When Does the KL MRT Run? Operating Hours Explained
- Standard Daily Hours: 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight), open every day including weekends and public holidays.
- Heads up for night owls! The final trains depart from terminal stations (Kwasa Damansara, Kajang, and Putrajaya Sentral) right at 12:00 AM sharp. If you're hopping on at an intermediate station, keep in mind that last train times vary between 12:00 AM and 12:30 AM, depending on your specific line and location. Plan your journey accordingly and enjoy your night out!

KL MRT fares are based on the distance you travel, and with a variety of payment options available, it’s easy for both tourists and daily commuters to get around!

Please note that tickets are valid only on the day of purchase, and you must enter the station within 30 minutes of buying your ticket. You can easily purchase yours at any self-service ticketing machine (we accept cash, debit/credit cards, and Touch 'n Go).

We stayed at The Face Suites for 3 days and 2 nights with our two kids and overall it was a pleasant experience.
The suite was very spacious and family-friendly, giving the kids plenty of room to move around comfortably. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which came with a bathtub that was much larger than those typically found in most hotels.
Our booking included breakfast. The breakfast buffet was served in another building, so guests need to walk across to enjoy their meal. However, the spread was good with a variety of choices and it is halal-certified.
The rooftop swimming pool and bar were popular and often crowded, mainly because of the stunning city views. From the pool area, you can enjoy views of Merdeka 118 and, from certain angles, the iconic Petronas Twin Towers.
The location is decent but it may be a bit far if you plan to walk to major attractions such as Suria KLCC or Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Depending on your walking pace, it can take around 20 to 30 minutes on foot.
One area that could be improved is the room and bathroom flooring. The floors were quite slippery, so I would recommend using the slippers provided by the hotel instead of walking barefoot. It felt like the floors could have been cleaned or scrubbed more thoroughly.

However, we encountered issues with Trip.com before our stay when requesting a date change due to a medical check-up. Although the hotel was willing to accommodate it, the booking platform made the process difficult and it could not be arranged.
In addition, our special requests (baby cot and anniversary note) were not forwarded to Pullman Hotel, so the hotel was not aware upon arrival.

Overall my stay at Pacific Express Hotel Central Market was perfect.(except the water heater is not function well, water flow hot for a while then cold again rm8521), other than that the room is spacious, with small refrigerator, nothing to compare with such nice room and reasonable price.
The unrivaled location, convenient dining choices combine to create a truly wonderful living experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, and I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Bukit Bintang Station. There's a night market within walking distance and many highly-rated restaurants, so I was excited every day about what to eat.
The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the window was lovely. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and with slight menu changes daily, it was something to look forward to.
Also, the room was cleaned beautifully every day, which was very pleasant.
Despite being a very good hotel, there was a connecting door in the room to the adjacent room. It was quite frightening when the person next door tried to force it open in the middle of the night, rattling and pulling hard. Fortunately, it stopped after about 30 seconds, but I wish there had been a notice like, 'Please do not open this door.' (In fact, upon arrival, I also tried opening that door and found another door behind it, so I figured things out and didn't touch the door on the other side.)
The next morning, when I reported this to the staff, they said the door couldn't be opened from the other side. However, as a solo female traveler, it was quite unsettling.
It's certainly not the hotel's fault, but two men were staying next door. One of them, perhaps out late, repeatedly rang the doorbell around 1:30 AM. It seemed his friend inside was asleep, because he loudly shouted his friend's name in the hallway, banging on the door and rattling the doorknob for about five minutes. The noise woke me up. Also, perhaps because of that door, the voices from next door carried very clearly. They were talking loudly for a long time, and I could hear almost everything, making it impossible to sleep. I felt terrible the next morning. To make matters worse, the same people were staying for multiple nights, and the exact same thing happened the following night. This was the most difficult stay I've ever experienced. I wonder if I should have reported it to the hotel at the time.FromAU$ 78

