I randomly chose a hotel close to the office because of a business trip. I didn't expect to give me an unexpected surprise and feeling. The geographical environment of the hotel is superior, the surrounding dining, shopping and other living needs are all available, the room is very quiet at night, the most important thing is the warm, serious and thoughtful service of the hotel service staff Ms. Zhao and Mr. Yang, and really made customers ”home away from home”. I also like to express my gratitude here, the next business trip must be my first choice.

I said it was too narrow and I couldn't park, so I had the car scratched by someone else. I left my phone number in the car to call if I needed anything. When we left in the morning, there was a car parked behind the car. She asked her to contact her to move the car, but she didn't contact her. She also told me that she asked me to drive inside yesterday but I didn't. I was really speechless. She told her that it was too narrow to park and she couldn't listen. Understand! Later, I went to contact the car mover very reluctantly. When I came back, not only did I not say a word, but I didn't contact the car mover yet. I just dealt with other matters. I asked, have you contacted me? She couldn't have said it so quickly! ! ! ! I think it’s like I don’t care if I don’t contact you! Just then, the car owner passed by the front desk and she told the car owner to move the car so that we could leave. This is the first time I have encountered such a childish front desk after staying in a hotel. No matter how angry I am with the customer, the front desk can handle such a small matter like this. What else can be solved? It is really inexplicable that I have such an attitude. I just blame this front desk. I will never stay here again next time.
