"The location, room, and services provided are good. They provide room cleaning service every 4 days, but provide clean towels and 2 bottles of water on a daily basis. However, I would say their breakfast needs major improvements. Every day the same food was provided. We stayed there for 5 days and saw exactly the same food every day (less than 10 options, and this is including salad side dishes). The breakfast time is 7-9 am, the canteen will not refill food by 8:30 and also starts cleaning up the coffee machines, etc., meaning if you reach the place by 8:30, there will just be ice water and bread left. So if you want to book this hotel, better not to include breakfast, save the money and get something from Lawson / 7-11 which are very nearby the hotel."

"The hotel is conveniently located near 7-Eleven, Burger King, and various izakayas, and it's also very close to the subway station. The room is spacious enough to open a suitcase, and the complimentary matcha in the lobby is delicious. From the hotel, you can navigate to Suga Shrine, and just a short walk further will lead you to the famous stairs where the protagonists of 'Your Name' met. The neighborhood along the way has a distinct Tokyo feel and is definitely worth exploring."

"The room was spacious and the location was super convenient with a supermarket nearby, so we could buy wagyu beef and cook it ourselves. However, it was quite noisy at night with motorcycles and police sirens on the street. One morning, I paid for breakfast at the front desk. On the day I checked out, I was stopped and told I hadn't paid for it. Seriously, I paid before I ate! How else would I have gotten breakfast? Plus, the breakfast selection was extremely limited and tasted terrible."

"Excellent stay! The lobby staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in. Our room was spacious, bright, and very clean. We especially loved the large TV with 4K dedicated channels, offering vivid and vibrant picture quality. The shower had advanced facilities with great water pressure, and both the air conditioning and air purifier worked wonderfully. It's also nice to have the option to open the windows for fresh air. The washing machine and microwave were very practical. The complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was a perfect start to our mornings. A special shout-out to one of the Shanghai-born staff members, who was very diligent and responsible. The hotel is conveniently located: if you're coming from JR Shinjuku Station East Plaza exit, walk east towards Isetan, and once you see the LV store, the hotel is just 100 meters away. For the Toei Subway, Shinjuku-sanchome C3 and C4 exits are the closest. Shopping and dining options are all within 100 meters, and there's a 7-Eleven supermarket right downstairs. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!"

"Location is 15 mins to Shinjuku station but along the way quite a lots to see. I’m enjoy the price offered for this location and distance. Laundry a bit expensive with 600 yen for 1kg. The location is next to night clubs too (you can choose to walk to Shinjuku station with other street) and worst is the hotel signboard is not obvious as it is small and in front of the hotel, , comparing to others to put up big and tall at the junction. You will easily miss it as I have walked back 3 times and finally found it by looking for white building"

"Space was just enough for 2 if there is not much shopping. The room was clean and even if you opt for no housekeeping, they still provide a clean set of towel replacement. Laundry machine was useful. Staff are friendly and helpful and location is convenient. Overall a good experience! Will come back again!"

The room was small but clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the unique bathroom with its minimalist and tidy design. The room was quiet and comfortable, and there are convenience stores and fast food restaurants downstairs, which is very handy. Room cleaning is available daily upon request, showing a commitment to environmental protection. Overall, I'm very satisfied."
