are truly first class. Nothing was too much trouble, the rooms spotless and even had a washer/dryer in the room. It was like staying in a brand new studio flat. The hotel is a little tucked away and a shortish taxi ride to old quarter but has shops in walking distance. Highly recommend a stay here when visiting Hanoi and would definitely come back."

"The room decor is a bit dated, but it's well-maintained. The twin room felt a bit small because of the beds, and I was slightly disappointed there was no bathtub, as previous stays at this hotel always had one. This is a standard large hotel, featuring a swimming pool, gym, and spa. The buffet restaurant also meets typical large hotel standards, offering a rich variety of Western, Japanese, and Vietnamese cuisine. I've always been very satisfied."

"This hotel is located down an alley where cars can't go. If you have luggage, you'll have to drag it about 150-200 meters on foot, all while mopeds zip by in both directions. It's quite stressful. The room itself is clean and small, suitable for a maximum one-night stay. The building is currently undergoing major renovations. Plus, they made me sign some questionable contract. I have concerns."

"Stayed here for a couple of nights and honestly didn’t expect much at first, but it turned out pretty nice. The room is not big, but it’s designed in a way that makes it feel cozy instead of cramped. You can tell they actually put some thought into the concept, it’s not just decoration. Cleanliness was good, especially the bed and bathroom. That’s usually the first thing I notice when I walk into a room, and this one felt fresh enough. Hot water worked well, AC cooled down the room quickly, no issues there. A couple of small things though, the walls are a bit thin so you can hear some noise outside, and if you have a lot of luggage it might feel tight. But overall, for the price, it’s definitely worth it. I’d probably stay here again if I’m back in Hanoi."

"This hotel has both prominent pros and cons. The room offers a great view, it has a smart toilet, the rooftop infinity pool is fantastic, and the gym is pretty good. Breakfast is also varied and ample. However, the downside is that it gets very crowded, and the cleanliness is only so-so."

"Bedsheets were noticeably dirty but the rest of rooms were okay ! Toilet was clean, living room clean and washer/dryer easy to operate! Two air cons in a really spacious apartment and lots of kitchen amenities were a bonus ! I had no issues getting grab to the airport at dawn or takeout late evenings despite the place being 20 mins away from Old quarter! No service - only communicated with staff once during check in"
