Every single staff member's service was truly exceptional. They enthusiastically greeted us every time they saw us 😄 It was a very, very satisfying experience!

Upon arrival, the reception staff in the lobby were also very attentive, helping us with our luggage and even taking it to our room. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable, complete with complimentary fruit and bottled water. In the lobby, there were also several kinds of free tea available for guests. On the evening we checked in, the butlers, knowing we hadn't slept well the night before, thoughtfully brought us milk. It was such a heartwarming gesture!

The breakfast was also surprisingly rich, featuring not only authentic Yunnan rice noodles and special golden pheasant flower scrambled eggs, but also a variety of exquisite Western pastries. It's served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, which is very 'lazy-friendly'. The service was simply impeccable, from the warm reception at the front desk to the thoughtful service from the butler (like providing hand warmers when it was cold), and the meticulous laundry butler who returned my clothes. Every interaction made me feel warm and valued. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, Kunming Kailan Hotel is an excellent choice. Its thoughtful design, comprehensive facilities, and exceptional service perfectly embody the five-star standard. Next time I'm in Kunming, this will definitely be my top choice!

I arrived quite late last night, so I only took one picture. I really have to give this hotel a thumbs up! The lobby is very grand. The receptionist was also very helpful and quite pretty. Hehe. I also really liked the room facilities. It had a very refreshing feel, and the cleanliness was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. We chose this hotel because it's only a 20-minute drive from the airport, and our stay was excellent! Although it's not in the city center, transportation is convenient; you can take a bus directly to Kunming Old Street for just 2 yuan. The hotel staff were friendly and provided great service. There's complimentary coffee and tea at the front desk, and they even offered snow cakes and yogurt on our arrival day. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and they offered coffee to go. My family mentioned it would be even better if there was a mini-fridge in the room.

This was my first time staying at Light Inn, and my whole family was very satisfied! I especially loved the hotel breakfast! They had my favorite boiled vegetables!! The aunties at the breakfast station and the omelet guy were all wonderful and热心 to answer questions. The cleaning staff also did a fantastic job; they even folded my pajamas every day ៷＞ᴗ＜៷. The hotel facilities are all new, convenient, and comfortable to use, and the shower pressure is great. The hotel location is convenient for both the subway and taxis, and there are many snack options downstairs. It offers excellent value for money.