Our family of 4 stayed at the 3 bedroom suite which was actually big enough to house 6 people. The rooms were spacious, the living room was comfy for the family to hang out and the kitchen was well equipped with cutleries and all things we needed. Cleanliness was acceptable, no complains. The pool and gym is great! The location is around all the bars, so the streets may be abit sleazy at night. But it doesnt really bother us. Only takes about 8-10min walk to Bukit Bintang shopping belt and mrt so its good. But because of the popular location, many GRAB cars dont want to pick us up due to the heavy traffic. The Pavilion Mall is right across the street. It's a 10-minute walk via the skybridge from Pavilion to KLCC and the Petronas Twin Towers.
The room hygiene and service were five-star.
Breakfast was average, not very good. I even found a hair in my noodles, which was disgusting.
Summary: Highly recommended for its incredibly convenient location. I recommend the signature pork tripe noodles at Bamboo Noodle House on B1 of Pavilion, and the signature shredded chicken and prawn noodles at Nanyang Restaurant.
Also, Tiffany & Co. at Pavilion is about 15% cheaper than in China.
Plus, Chanel cosmetics are slightly cheaper (2-5%) than at duty-free shops like Sun Dream.
And finally, the last picture shows the bill from Bah Kut Teh at Bao Xiang Lou on the 4th floor. The taste was mediocre, and it wasn't cheap, with an additional 10% service charge and 10% tax. Not recommended.FromAU$ 220

For those driving, just parking your car at the front hotel and pass the key to jockey. The velvet parking rate is RM15 per days. Initial room conditions:
When we first entered the room we encountered these things:
- Leftover jacket from the previous guest(?)
- stains on the chairs
- water stains on the wardrobe
- dead ants in the wardrobe
- a flickering light
Service:
Because we chose to stay for 7 nights, we had a 1 free make-up room offered to us which we appreciated. However when we flagged up the issues we found on the first day, they gave us a make-up room on the second day and consumed our free make-up room without our choice. We wanted to use it in the middle of the trip like the 4th day. Because of this we had no toilet paper, tissue box was empty, towels were not replaced.
After the 2nd day, they no longer replied to our texts when we enquired about using the sports lounge, requesting a makeup room, getting more toilet paper. Very bad service.
After their make-up room, they removed the jacket and cleaned the seat stains, but they did not fix the light or clean the dead ants in the wardrobe. We understand fixing a light might not be possible but the ants were easily removable and we did it ourselves after they left. It felt like they were cutting corners as they also did not replace our tissue box, clean the dead ants or clean the water stains on the wardrobe.

- the amenities provided are not the same for every room, the last time we came there was a water dispenser and pull-out kitchen, this time there isn't (same five senses at ceylonz, same room type)

- the walls are relatively soundproof so you cannot hear other rooms but the door is not and the hallway is very audible from inside the room, we can hear people chatting, checking in, pulling luggages

- not soft, hard bed with springs
- pillows and blanket is okay
- uncomfortable bed

We're pretty picky, and we stayed here for the Sammi Cheng concert. The hotel service was absolutely top-notch, fantastic! The only minor hiccup was a slight communication issue between the booking agent and the hotel, which delayed our check-in by about 30 minutes. However, both Trip.com and the hotel offered compensation, which was appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was absolutely no noise, which was a definite improvement over the Guangzhou Four Seasons. This is my 4th time staying at this hotel due to it’s strategic location. Level 4 has direct access to the skybridge connecting KLCC & Pavilion Bukit bintang.
I have been a fan of its spacious room, however this time around I got an old room /not gone for renovation yet, the toilet door is out of track same goes to its wardrobe.
The teabag is left opened, when I check in no replacement in two day of my stay. The pantry is so dry. I hope they can improve the old room like the rest at the 8th floor room king bed.FromAU$ 140

This is my third time staying at this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Petronas Twin Towers. They even have a small shuttle buggy to save you a short walk, and the drivers are all great. The rooms are clean and tidy. We were traveling with a child, and housekeeping came to make up the sofa bed with sheets, a duvet, and a pillow, which was perfectly adequate for the little one. Getting a taxi downstairs is super convenient. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but what they do have is quite tasty and well-presented. On the 33rd floor, the Skybar allows swimming until 7:00 PM, and there's a sign stating you need to be over 20 to use the bar area itself. If you're with kids and want to see the Twin Towers up close, there's a separate area nearby for photos. I remember coming to the Skybar with friends many years ago too.FromAU$ 200

