I chose this hotel for its affordability.  Its location was convenient, a short ten-minute walk from public transportation, and a twenty-minute walk from the main street and beach. The triple room was simply furnished with white walls. The bed's position against the hallway wall was slightly inconvenient, but our room at the end of the hall was pleasantly quiet. Breakfast was somewhat limited and occasionally ran out, and the menu lacked variety after a few days. Parking was available in a nearby tower for 1500 yen, which was comparable to other local options.  Overall, I found the hotel somewhat underwhelming due to the lack of amenities such as a gym or pool, and its somewhat impersonal atmosphere. Complimentary beverages were limited to black coffee.

Overall, the hotel is very new and clean, providing a comfortable stay. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby. The main drawback is parking; you'll need to find a nearby spot, and be aware that many local garages have height restrictions, which can be an issue for taller vehicles. Hotel parking costs 1800 per day, while outside parking options are typically around 1000.

The hotel facilities are quite new. It's only about a 5-minute walk from Kokusai Dori, and the convenience stores nearby are very handy. A major plus is the abundance of great food options. It's also very close to public transport; getting around by bus, taxi, or monorail is quite convenient. Crucially, it offers excellent value for money. We didn't opt for breakfast, so I can't comment on it, but there are plenty of good breakfast spots nearby worth trying.

The location is great. Naminoue Umisora Park is within walking distance, perfect for watching planes and sunsets, and Naminoue Shrine is also close by. To the east, you'll find the bus terminal and tram station, plus two large supermarkets selling fresh produce are conveniently within walking distance. For Japan, the room size is quite generous, and both the table and sofa are very comfortable. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

very convenient location, many cafes and shops nearby. We really liked PARCO. The Hiroshima Peace Museum and Peace Memorial Park are a 20-minute walk away. There is a tram stop opposite the hotel, which allows you to get to any part of the city and Hiroshima station is not very far away. The stay was comfortable, we liked everything.

Great size for a family stay, but cleanliness needs work

We stayed at Nest Hotel Hiroshima Ekimae during our recent trip, and overall it was a solid choice. One thing I appreciated and that lines up with many of the other reviews, is the hotel’s convenient location, just a short walk from Hiroshima Station, and the modern, compact design that works well for short stays.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room size, especially for Japan, it was perfect for me and my two sons. We had enough space to move around and sleep comfortably, which can be rare in city hotels.

That said, I was pretty disappointed with them not having converter plugs and the cleanliness, particularly under the bed. I have bad allergies, and as soon as I laid down, I started feeling them flare up. Later, I dropped an earbud and had to reach under the bed to retrieve it, that’s when I noticed the thick layer of dust and dirt in the areas that aren’t immediately visible. Definitely not what I’d expect from a hotel of this standard.

If they tighten up the cleaning routine (especially in hidden spots), this could easily be a 4 or 5-star stay. Until then, I’d say it’s a good pick for short trips, just maybe pack some allergy meds if you’re sensitive like me.

We stayed at Nest Hotel Tokyo Hanzomon for several nights and were satisfied. The hotel is located in a quiet Chiyoda area, just a couple of minutes’ walk from Hanzomon Metro Station, which is very convenient for getting around the city. The room was clean and neat, with a modern bathroom and everything we needed.
The staff were polite and always ready to help, and check-in was quick. We especially liked the free coffee available in the lobby. The area is peaceful, with shops and cafes nearby, and the Imperial Palace is also not far away.
The only thing is that the room is quite compact and there isn’t much space for large suitcases, but overall we were happy with our stay.

Cleanliness: The room was clean, though as the hotel had just been renovated, there was a faint but understandable new renovation smell.
Facilities: There's a laundry room on the first floor, complimentary coffee is available, and breakfast included small pastries.
The room itself was quite small; we booked a twin room, and once our suitcases were placed, there was hardly any space left.
Location & Transportation: The location is very convenient, right by Nihonbashi Station. However, a heads-up for travelers with luggage: the subway station does not have elevators.
