This was my first time in Chongqing, and I chose this hotel for its excellent location. It's super convenient for transport, very close to all the attractions, and right above Raffles City Mall. Chaotianmen Square is also nearby. The room itself was nice, clean, and tidy. Overall, I was satisfied.

The hotel's location in the bustling downtown area was easy to find, and the staff's directions were very clear. It would be even better if there was a sign on the building's exterior. The staff were enthusiastic, and the in-house facilities were comprehensive. The room was clean and comfortable, but the soundproofing was a bit poor, which might affect light sleepers.

This hotel is conveniently located just outside the Shibati Scenic Area, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions without any detours. The hotel's decor is modern and trendy, with a stylish lobby that even has a claw machine. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was just right – not too soft, not too firm, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the smart toilet was a fantastic bonus. The room offered a great view, and enjoying the night scenery was very pleasant. The service was excellent; even though there were some stairs, the front desk was happy to help with luggage. The staff member at the front desk was enthusiastic and responded quickly. They also offered a free laundry room with detergent, and a snack/drink area with instant noodles and beverages. The attention to detail was impressive. Overall, it was a great experience, and the price was very reasonable. Excellent value for money!

The room was spotless and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I accidentally left my backpack behind, which contained some fragile items, and the hotel owner thoughtfully packed and reinforced it before shipping it back to me. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The service was meticulous and responsible—a full five-star recommendation!

The environment is comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The facilities are comprehensive, with a laundry room and gym available, which is very convenient. The price is affordable and offers great value for money. The surrounding transportation is convenient, making travel incredibly hassle-free.

The guest rooms have excellent natural light, are spotlessly clean, well-equipped with toiletries, and have plenty of hot water, making showers very comfortable. The staff are kind and gentle, and any requests are quickly resolved; the service is especially thoughtful. It's very convenient for dining and transportation nearby, and the overall value for money is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!

Not only do they patiently answer all your questions, but they also proactively recommend sightseeing and dining routes, making you feel as comfortable as if you were with friends. The travel package I booked also had no complicated procedures, making the whole trip easy and relaxed. Downstairs from the hotel, there are BBQ spots, local specialty snacks, and even trendy网红 (wanghong/influencer-style) shops, all just a few minutes' walk away. Carbs galore, a paradise for carb lovers!!! Xi'an's noodles are truly delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋

Overall, whether you're traveling with company or solo, this place is an unparalleled choice. I highly recommend staying here!

My stay at this hotel near Xiaozhai, Xi'an, far exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Xiaozhai commercial area and the subway station, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, well-ventilated with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. Facilities were complete, hot water was consistent, Wi-Fi was fast, and the soundproofing was decent. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out efficient. It offers incredible value for money. For such a prime location in Xiaozhai, the price is really affordable. It's perfect for tourists and short stays. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xi'an!
