"Although this hotel just likes more than 30 years old building and a little bit tiny. Not pretty clean but I would still recommend it. Cuz the location and their customer is the best. The front desk persons always caring and super kind. And super helpful as well. If u need here to Bali , this one must be ur first step. So that u don't need to worry about anything."

"The moment I entered the room, I was shocked to find many small flies, and it felt anything but clean. The shower and toilet were in the same space, making it inconvenient as my feet would get wet every time I used the toilet. I also asked if they had voltage converters or charging cables available for rent, but they had none. However, the hotel staff's service was excellent! Still, it's a hotel where one night is more than enough."

"I stayed at Four Star by Trans Hotel Bali for a conference last February 6-9, 2026, and overall, it was a solid experience. I booked a Superior Twin Room, which I would rate around 8/10. The space was comfortable enough, clean, and suitable for resting after long conference days. Not overly luxurious, but it delivered what I needed. One thing I genuinely appreciated was the staff. They were consistently warm, approachable, and quick to assist. You can feel that hospitality is part of their culture, not just a routine. The location worked very well for my purpose. Since I was attending a conference, accessibility was a huge factor, and the hotel made it easy to move around without stress. For the breakfast buffet, it was decent. Nothing extravagant, but enough variety to start the day properly. A small downside would be the bathroom drainage. The floor tends to flood a bit during showers, which can be inconvenient if you are in a hurry. The highlight of my stay was definitely the awards night. The ambiance and overall experience added a memorable touch to the trip, making the stay more meaningful beyond just accommodation. Overall, I would give this hotel a 4 out of 5. It offers a good balance of comfort, service, and location. I would still recommend it, especially for travelers attending events or conferences nearby."

"This very good and beautiful hotel. My room is actually a villa which includes 2 bedrooms, a smaill kitchen. Specially the free esim when booking is very good for me to keep connect to internet. The price is realy cheap for a hotel with a lot of positive like this. I will definitely stay again for Bali trip."

"The hotel itself is very good. It has a large and beautiful pool (open until dark), a lush green area, and excellent, varied breakfasts. It's located close to supermarkets and not far from Icon Mall. The pathways are paved, and there are cafes and souvenir shops nearby. But… There's no proper door for the bathroom; instead, there are semi-transparent doors for the toilet and shower. Essentially, even to change clothes, you have to hide in the toilet, which is inconvenient. There was a small sofa for the child, but no bedding or towels. We asked for them, and they were brought after a second request. Two staff members came and made the bed with four hands, even though we could have done it ourselves. The pool seemed clean, but the water appeared cloudy with an oily film on the surface, perhaps from sunscreen? It was like that in the evening and hadn't changed by the morning. There's a private beach area with sun loungers, and towels are provided for both the beach and the pool. Overall, the impression is very good, and we would return here if we knew the sea wasn't always so shallow. It was quite difficult to swim. The staff is very customer-oriented. They are accommodating and allow guests to store their luggage. Generally, hotel staff in Bali are friendly and diligent."

"The room was comfortable, and the location was quite convenient. The cleanliness of the toilet could be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would suggest adding a small bedside lamp for guests who prefer softer lighting while sleeping."

"The environment is great: it's right next to Sanur Pier, with a street full of cafes, restaurants, and spas just 100 meters from the hotel, all by the sea with beautiful views. Service: The staff were alright. Compared to other hotels where staff are super enthusiastic (100 points), these guys were probably around 80 points – a bit less effusive, but still fine. Cons: One thing to note is that if you haven't downloaded the Bluebird taxi app, you should be careful about staying here. Because the hotel is by the pier, Grab cars aren't allowed in that area. You can get a Grab from elsewhere to the hotel, but you can't get one *from* the hotel. If you want to use Grab, you have to walk about 300 meters away to hail a ride, which is really inconvenient if it's raining. However, the hotel can arrange Bluebird taxis."

"The beach is within easy walking distance. The staff are very helpful and always greet you with a smile. They also assisted with my luggage, and I was able to leave my bags there when I visited the neighboring islands. The breakfast is varied and tastes good. There's a large pool and a well-equipped gym. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay. The price range is a bit on the higher side, but if money is no object, then this hotel is definitely recommendable."

"Everything was fine. I stayed for one night, came on business. It has its own coworking area, even private offices, so it's very convenient for that. The location is convenient, with quick access to the street with restaurants, shops, and cafes. And that's exactly what I needed. The location is excellent. The hotel is slightly audible. You can hear someone sneezing, coughing, or walking around in the room. But I had earplugs, and it didn't bother me. For a quick overnight stay, it's perfect."
