They even upgraded us for free to a room with an outside window, which had fantastic natural light and a great view. The room was clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable, and truly pet-friendly. "Absolutely loved this hotel. We arrived very early in the morning from our flight and as our room was ready, they allowed us to check in early with no extra charge. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. We even had a massage chair in the room which was unexpected. The shower was amazing, hot water and great pressure. The bed was comfortable. For the price and location, I’d highly recommend this hotel."

"Great location, and the facilities are decent. It's super convenient to get to the North Bund, and Raffles City is right across the street for easy dining options. For taxis, you'll need to go to the intersection nearby for pick-up/drop-off as you can't park directly at the main entrance. This was my first time in all my years using Trip.com that I had to show the order number to the front desk when checking in. Usually, all hotels just need your ID or the name on the reservation. It was quite a novel experience. Even overseas, when there's a language barrier, showing the confirmation letter is usually fine, but not here – you absolutely need the order number…"

"Book here last minute so that i dont have to rush to Pudong Airport the next day. Its cheap but surprisingly its super clean & beautiful hotel, nice smell , big room , big super king bed with a balcony. The receptionist can speak English , a plus point. The next day my flight got delayed & the staff give me late check out til 2pm. Thanks. I tried a breakfast even i didnt prebook it coz i plan to wake up late. I just pay rmb40 for the healthy bfast. Just the same floor as mine. Very near. I will book here again if i got a chance. Its very highly recommended. Btw surrouding are actually residence area with a residence mall , massage , salon , coffee shop & jist eveything that u need is here. The driver just send us until here at the square as picture attach coz theres no road to the lobby"

"The room was nice and quite spacious! We arrived very late on the first day, and the air conditioning felt a bit weak, but everything else was good afterward. The balcony wasn't big, but the view was lovely. There's no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the ventilation isn't great. However, the cleanliness was excellent. When we checked out, we passed by a room that had just been vacated and saw a cleaning lady meticulously cleaning the floor, which explains why my son's white socks weren't dirty even after walking barefoot on the floor. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted great, and the location was excellent. The complimentary travel photography session produced some fantastic shots. I'd likely choose this hotel again next time!"

"Pros: Located in Pudong, I booked a deluxe standard room which was spacious with a decent view from a high floor, and it was quiet. There's a subway station downstairs, making transportation convenient. The price was also quite competitive. Cons: First, there's no self-service laundry, only a paid external laundry service. Second, the breakfast selection was limited. Third, the service staff's awareness needs improvement. One morning, while I was still eating breakfast, a server came to clear my plate without asking, roughly snatching it away and making a loud noise. It was as if they had a vendetta against the plate or perhaps strongly disliked their job. Fourth, the outlets were loose, affecting charging. If you want to add breakfast, remember to book it a day in advance for 98 RMB; it's 170 RMB if purchased on the same day. When we checked in, the front desk only mentioned 98 RMB for an extra breakfast but didn't say anything about booking in advance. After some discussion, they did honor the 98 RMB price for us on the day."

The front desk staff were very helpful and answered all our questions. The surrounding amenities are excellent, making daily travel and sightseeing a breeze. The geographical advantage is a huge plus. The room had great natural light and ventilation, and it was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were of good quality, making for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again next time."
