I stayed at a brand hotel under the Hanting chain this time and was particularly satisfied. The hotel's hygiene, environment, service, and breakfast were all excellent. It's very close to the subway station, making it convenient to get to various tourist attractions. There are also many shopping malls nearby, so you can shop, relax, and find great places to eat. It was a truly enjoyable trip.

Right by the East Gate of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, it's walking distance to the campus, and there are plenty of restaurants right behind it, which is super convenient. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

Lianyungang Baili Ai Shang Hotel. The hotel facilities are relatively new, clean and sanitary, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the front desk service attitude is good. It is a few kilometers away from Liandao Island, which is convenient for going to the beach.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room is warm and comfortable, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the hotel is strategically located, adjacent to the Lianyungang high-speed rail station, and transportation is very convenient. Next time you come to Lianyungang for business or tourism, you will first choose to stay at the Park Lane Hotel 👍

It felt like there were a lot of guests during the summer, and the front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed. Daily room cleaning replenished water, but not the beverages. I went to the front desk fridge to get some and told the manager that there were no drinks in the room. I was informed they would be replenished, but that soda at the front desk was chargeable. Alright, so I scanned the QR code to pay. For several subsequent days, only mineral water was replenished, and there were still no complimentary drinks in the room. I understand that the manager prioritizes hotel revenue, but the issue wasn't actually resolved; it was just a simple, hasty response, leading to a poor experience.

On a positive note, one of the female staff members at the front desk, who wears glasses, provided excellent service. Every day when I passed the front desk, she was patiently answering customer questions, communicating issues with patience, and maintaining a friendly attitude, always seriously responding to guest requests. The overall hardware conditions are decent. I hope the hotel can improve its room amenity replenishment process and enhance its management's ability to provide closed-loop problem-solving to elevate the guest experience.
