Strategically located in the Huanglong business district, this is my top choice for hotels when visiting Hangzhou. A taxi from Xiaoshan Airport gets you to the hotel very quickly. YY from guest services gave me a warm welcome and was so genuinely friendly! The Liuxia series rooms have a great layout and are spacious. Climbing the mountain opposite, Huanglong Tucui, offers stunning views of West Lake from the peak – hiking in the morning was especially refreshing! It's a classic, old-school 5-star hotel with a well-maintained decor, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, right outside to the right, there's a bus stop with a direct route to Lingyin Temple!

The room is very spacious, and the view upon checking in was exceptionally beautiful. The Chinese-style decor gives off a sophisticated, oriental Chinese hotel vibe. The bath and toiletries are a full set from the domestic brand 'Sanshenghua,' which feels very upscale, and the toothbrush quality is excellent with soft bristles. The daily breakfast is also incredibly delicious, far surpassing the breakfast quality of most hotels in Hangzhou.

This is a very clean hotel, definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at. However, there is one downside, if you're looking to vacation in Xihu or the nearby area, it is a bit far, you'll have to walk around 14 minutes to the nearby subway station, and take the subway to Xihu takes over an hour. However, it is one of the cleanest and most well-maintained hotels in the area.

Honestly, the service was subpar, I'd even say bad. I usually stay at Ji Hotel for business trips, and their service is always excellent – you can have as much bottled water as you like. But at Junlan, when I asked for just two extra bottles of water, their attitude and tone were truly surprising.

During check-in, the front desk staff lacked even basic courtesy, just standing there motionless.

The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a smart toilet and a large bathtub, which my kids absolutely loved. The hotel also boasts excellent facilities, including an indoor pool. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering great value for money.

What a gem of a hotel right by Wuxi East Station! It's a mere 260-meter walk to the subway, making it super convenient for catching high-speed trains or exploring attractions – truly a lifesaver for travelers. The room boasts panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for soaking in city views during the day and unwinding with the city lights at night. The bedding is so soft you'll never want to get up! The bathroom features a wet/dry separation and a luxurious bathtub, with quality evident in every detail. The breakfast is a fantastic mix of Chinese and Western options, incredibly rich, with freshly made beef noodles, fresh fruit, and desserts all on offer. The main dining experience, a delightful fusion of new Zhejiang cuisine and authentic Wuxi local dishes, was even more impressive – every bite tasted of Jiangnan flavors. The complimentary heated pool and gym are a real bonus, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay, from check-in to check-out. The value for money is absolutely outstanding. I'm definitely staying here again on my next trip to Wuxi!

The hotel is in a good location and is a relatively high-end hotel in Yixing.
There is a large parking lot at the door, which is safe and convenient.
The hotel has complete facilities, spacious and comfortable rooms, average breakfast, and a well-equipped gym. Some equipment is damaged and needs to be repaired and replaced in time.
The professional image and service awareness of the hotel's front desk staff need to be improved. In the face of possible busyness during holidays, basic coping measures should be taken.
About 5 kilometers away from the hotel by taxi, there is a ”Red Mud Hotel”, authentic Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine, first-class service awareness, and recommended delicious dishes: steamed white fish, fried eel shreds, with Laoshayouhuang, haha, beautiful and joyful.
