The location is perfect 👍🏻 very close to all the beautiful places in the historic part of the city! Please make sure that you check in online prior arrival to avoid extra charges. It’s easy and takes around 2-3 minutes of your time. The front desk staff speaks English very well. The rooms are spacious with 2 fans for comfortable sleep at night and huge lockers to store your belongings securely (the key provided by check in and it’s included in the price). There are comfortable beds with clean bed sheets and a decent pillow. Bring your own towel though, or you need to pay for one at the front desk. The bathroom is modern but not clean enough to give 5 stars. Also, there is toilet paper but no soap. As for the kitchen, it’s partially equipped, cooking might be a bit challenging but has a big modern fridge. There is a spacious dine in area and you can enjoy your meal in the garden outside. Overall, it was a nice stay for me, thank you very much!

The room was huge! It had two bedrooms, a living room, a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. The staff really paid attention to what guests said, even if you weren't specifically asking them to solve a problem; they'd try their best to meet your needs for anything you casually asked about. Plus, they were incredibly patient and enthusiastic. When I asked for directions, they even drew a route map for me, just in case I couldn't find my way! 🤣 It's also super convenient for getting around to tourist spots.

The hotel service is good, and the location is excellent, very close to the train station, making it ideal for tourists. The hotel's facilities are vintage-style, a bit older, but acceptable. It's recommended to book early with a cancellable option for good value, as rooms can be tight.

3m walk to train station, near to popular restaurants, 24h reception, elevator to hotel and clean. I think the hotel did a renovation so the cabinets, tables and all look new. It also feels warmer than other hotels i stayed, making it comfortable during March. Only thing to comment is the small shower area and there’s no thermal flask. Affordable price 65usd over a sunday night. Happy with stay!!

The staff were super nice, and helpful. And the view from the rooftop was also nice! The room was just a little bit bothersome since it was next to the boiler.

Rest from 10th to 15 May 2024. The apartment is located right next to Ponte Vecchio. In the very centre of Florence. In 5 minutes walk from the Ufizzi Gallery, Palazzo Piti, Boboli gardens, etc. The apartment is located in the historic center to get to the car to it it is impossible (or you will have to put the car in the road parking). If you arrived by car, it is better to put it in the suburb of Florence (for example in Galluzzio on a free parking on Piazza Don Pietro Puliti Square and to get to the apartment by 11 bus to Arno (go every 20 minutes until midnight), And then walk to the apartment for 5-7 minutes). 3 people can be located in the apartment with comfort (for the 4th person you can ask for an extra bed, as the mechanism for laying the sofa in the living room was broken, but sitting on the sofa is comfortable). There is no air conditioner in the apartment (for summer rest it can be critical). Sometimes it is noisy (when motorcyclists pass through the windows). There is still a nuance with the bathroom. The entrance to the bathroom (in apartment 1 s/u) is from two bedrooms (bath pass), but there are no keys. We shouted ”TOO” loudly :))In one day the water was digged from the ceiling.