This was my first trip to Kuala Lumpur, so I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel, mainly considering location and safety. The Ritz-Carlton offered good value for money. The lobby is luxurious and grand, but the in-room facilities are indeed a bit dated, especially the carpet which looks very old. However, the overall cleanliness was good, and the bathroom seemed to have been renovated, it was refreshing and functional, though the lighting was too harsh and couldn't be adjusted! To wash my hair, I had to switch the hot water from the regular showerhead to the rainfall showerhead, which provided plenty of water. The walk-in closet design was very convenient and practical for ladies! It's worth noting that every staff member I encountered had a smile on their face and was incredibly friendly. There was no discrimination or coldness towards Chinese guests as some reviews mentioned. In fact, when we arrived at 1 AM, the front desk lady enthusiastically escorted us to the elevator. The sofa in the room was quite large and could easily accommodate an adult for sleeping. When we arrived at 1 AM, we requested an extra quilt, and a handsome waiter delivered it with a smile within 10 minutes. Another time, when taking a taxi, the Indian driver claimed the system showed a one-way detour and requested an extra 10 cash. Since it was indeed a long detour through the hills, and I didn't want any trouble, I agreed, but I had no cash, haha. Upon arriving at the lobby, I explained the situation, and the lobby manager, S.VINOTHE, kindly paid for us. He even told us not to worry about paying him back (though we immediately withdrew cash from a nearby ATM and returned it to him). The bellhop with the flowers even kindly offered candy to my child. The bedding in the room wasn't as thick as what you'd find in China, and the hotel isn't facing a main street, so there was no noise from speeding motorbikes. We slept very comfortably for all three nights. The breakfast, however, was definitely not suited for a Sichuan palate (Sichuan and Hunan cuisine should rule the world!). I didn't have time to use the swimming pool, and I extended my check-out by 30 minutes. Overall, my stay felt well-organized and the service was warm and enthusiastic. Stay here with my small family for 3D2N. So far services and hospitality is excellent and excited to stay here. Staff so far very friendly started from registration/reception until guard is friendly and always smile and great us. Unfortunately our family has facing a small problem where our air conditioner not functioning very well. Done report the situation and staff handling this problem with professional and fast acting. Because it late already my family decide to stay until the morning and change to another room in the next days. Breakfast menu here is very good and delicious, very recommend to those looking for a great trip with love or family. Location is strategy and easy to access all location we wanted to goes. This is the best hotel in all of Kuala Lumpur!!! My husband, baby, and I stayed here, and these were the best accommodations in the entire city. We had already tried 5 different apartments in Kuala Lumpur by then, and nothing felt right. The cleanliness was perfect, and the views were magnificent – the best I've ever seen in my life. The staff was top-notch. They very quickly helped resolve an issue with the induction hob (the large burner wasn't working) and even provided a brand new small saucepan so I could cook for my baby. Hotel location is near to various nice eateries. Is walkable to ICC Pudu local breakfast market which is a good place to experience an authentic, old school Malaysian-Chinese breakfast in KL. The hotel is considered clean and well equipped with what is needed in a room. However, one of our room was smelly. It maybe caused by someone smoking next door or previous guest has been smoking in the room. We got both rooms for non-smoking but yet one of it was a smelly room.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, very close to both the Petronas Twin Towers and Pavilion Mall. It rained on our second day, but the hotel has a skybridge directly connected to the mall, so we didn't even need an umbrella! The breakfast and bars are also excellent, especially the rooftop bar. You get a direct view of the Twin Towers, and the visual effect is stunning. There's a handsome Malaysian waiter named Yugesh at the bar who recommended several super delicious cocktails to us, and they were all great value for money. On the day we left, I accidentally knocked over a shower gel bottle while rushing to check out. When we checked out, the two handsome guys at the front desk kept asking if we were hurt and said not to worry about the bottle.
