"The room was spacious and very clean, with an amazing view of the 118 Tower, the world's second tallest building. Petaling Street is just a short walk away, which is incredibly convenient, and the subway station is right at the doorstep. The facilities might be a bit older, but they're still perfectly functional. There's a water dispenser in the hallway. A deposit is required upon check-in."
"The location was superb. It's very close to mrt pasar seni and Hub Bus Pasar Seni. It's surrounded by many restaurants, food stalls, café, and a market. You even get a good restaurant downstairs! The room itself and its amenities were good and comfortable. It's not too spacious but enough for two person to open their luggages. The downside was the water pressure. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. It's worth the money. I think I'll stay again at Dloft Hotel when I visit Malaysia."
"Stayed in Chinatown, Kuala Lumpur. The location was really convenient because many restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions were within walking distance. It was easy to get around by public transport. The room was clean, and the stay was comfortable. Overall, I had a good experience."
"We chose Enclave because of its proximity to Chinatown and MRT Station. The room we booked appeared to be the biggest of the twin rooms and definitely can accommodate two large size suitcases. Check in was easy with a cash security deposit of RM50 and it was duly return during check out. Security was good as the room key is needed to tap to open the entrance to the hotel.
The room is relatively clean with some basic amenities like a kettle, 2 cups with coffee sachets and stirrers. Toothbrushes were provided. Only bath towels were provided.
What I didn't like was the shower wetting the toilet bowl. Thankfully, there is an exhaust fan and the toilet dried up quite quickly. No bedroom slippers were provided so bring your own.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't get the shower hot water running and within seconds of my call for help, the staff member came to check and showed me how to turn the shower tap.
All in all, it was a pleasant stay.
A side note: the location of the the hotel is a bit off on Google Map. Just need to remember that the hotel is directly opposite Kota Raya Shopping centre. Yes, Grab can still drop you off near a bus stop just before the hotel because th rest of the roadside is fenced up."
"Stayed at Four Points Chinatown and honestly, the location is unbeatable if you love food. You're right across from Ho Kow (yes, THE viral Ho Kow) and also facing Ali Muthu & Ahock nasi lemak and Bunn Choon dim sum. Didn't even need to walk far for breakfast.
Gui Zai Lane is just a short stroll away too — cute mural walls, good for photos, and Berlys Chocolate is right there if you want something sweet after.
Basically you can eat, snap pics, and explore Chinatown all within 5 mins walk. Super convenient stay, would come back just for the food alone 😄"
"My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's ambiance is so elegant, and the room was spacious and bright. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a wonderful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing meticulous service that made me feel truly valued. The location is also excellent, making it super convenient to get around. Overall, it's incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!"
"The hotel is within walking distance of Petaling Street and Central Market. After exploring the area and grabbing a bite, we took a Grab to Sungei Wang Plaza and Pavilion, and in the evening, we went on a 'sunset coaster' ride!
The Moxy's design concept is pretty good, and the staff are very dedicated. A special shout-out to the guys at the breakfast cafe – even though breakfast service was very slow on the weekend, they tried their best to resolve any issues guests brought up!
The room wasn't as small as I expected; the space design was very efficient. It had a chic, minimalist, and practical vintage vibe! The pool on the 9th floor had a great view, but I didn't have time to swim, just took a quick look around.
Since we got back very late that night, it wasn't until just before bed that I noticed bloodstains on the Simmons mattress and pillow inserts! Even though the sheets and pillowcases were clean, they were thin enough that the stains still showed through. It was too late to bother with the front desk, so I just put up with it for the night. When checking out, I mentioned it to the guy at the front desk. This is definitely something that needs attention!"
"This hotel offers incredible value for money! 🤗 And the staff are super friendly. They sent me photos with directions before I arrived on the same day, which made it so easy to find. I booked a twin room, but they upgraded me to a two-room suite, which made my trip so much more comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect, directly connected to MixC Mall, making it super convenient to get there. You can see the escalator connecting to MixC Mall as soon as you exit on the 8th floor. In the evenings, you can even catch a mini laser show from your window. I realized I left some clothes in the wardrobe after checking out, but they took great care of my lost belongings – I'm so grateful! And to top it all off, they gave me a Qingdao magnet as a farewell gift. Thank you so much! 🙏"
"The smart TV worked perfectly, outperforming some 3- and 4-star hotels I've stayed at. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and it's super close to the subway station. Plus, there's a mall right next door and even a massage place, which was really convenient."
