We had a perfect stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, consisting of two connected rooms. One room featured a king-size bed, a large living room, and a luxurious bathroom with a huge bathtub. The second room had two single beds, which was perfect for our two adult children. The layout was very thoughtful, with two separate bathrooms and toilets, plus an additional guest toilet in the living room. With four of us staying together, we never had to wait for the bathroom — a huge convenience! The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, featuring beautiful gardens, traditional architecture, and a pagoda, making it feel like a scenic attraction in itself. As a special bonus, the hotel provided a complimentary 60-minute Hanfu experience, allowing us to take wonderful photos around the property. Honestly, the hotel is so beautiful that you could easily spend a day exploring the grounds without leaving. Another thoughtful touch was that each room was provided with an entire carton of bottled mineral water, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, an exceptional stay with spacious accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Suzhou!

The service was excellent! The front desk staff and cleaning ladies were all so nice. They even upgraded my room and gave me a gift before I left. Really impressed! 👍👍👍 The bathroom was spacious, with a separate bathtub and shower. The food at the downstairs restaurant was good too. The only minor drawback was that the room wasn't very soundproof; I could hear people talking loudly next door. However, the other positives definitely made up for it. It's very close to Panmen Scenic Area, Canglang Pavilion, Keyuan Garden, and Confucius Temple, and other major attractions aren't too far either. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it's easy to catch a taxi. Highly recommend staying here.

I chose this hotel mainly because it has a really big table, which was perfect for enjoying takeout with friends. The hotel also provides complimentary branded toiletries, and even offered free laundry detergent when I forgot mine, which was a huge help! The laundry room area is also very pleasant. The front desk staff were incredibly nice; they even stored our luggage for us after check-out on the 14th. Huge thanks to them! I wish this hotel all the best. Being pet-friendly is a huge bonus; you can bring your pets and they even provide pet amenities, which makes traveling with your furry friends so much easier. The location is convenient, just 100m from the subway station, and Shantang Street is only a few minutes' walk away. The front desk service was also very thoughtful; it was Dragon Boat Festival today, and they even gave us sachets with mugwort leaves. The room facilities are quite complete, with a separate refrigerator. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Environment: Taxis will drop you off in the middle of the road – yes, that's right, the very middle. You have to navigate through traffic, so be careful. Even the Four Seasons hotel won't drive up to the entrance. Service: The robots are very convenient; any supplies I needed were delivered quickly. Cleanliness: Very thorough, with daily cleaning and fresh towels.

Getting around is also convenient, with a bus stop right nearby and the metro station just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to get to attractions or wherever you need to go. Plus, you need to use your key card to access the stairwells, which feels very secure, and they even have mosquito repellent at the stairwell entrances – a really thoughtful touch! The room was bigger than I expected, and the bathroom was a wet/dry separation design with a smart toilet. It was genuinely clean. On the first day, we received meal vouchers, and I didn't have high expectations, but that cured pork with rice was absolutely amazing! I had two bowls – the diced pork was so fragrant, and the rice was perfectly moist. I highly recommend it. The bottled water in the room was also good, I don't know the brand, but it tasted great. I asked the front desk for extra bottles a few times during my stay, and they always gave them with a smile. Their service attitude was outstanding. All in all, the next time I visit Suzhou, I'll definitely stay here again. I genuinely recommend it.
