Halo-SallyThis business hotel is located in the heart of Wanchai, offering excellent transport links with the MTR, trams, and buses all nearby. It's conveniently close to Central and the Convention Centre, making it ideal for business trips.
The room was generally clean, and although the facilities show some age, they are well-maintained. The desk is suitable for work, and you can request different pillow firmness.
The breakfast offers a sufficient selection of Chinese and Western simple dishes to meet daily needs. The rooftop pool and gym are definite highlights.
Minor drawbacks: Rooms facing the street can experience a bit of street noise, and as is common with hotels in Hong Kong, the room size is on the smaller side, so manage your expectations.

Guest UserThe most satisfying part of our trip was this hotel. The location and service were impeccable. My two college-aged kids and the high schooler all praised the hotel's service. The breakfast was also delicious. They provided two universal power adapters, disposable toiletries, and slippers. We asked for two extra blankets, which were delivered promptly, but we had to put the duvet covers on ourselves.

Bill.i.amSuits my needs as a solo traveller for 3 nights stay.
Check-in was smooth and greeted by a friendly lady at the counter. Room is clean, the aircon works well. Water filter is very helpful. Free coffee everyday is appreciated. While the bathroom is small, it gets the job done and was provided with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner.
50m from A21 bus stop. 2 mins walk to Yau Ma Tei MTR exit C. Multiple buses to many directions.
Overall, had a great experience and will stay here again .

Unplugged Across TownOur second visit here... If your check-in is delayed (mine was by an hour), stay calm—staff are attentive, but sometimes busy. Light still creeps in through the blinds, so bring a sleep mask if you need total darkness (staff suggested, though personally an uncomfortable option for me). Housekeeping is helpful, but if you're not happy with your room (like I wasn't), push for a change at reception. It may take patience and persistence, but the second room was way better, though be sure to check cleanliness—my new toilet still had some stray hairs.
Cooking facilities on every floor—shop locally, eat cheaply! Quick access to nearby stores and local eateries. Self-service laundry for longer stays. Cozy common area to relax and mingle.

suesoFor my trip to Hong Kong, I chose the Hotel COZi · Resort in Tuen Mun, and overall, it offered great value for money, especially for families with kids. The hotel is very close to Tuen Mun MTR station, just a few minutes' walk away, and it's right next to a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Getting to Disneyland and border crossings is also easy. The rooms are clean and tidy, and some of the themed rooms are really fun for kids. The public facilities include a pool, a gym, and a children's play area, where kids can have a blast.
The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. There's a West Rail Line directly to Mong Kok, Kai Tak, and Tsim Sha Tsui, and also a light rail that reminds me of Kamakura in Japan. All in all, the prices are friendly, the facilities are new, and it helps avoid the high hotel prices in the city center. It's highly recommended for family trips and leisure holidays. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, situated in the bustling Causeway Bay, just a 10-minute walk from MTR Exits F and D1 to The Park Lane. The hotel definitely has a dated feel with old-fashioned decor. However, I have a soft spot for nostalgia, which is why I chose it among the many hotels in Causeway Bay. It's about a 10-minute walk from Victoria Park, perfect for an evening stroll, and there are plenty of cha chaan tengs (Hong Kong-style cafes) and shopping malls nearby.
Upon checking in late at night, tired, the receptionist didn't even look up or greet me. They also claimed I hadn't booked breakfast when I had. The service wasn't meticulous, and there was no eye contact or smile, which felt quite impolite.
The room's cleanliness was just average. Later, the duty manager, Mr. Cheng, called me back, patiently explained things, and allowed a slight extension for my check-out time. This recovery in service definitely helped restore some reputation for this 25-year-old establishment.

Anonymous UserVery convenient location just outside N5 Exit of Tsim Sha Tsui station. Room isn’t much but does the job. Wifi is extremely stable and aircon is strong as well.
Some things to note: as the room is narrow so it might be difficult to open your luggage; waiting time for the lift might take long; check in counter is quite busy so factor in at least 15-20 minutes for check in / check out at the stipulated time

Guest UserExcellent and very clean! My son even got to practice some English with the owner, so it was definitely worth it. At first, I was a bit apprehensive seeing so many foreigners at the entrance, thinking it might not be safe. But once inside, I realized that wasn't the case at all. The owner was right there, making it feel very secure and friendly. Seeing that we were three adults with a child, they even offered an extra set of toiletries, though we didn't end up using them as we had our own. Families with kids should definitely consider this place; it's a great opportunity for them to practice English with the owner and understand its importance. This hotel offers incredible value for money! The location is fantastic too – Victoria Harbour is just a few hundred meters walk from the entrance. We stayed out until 10 pm and simply walked back, saving on subway fares. Besides the noisy air conditioning, everything else was perfect! Highly recommended!!!

Guest UserThis was my first time driving into Hong Kong, and I figured since I had a car, it wouldn't matter if I stayed a bit further out. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the scenery in Tsuen Wan is! We booked a triple-bed family room that could sleep 4 adults, and the price was very reasonable, not much higher than in mainland China. That really exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a big thumbs up! The only thing that was expensive was the parking fee – HKD 200 for 24 hours with no in-and-out privileges, and you can only use your Octopus card at the entrance/exit. Plus, the ramp to the car park was super steep! 🤪