"Returned to Hotel Transit for a two-night stay recently. My comments about the hotel are as follows :
(1) Location : The hotel is a good option to consider if your main interest is to visit Petaling Street in view that the latter can be easily reached by walking. However, there is a notable distance between here and the Bukit Bintang tourist area if you wish to visit Pavilion, Sungei Wang Plaza / Plaza Low Yat, Berjaya Times Square.
(2) Facilities : The room is compact and comfortable, and the amenities are basic. There are convenient stores nearby (99 Speed Mart, KK Super Mart) for visitors to pick up additional items, food and snacks. There is a self-service launderette close to the hotel for your laundry need.
(3) Food & drink : The hotel does not offer breakfast. There are a number of eateries / restaurants nearby, and plenty more options in Jalan Sultan / Petaling Streets albeit a bit of walking is needed to reach the places.
Overall, I think Hotel Transit is good value-for-money option for a short period of stay."

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is quite large and clearly caters to business travelers; I saw many people attending conferences during my stay. However, the facilities show some age.
The breakfast selection was decent. We had seniors and children with us, and I had read reviews saying the hotel's breakfast was well-suited for Chinese palates. On-site, there was congee and freshly made rice noodle dishes, which were good for the seniors, alongside some popular local dishes and 'Western' options. During peak hours, it got crowded and required queuing, so I'd recommend going to the restaurant earlier.
When checking in and out, we didn't encounter any Mandarin-speaking front desk staff. However, communication was smooth with simple English, and the processes went without a hitch.
Turning left out of the hotel, there's a small convenience store, and a 7-Eleven isn't much further down the road, making daily shopping very convenient. The room hardware is a bit dated, and the bedding had a slight yellowish tint.
The Skytrain passes right by the hotel, and a station doesn't seem far, making public transport quite convenient. Overall, the minor flaws don't overshadow the positives; the overall value for money is still good, and I would recommend it.
CCmeiqiUpon check-in, the reception staff directed me to the wrong lift, so I couldn't access my room floor. I ended up spending quite a while figuring out which lift I was supposed to use. The hotel only has three lifts serving more than 20 guest floors, so it was quite difficult to get one during the morning peak hours.
The room itself was fairly standard, but the bathroom drainage was a major downside. The shower drains very slowly, and after just five minutes of showering, water had already pooled up, leaving my feet submerged. The poor drainage made the shower experience quite unpleasant.
That said, the restaurant staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The food was also good overall, with a nice variety and satisfying quality. Their excellent service definitely left a positive impression.
YYuhangdongThe hotel's location is excellent, and the room even has a small pool. Breakfast was plentiful, and the rooftop infinity pool offers great views for photos with the Petronas Towers. It's surrounded by hotels, and Pavilion Mall is less than a 10-minute walk away. The mall has all sorts of specialty food, including Fatty Crab. I'll definitely be back again!
QQairul AffiqVery cozy room for 1-2 person. All is okay however can improve the cleanliness and items provided in the room. For example the towel and shower area. Location is also very near to Chow Kit monorail. less than 5min walk.
GGuest UserHad a wonderful stay here! The service was excellent, and they even helped me with an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. A special thanks to ALAM, who was extremely kind, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout my stay. The room service was also very good and prompt. The view from the 46th floor was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more special I would definitely recommend both this place and ALAM for the amazing hospitality. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again!
GGuest UserI had a really good stay at this apartment. The room was very nice, clean, and well-equipped. It had everything I needed: plates, slippers, a microwave, a kettle for heating water, a hairdryer, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning.
The facilities were also good. There’s a pool and a simple gym. However, the pool was under maintenance for 1 out of the 2 days I stayed, so just keep in mind that it might sometimes be unavailable.
The only downside was that at night there was a bad smell coming from the toilet in the bathroom. Despite that, I would still highly recommend this place.
GGuest UserThe hotel is good, clean, with an excellent and varied breakfast, and responsive staff. The room is large, and you can see the monorail passing by from the window, but it's still quiet. The soundproofing is very good. It's conveniently located in a quiet area, within walking distance to the metro, and the monorail is 700 meters away. However, there's a market nearby, so you might encounter rats in the evening. You can also walk to the towers!
AAnonymous UserThe location is great and very convenient, with a mall and convenience store downstairs. However, the bathroom facilities in the room need repair, and the customer service could be improved.
Kkak ArtWe all enjoy staying here. Hopefully we can come again if having any occasion around the area. Easy to access food because at the ground floor there have restaurant. We can dine in or take away. We bought coconut drink and fried rice also some mutton for our dinner. So happy see the children happy swim and stay in the comfirt home. Tq
