The room was very clean, the environment was quiet, and the staff were very enthusiastic, actively helping me with a late checkout until 2 PM and providing travel route suggestions. The only drawback was that the corridor light in the room couldn't be turned off, which is a design flaw. Overall, it's excellent value for money. This location is in the most bustling part of Chongqing, just a few steps from Hongyadong. Superb!

I had a very satisfying stay here. The hotel's location is truly excellent, right on Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, making it super easy to visit Jiefangbei itself. Downstairs, you can find plenty of food options and buy souvenirs, and ordering takeout is also very convenient. Our room faced Luzu Temple, so it was like having a scenic view right from our window. I initially thought it would be noisy being so close to the street, but it actually wasn't at all. The hotel staff, both the guys and girls, were all very friendly. We stayed for two nights, and the room was cleaned daily. When we left, they even gave us a souvenir. They were also proactive in adding us on WeChat before our arrival to give us directions, fearing we might get lost.

My stay here was excellent! The hotel has a really unique ambiance, and the room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. I especially want to thank the staff; their service attitude was truly exceptional. I had some unexpected changes to my personal itinerary, and after speaking with the hotel, the staff patiently helped me work everything out and even gave me a free extension on my stay. Give the front desk guy a raise! 💰

The front desk staff was lovely and even upgraded my room! The hotel is very clean and its location is fantastic, right next to Chunxi Road with plenty of food options nearby. The air conditioning and other facilities were all excellent.

Facilities: Good
Cleanliness: Good
Environment: Good
Service: Very good

The room was cleaned very well, the bed was comfortable to sleep in, and the front desk staff were friendly. The location is convenient for getting around, quiet and not noisy, and offers good value for money. Staying here made my trip very relaxing, highly recommended!

The hotel's location is great for exploring the nightlife around Jiuyan Bridge, and it's also conveniently close to the metro station. The front desk staff were very friendly; the young man who checked us in and the young lady who helped with our luggage were both very efficient. They even told us we could get more water at the front desk if needed. Since it was exam season, I noticed the hotel thoughtfully prepared stationery for test-takers. The room was also very clean.

The only minor inconvenience was that my room card stopped working at 11 AM, even though it wasn't check-out time yet. I had to take the elevator up to my floor only to go back down to the second-floor service desk. It would be helpful if guests were informed at check-in about when their room card will expire and needs to be reactivated.

The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well.

The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening.

The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean.

The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions.

Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The common areas are fantastic, offering a lounge, luggage storage, a water dispenser, and even self-service laundry machines and dryers, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The lounge also has a great variety of beverages. The guest rooms are fully equipped; the branded mattress ensured a very comfortable sleep, the toiletries are high-quality, and each room comes with a safe and a mini-fridge. There's a good selection of room types too, including TV rooms, projector rooms, and rooms with bathtubs, all very unique. It's clean, quiet, and offers incredible value for money. Highly recommended!
