Great price. Upon arrival, I was a little surprised by the entrance, which truly looked like a garage. No elevator, so be prepared for stairs. The place felt a bit neglected, but the shared dorm rooms were very good, and I slept well thanks to the spacious beds. Finding good food nearby was a bit challenging, as there was no restaurant or meals offered at the hotel itself. In conclusion, I had a very nice trip, slept well, and would definitely consider returning. I was also very happy with the wonderful people I met during my stay here.

The room is accessed by swiping a card, no need to insert a card to get electricity. The mattress is comfortable. There is breakfast downstairs, which is paid separately. The desk is retractable, and there is no problem using a computer. The Internet is free and the signal is OK. A deposit of 100 yuan is required for check-in, which will be refunded within 10 working days if the card is swiped. Unfortunately, I didn't know that I had to tip for breakfast until the last day. If I swipe the card, the waiter will swipe it first, print out a bill with the option of tipping, and return it to the guest together with the card. The guest chooses not to give, or signs and confirms after giving a 5% tip, and the waiter confirms the POS machine charge. I didn't understand it at all the first time. I also forgot to put a cleaning tip in the room. It is said that one yuan a day is enough. The national conditions are different, and there is a time difference when I first arrived, so I neglected it.

It is a 15-minute walk from the subway station. If you go back too late, it will be quite dark on the road. It is recommended to go together and not alone. The room is large but the coffee machine provided is full of dust.

Contact customer service at the door of the room. The customer service responded quickly. I know that the domestic customer service is a microphone, but I can experience the service is still timely. The hotel's requirements are very strange. Thinking that the password they provided is correct, it must be our operation problem, encountering this kind of emergency, the best and fastest solution should not be to change a room? It was not until I proposed this plan that I finally solved it. The bed in the changed room was small, the room rate was different, and Trip.com also refunded it in time. Fortunately, I booked from Trip.com. If I booked directly with the hotel, the language problem and other factors are more difficult to communicate. The room itself is not bad, the mattress is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a dishwasher. It is very close to the uncle, but there is no one to do hygiene during the stay, and there is no service staff. It is very troublesome for people with language difficulties.

Overall, this is truly a hotel with top-notch service. The location is great, with access to multiple subway lines, but what really stood out was the incredibly friendly and attentive service from the hotel staff. The room was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the fitness facilities, which were convenient and well-maintained. My only suggestion is regarding the hotel breakfast. I'd recommend skipping it and finding something to eat nearby instead. While the breakfast staff were friendly and the Starbucks coffee was a nice touch, the selection was quite limited, mostly consisting of bread and a few microwaved items, which wasn't great. Just something to keep in mind. Nonetheless, it was a very good hotel overall, and I'd love to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you!

This hotel is very conveniently located for public transportation within New York City, and the surrounding amenities are decent. 😌😂

The room facilities are a bit old, but overall it's acceptable, and the bathroom is quite clean. What I don't understand is the lack of drinking water and slippers. The two bottles of water in the room are for Hilton Gold members; others have to pay $3, while they're $0.65 at the supermarket. They charged me a deposit, but shouldn't that be waived for non-Ctrip members? 😓

Good for solo traveller, 750m from the MTA M line, if you’re looking for the budget friendly place, this is the place, Hilton standard. However, there is no fridge, and there might be noise from traffics on the street in early morning, I used silicone earplugs and it work for me. It was a great choice to stay here.
