The hotel is well located just beside a food court and the metro station, the art park is also only 5 minutes away by slow walk, there is also a small bakery next to the entrance! The team was very helpful and provided high quality service and fulfilled all my needs in advance despite it was the spring festival period. I will come back again in the future. For travellers from PEK, you can reach this hotel very easily via Line 10.

Finally, a satisfying hotel for my business trip to Beijing! It's conveniently located near Grand Malls, offering plenty of dining options. The room is well-equipped, clean, and the breakfast is delicious. They even have a comforting congee for a late-night snack, which is a lovely touch! I'll definitely choose this hotel for all my future business trips.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The environment is lovely, and it's super close to Tsinghua University. This is actually my third time booking here. The front desk staff are incredibly polite and friendly. The facilities are all smart-enabled, which is a nice touch. Really, really good! (The pictures are just random ones I had).

The room was clean and tidy, and the Atour hotel provided excellent service! It's conveniently located right next to Beijing Foreign Studies University's West Campus, with a McDonald's and FamilyMart convenience store nearby. Public transport, including the subway and buses, is also very accessible. Highly recommend!

We brought our kids to Beijing for a trip during the May Day holiday and stumbled upon this hotel, Asia's largest garden-style guesthouse, staying in the Jingbin Building. It's incredibly spacious with several buildings dedicated to guest rooms. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised. The greenery is abundant, and the environment is serene and peaceful, with a charming antique feel. It's beautiful even at night, with ancient pines and ginkgo trees that are incredibly thick. Guests get free access to the gym and free parking, and breakfast was decent as well.

Excellent! The hygiene was impeccable, and the location was super convenient with lots of great food options nearby. The soundproofing was good, and the air circulation was great. It was also very easy to find, right next to the subway. Highly recommend!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Haidian Huangzhuang subway station, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's newly renovated but completely odor-free. A good choice for your trip.

I first visited Beijing in June 2024 and have been back five times since. After my initial trip, I stayed at this Park Plaza hotel for my second visit. Honestly, I didn't have high hopes when booking online, but the moment I stepped into the hotel for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised! The environment was much better than I expected! The staff were all very kind and enthusiastic! The whole vibe was fantastic! That's why every time I've returned to Beijing since, I've booked this hotel! The environment is comfortable, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, which is super handy! The reason I keep coming back to this hotel is because the entire atmosphere makes me feel incredibly comfortable, and there's a real sense of being at home. Especially last January, I had a medical issue. I called the front desk, and thanks to Mr. Xia Tongpu from the front desk, he helped me call an ambulance and got me to the hospital. While I was semi-conscious in the hospital, I vaguely saw Mr. Xia – who was a complete stranger to me at the time – busily helping me pay for expenses until my friends in Beijing arrived. He didn't leave until they got there! A year later, I went back to Beijing and stayed at their hotel again. This time, it happened to be a couple of extremely hot days! My health can't handle stuffy heat; I tend to get sick easily when it's hot. So, I called the front desk, and Mr. Xia Tongpu arranged for a cooling machine to be sent to my room. The next day, when I went for breakfast, it was particularly hot, and my body couldn't cope. My smartwatch kept alerting me! I quickly went back to my room to take my medicine and then looked for Mr. Xia Tongpu at the front desk because I saw him on my way to the restaurant. I asked him to send me some ice water, and he quickly arranged for a robot to deliver a cup of ice water. That wasn't enough, so I told him I needed some ice cubes, and again, he quickly arranged for a robot to deliver a box of ice cubes. This physical cooling prevented me from getting ill! I sincerely thank Mr. Xia Tongpu from the front desk; he helped me once again! If I ever go back to Beijing, I will definitely stay at this hotel again! Although my near-illness those two days was due to the extreme heat, it was also because the hotel wasn't yet able to provide air conditioning, as they have to comply with government regulations. So, it wasn't the hotel's fault. I'm mentioning the heat because I've seen many reviews giving this hotel a bad rating due to the hot weather, and I think it's unfair to the hotel. If they could provide air conditioning, I'm sure they would, but they also have to cooperate with government departments. I usually never write reviews, but I'm writing this honest account because I genuinely appreciate Mr. Xia from the front desk, and I also feel that those negative reviews are truly unfair to the hotel! I'm just speaking fairly!

Honestly, the hotel's facilities are so outdated that every time I visit, I can't help but inwardly grumble. However, their service is absolutely top-notch, which makes it my first choice for every business trip. It's a real love-hate relationship. While the hotel management deserves credit, it's really the incredibly meticulous service from the staff that stands out. Everyone in the housekeeping department – Bai Yulai, Xu Guixia, Liu Jinyun, and Xu Yuxia – takes such thoughtful care of you. My absolute favorite is the restaurant's breakfast supervisor; I just haven't caught her name because I'm always rushing to eat before work. The noodle chef also remembers your preferences – eating his noodles always brightens my day. Again, I haven't caught his name for the same reason; anyone who has to rush to work in the morning understands there's no time to look at name tags. What's even more surprising is how excellent the concierge service is. Du Ge, from the concierge, makes it hard to even carry your own luggage to the car when checking out; he always insists on putting it in the trunk for you. He's a hundred times better than the concierges at most five-star hotels in Beijing, some of whom act like they don't see you struggling with your bags. To sum it all up, the facilities are incredibly old. I really hope the owner sees this and renovates soon, otherwise, it's just not fair to all the wonderful staff who provide such excellent service.

Honestly, I thought an older hotel might have some shortcomings, but my stay this time was unexpectedly satisfying. Not only are the facilities complete, but the service is also excellent. The environment goes without saying – it's very quiet with great greenery, and you could spend a good amount of time just walking around the hotel's courtyard. A special thanks to Xiao Shi and Xiao Wei at the front desk for their great attitude during check-in, and also to Xiao Zhao from concierge for helping with our luggage. Highly recommended!
