I had some business in Xi'an, so I opted for this hotel. My room was a bit small, but it was fully equipped and very quiet. There are plenty of restaurants right downstairs, and the location is super convenient. What truly impressed me was the exceptional service: when I was rushing to catch my high-speed train, the hotel staff called me to ask about my arrival time and even offered to send someone to pick me up if I couldn't find the address. That was incredibly thoughtful!

I came here with my dad during my transfer to Xi'an. We booked this hotel at short notice that night. The location is perfect. You can walk to the subway and museums within a few steps. There is also a lively snack street in the evening. It is so comfortable to stay here ~ As for the room Inside, it's pretty good. I was surprised to get this price~

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
While it was far from a perfect experience, the hotel's proximity to the city center made all the difference, outweighing the negative aspects.
The hotel itself is relatively low-quality. The building feels very old, the room is unrenovated, and even the air conditioner was an old unit inside a cabinet. We were given a physical key for the room, which felt a bit dated. The mattress was quite firm, but the pillows were comfortable. The room had a small fridge and two tables. It felt more like an apartment in an old residential building than a typical hotel, but the room was cleaned and the bed was made daily. 
It's also important to note that there is only one elevator in the entire building.
Apart from its incredible location—just a 5-minute walk from the main area of Shinjuku—our favorite thing was the room size. It was huge compared to most hotel rooms in Japan. The small lobby at the entrance was a nice touch; it was a pleasant place to sit, relax, and enjoy a free drink from the vending machine. The staff at the front desk were friendly and explained everything clearly.
In conclusion, while this is an old building and an unrenovated room—definitely not a hotel for people seeking luxury—it's perfect for those who are looking for the most basic comforts. The spacious room, fantastic location, and the basic amenities that served us well were more than enough. 
Our six nights at the hotel were comfortable and enjoyable.

From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, you will feel the warmth of home. The front desk staff had a friendly smile, checked in efficiently and professionally, and even upgraded the room type!
The room design combines modernity and comfort. The bedding is so soft that it feels like lying on a cloud. Quality is reflected in every detail - the intelligent temperature control system, branded toiletries and exquisite refreshments replenished daily are all surprising.
