Amazing hotel, so easy to find very clean very chill smoke free. The ladies in the counter were super nice. They have free tea super close to the city wall is a walk and then in Metro is like 15 minutes away from the bell and drum tower. they help us figure out the laundry and also put it on the room. They also gave us a spare key when we lost ours overall one of the best hotels that I have seen in China, and also the surroundings of the hotel are very nice. They have a lot of food places very cheap to eat and a lot of like coffee and places to grab a drink before going places and it’s also 10 minutes walking from the metro station and it’s super walkable with luggage

The hotel has a beautiful environment, complete facilities and warm, clean and tidy, the service staff is very warm, the attitude is very satisfactory, come next time

I also came here based on reviews I saw on my phone, with a 'let's just try it' attitude. Turns out the hotel was far better than I expected! Traveling with a child, the young lady at the front desk was very welcoming, and the housekeeping auntie was also super friendly. I absolutely have to give them a big thumbs up! I really love the city of Xi'an and will definitely bring my family here again next time. Thumbs up!

The stay was very comfortable and the rooms were cleaned very clean. The staff is very considerate and professional. It is very close to the city that never sleeps and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and you can walk there. The overall price is right, and the next trip will be preferred. The front desk staff went through the formalities, efficient and friendly, highly recommended.

The environment is great, and the hotel service is very thoughtful. I had to switch rooms in the middle of my stay, and I left some clothes in the original room. The staff carefully collected them for me and notified me immediately, which I really appreciated. I'm quite satisfied.

I booked this hotel while traveling alone in Hangzhou for business. Firstly, the location is excellent, within a 10-minute walk of the Hubin Yintai shopping mall.

Secondly, the room was well-equipped with a smart toilet and one-touch curtains. The room was also quite quiet. While there was no breakfast, it was convenient to find places to eat nearby or order takeout, which could be delivered directly to the room. Overall, it was very good value for money. I would definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

My partner and I stayed at this Pudding Select Hotel for our trip, and the overall experience completely exceeded our expectations – a well-deserved five-star rating! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mini-fridge was very practical. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, and getting around was convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. All the facilities were well-maintained, clean, and in good working order. The value for money was outstanding, and our stay was incredibly comfortable. This will be our top choice for future visits to Hangzhou, and we'll definitely be back!

The hotel facilities are complete, the environment is clean and tidy, the hotel service is also good, the hotel is very close to the subway station, the transportation is relatively convenient, and there are many delicious foods nearby. The overall feeling is good!

I stayed for four days and three nights. On the first day, I felt that the room was dusty, and it was uncomfortable to breathe. It choked my nose and throat.

I hope the business can dust the bedroom. The smell of dust is not damp, but the smell of dust. Other things are OK. In order to encourage the business, I give you a five-star rating overall.
