Very close to the station / sainsburys / office area / box Park. Does the job as a convenient place to stay, clean rooms quite small but no complaints. Also easy connection to London Bridge ~20 min on train. Thank you.

Pleasantly surprised! From the photos, we thought it would just be a basic room for a quick stopover, but the room turned out to be really beautiful, clean, and quite spacious, exceeding what was advertised! Excellent value for money, and the young woman at reception was very kind and smiling! Thank you!

Decent hotel close to Victoria station. I had a small room and it really is small so it’s not suitable if you have a lot of luggage. For a solo traveller exploring London most of the time it’s really fine.

The amenities have improved since I last stayed and TV and Wi-Fi are now included at no extra cost which is nice.

The beds are comfortable and the smaller rooms in the basement have no windows so are really dark which is perfect for a good nights sleep!

Value for money if you just need a simple and clean hotel room to stay. Location is in centre of London and hard to beat its low cost.

Great little hotel for a base to explore London,  a short walk from Paddington and Edgeware Road stations. Staying two nights, it was ideally located for our trips into the city centre and seeing Harry Styles @ Wembley. The room was small but with underbed storage to hide away the cases and a couple of clothes hangers and wall hooks we managed to unpack and store what was needed! Was able to leave luggage for £5 a case on the checkout day as our train back wasn't until later that evening. Spoilt for choice on food places within a couple of minutes walk too, sitting out by the canal or the Market Halls had nice options! Hotel reception had a coffee machine, vending machine, and water refill - water was free! If you want a cheap, no frills but clean and good located hotel then this is perfect!!

Great location! Check-in is self-service, but there are staff members available to help. The room has some nice artwork on the walls. My only minor complaint is that there's no table in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Location is good. Aldi, Migros, Coop nearby. Tramstop nearby 3 mins walk with suitcase. Easy self-checkin & checkout. 
My room (Basic Room) is quite big indeed, where I can open 3 or 4 suitcases on the floor. But only 1 small table and 1 stool in the room, you have to pack or put your things on the floor or on the bed. 
I don't mind at all noises during night time. But if you need to have complete slience to sleep, beware that you may hear laughters from people in the street and noise of car pass by, from time to time. 
The drainage pipe in my room is not perfectly set, there are some unpleasant smell in the washroom. 
I stayed 2 days here. The lift was working but the lights was out of order. I take the lift in dark. But the lift is well repaired the next day. Efficient reaction time. Appreciated. Overall, I

The location was excellent, about 12 minutes from the train station. There were few rooms, but they were adequate. However, the most unacceptable thing was that after showering, water seeped into the room floor – this was unacceptable.

A commendable aspect was its completely self-service system. The best feature was the self-service luggage storage, where you could set your own password to lock your luggage – excellent! The only downside was the lack of a lift, which was very inconvenient for carrying large luggage.

On the other hand, there was a luggage lift. Since it only allowed luggage to be lifted, guests didn't need to carry their luggage up the stairs; they could simply go to their floor to retrieve it. This was the hotel's most unique and biggest advantage.

Very easy location to find on main road between city and airport - with cafe attached and massive shopping centre & restaurants in a very modern complex across the road.  Bag storage available at a small cost. Very professional staff who all spoke English.  We had 4 adults mum dad and 2 18+ kids all in one room after coming back from a cruise. Modern, clean,  good value for money.  Minor gripe is that we couldn’t get any hot water out the shower.

As a review expert, I have to state some objective facts: this is a newly opened, small apartment-style hotel, located next to a residential complex, much like a guesthouse. The bed is built on wooden cabinets (pictures available to prove it), and these cabinets even move! 😂😂😂 And for this, they charge a four-figure sum per night – oh my! The room price far exceeds the actual value of the property! It's like China's budget chain hotels, but three times more expensive! The room was full of formaldehyde smell; as soon as I walked in, I got a headache and throbbing temples 😣… I couldn't sleep for half the night… The smell was so pungent. Why didn't any other guests who stayed and reviewed tell the truth? 

The breakfast was extremely simple, with very few options. There were no vegetables, no other fruits, just black, rotting bananas 🍌…呜呜呜…

Thankfully, the service attitude was good, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to give a service score of 4! It's a new hotel, too new! The renovation smell is too strong!

The location is indeed good, a 25-minute walk to Sagrada Familia, but that's about it.
