The breakfast offers a great variety and good taste, with the made-to-order station being a delightful surprise. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and very responsive to requests.

I was in Daxing for business and booked a stay at J Hotel here. It was my first time at this particular hotel, and I was very impressed. The environment is great and very clean. The room was quite spacious, and I'm extremely satisfied. If I come back to this area, I'll definitely stay here again.

My business trip this time was fantastic! I originally booked a king room, but upon arrival, I realized I needed more space for my clothes and asked the front desk if I could switch to a twin room. Mike, one of the staff members, not only quickly helped arrange the change but was also incredibly enthusiastic and patient throughout the process, without any hesitation. During my stay, I unexpectedly needed to print some business documents, and the hotel front desk staff were very efficient in assisting me, which was a huge help. The hotel has service robots for food delivery, a laundry room, and a gym, so the facilities are excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great, perfect for a quick energy boost to start the workday. The checkout and invoicing process was also very smooth and didn't waste any time. The overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, making it ideal for business travel. Highly recommend!

The hotel boasts a modern, minimalist design that feels both cozy and luxurious. 👍 Stepping into the room felt just like coming home, so relaxing and comfortable. ❤️ The bedding 🛏️ was soft and plush, and my child, tired from playing, fell asleep peacefully in no time. 😴 The bathroom was immaculately clean with a wet/dry separation, and the smart mirror even had a built-in light. Toiletries were comprehensive, and they thoughtfully provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes – every detail was well-considered. 👍 The self-service breakfast offered a super rich selection, and the food was delicious. Both adults and children could find something they loved! 👍 There's even an astronomical telescope on the 16th floor. You can enjoy the views during the day and stargaze at night – an absolutely fantastic experience! 👍 My child also got their own special kids' room key card, and they were so excited to swipe it themselves to enter the room. Plus, there's a robot delivery service, which was both novel and fun! 👍 The gym and laundry room are well-equipped, making it very convenient for travelers. Upon check-out, we even received a cute pony 🐎 plush toy, which my child adored all the way home! ❤️

The king room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It was incredibly quiet at night, and all the guests seemed very considerate. The free breakfast was excellent – a great variety of dishes, very clean, and delicious. Getting there was quite convenient: just take the bus from exit C of Huangcun West Street to Daxing No. 1 Middle School stop, and you're there. Great value for money, I'll definitely come again.

Driving to Beijing to travel. After the result, Beijing has various restrictions, which is very inconvenient. A friend introduced a hotel. After staying, it was really good, health, environment and service were very good. The transportation is also very convenient, there is a subway at the door, eating and shopping are very convenient, mainly cost-effective, very cost-effective, recommend to you all

i would like to thank the hotel staff a lot for being accomodating and helpful to our group as there were miscommunications as we didn't know chinese and relied on translation apps that weren't accurate for the most part. i acknowledge that they did extra things that came with having guests like us who couldn't understand chinese (ex. how to work the washing machine for example, or letting us borrow their wechat to deliver food the first night because we were hungry and there was no place to eat that was open on that day-CNY) and they helped as in every step as much as they can, which i really appreciated. the hotel cleans the rooms every 3rd day too but they always give new towels, and water bottles and slippers every day. which i think are very kind of them. the rooms are VERY spacy too which is great. the beds were comfortable as well. you can also request toothbrushes if you need more. there;s a lso a very good and restaurant next to the hotel that is open very late if anyone was wondering (esp since the location is a bit far from others). the washing machine was very confusing though because we would wait for the whole time it would say it would take to finish, but when we would check after that stated time, it would add like another hour. and it would do that every time so we had to physically ask to override the machine everytime we would need our clothes. only downside was there was miscommunication with communicating through trip.com and the hotel because i would message trip for help and they would say that the hotel said one thing but then it wouldn't exactly be correct. (like my family wanted to get the coat rack fixed because it was broken and it was maybe 3 days before it was fixed--the problem was trip told us it was already fixed in the 2nd day? so it was a bit confusing when we arrived. the hotel staff were very kind though and fixed it on the 3rd when we specifically went up to the front desk for help). i also think trip.com should maybe not put that breakfast is available as the hotel breakfast is a bit debatable and not a full meal. my father need FULL meals for his medication so one factor for our booking this hotel was because there was breakfast available. but the hotel only provides a few fruits, boiled eggs, and plain toast. so we often got breakfast outside still. overall, the hotel itself and hotel staff was very good and comfortable to stay with! thank you!
