Great
GGuest UserThis hotel is quite good, I stayed for two days. Since I was traveling solo, the hotel gave me two complimentary breakfasts. Their breakfast was pretty decent, and the transportation nearby is very convenient. You can walk to the supermarket and the Petronas Towers. Bukit Bintang is also within walking distance. The green line is very useful. There's also a Starbucks, Western restaurants, and a 7-Eleven nearby, making it easy to grab things. During dinner hours, the hotel had a band playing, which was very lively. This hotel also seems to host conferences or study tours, and the service is excellent. They have a Chinese-speaking front desk, and the English-speaking staff were also very patient. I think this hotel is really good.

KKarinongThe check in was fast and easy, we got our room at level 15, the view is nice. The hotel is so nice to provide unlimited drinking water in the room, usually hotel will limited the number of drinking water so far even the other 5 star hotel in KL also didn’t provide unlimited drinking water. As we likes to drink plain water so this is an added point for us. Even the drinks in the fridge is free! Very seldom hotel will provide soft drinks for free usually is chargeable. Is small gesture and it does makes my kids happy. We enjoy our 3 nights stay there and my kids had a lot of fun in the pool.

Ddan01sHad a great night's stay at this Marriott property. The location is excellent—very strategic and just a 5-minute walk to the Monorail. Check-in was smooth, the front desk was informative, and the room was clean with a nice ambiance . Breakfast was a highlight, specifically the omelette ordered from the live station. Cooked by a young Malay lady, it was easily the best omelette I’ve had in a long time—perfectly fluffy and creamy. Management, please share this compliment with her! The rest of the buffet was good, though the cheese platter could use more variety. The gym is also well-maintained, and the Smith machine was a nice touch. A few minor downsides: the ”Smart TV” is outdated with no Netflix or YouTube (only local channels), and no body lotion was provided in the bathroom. Also, the housekeeping staff was chatting quite loudly in the hallways while cleaning other rooms, which slightly takes away from the classy chain hotel experience

SSaiiiizFor this Kuala Lumpur trip, we chose to stay at Vortex Suite KLCC, and I must say it was absolutely the right decision The room was very clean and well-organized, with all the necessary amenities. It was perfect for both relaxing and taking photos. The view from the room was amazing, especially at night when you can see the city lights—such a romantic atmosphere The location is also excellent, very close to KLCC and many key attractions. It’s super convenient to get around, whether you want to eat, explore, or go shopping—no long travel needed at all. What made this stay even more impressive was the care from Alum 🙏 From before check-in until the day we checked out, Alum was always there to assist us. Quick responses, clear information, and very helpful with everything—from check-in instructions to travel tips—everything went smoothly and stress-free. It really felt like someone was taking care of us throughout the whole trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kuala Lumpur that is clean, well-located, has a great view, and comes with attentive service, I highly recommend this place 👍 I will definitely come back to stay at Vortex Suite KLCC again next time. Thank you so much, Alum, for taking such great care of us throughout our stay

MMS FLORESSI had a pleasant stay here. The staff personally accompanied me to the room and showed me the way to unlocked the main entrance door with code and access card. Check-in and check-out times are flexible—just inform the owner in advance. The room is clean and new, and the amenities are complete, including soap, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, slippers, an iron, hairdryer, mirror both in room and bathroom, air conditioner, fan, TV but you need to log in your own Netflix account for entertainment, small fridge, kitchen facilities, an oven, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery. They also provide two small bottles of mineral water. Plus, there’s a nice view of the twin towers from the window. Got unpleasant smell from the wardrobe but the owner explained that is for pest control.

HHK ChuahFor those driving, just parking your car at the front hotel and pass the key to jockey. The velvet parking rate is RM15 per days. The room very clean, the bed is comfortable and nice view from window where you can see the twin tower as show in attached photo. Breakfast is nice and the waitress is friendly. Not much Chinese restaurant nearby.

GGuest UserFantastic stay with excellent amenities and very helpful staff! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Cubic Botanical Suites and were highly satisfied with everything. The suite was beautiful, modern, and very clean. Having a well-equipped kitchen and a large TV was a huge plus, making our stay incredibly comfortable and feel like a home away from home. The service was also excellent. During our stay, I accidentally locked us out because a lock button had been pressed from the inside, making the keycard unusable from the outside. Even though it took about two hours to get a technician to come and open the door, the staff handled the situation very professionally, and we were extremely grateful for their help. Overall, a fantastic place that we highly recommend to anyone!

GGuest UserReally love my 1 night stay here around April 2026 to prevent jet leg from my flight and just have some rest before my class starts. The hotel is located really in Chinatown but its like a combo of a shop infront of it and inside is the hotel and everything around there at night is just so fun and good to see , even get the view of the iconic Merdeka tower from my room though the window shape is a bit awkward. Though the train station is near you would need to walk abit to reach there and not recommended for someone who brings big luggages like me lol. Nevertheless the best stay and rest I ever had , everything is complete and cozy (hot water , basic shower stuff and aircond) even tho navigating in the hotel is abit confusing since the building is like a long stretch with different building combination.

RRhapxie LibreaFirst of all, the location of this capsule hotel is a little bit far from the city centre. It’s okay if you just want to sleep and you’re looking for a cheap place to stay. But if you want to travel KL that much, and you’re on a tight budget, book a hotel in the city centre. Well, the hotel is clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming (but they don’t smile a lot). Over all, it’s a nice place to stay if you’re going to sleep only.
