I stayed at Staybridge Suites Houston Downtown by IHG during my trip to Houston, and overall it was a great and worthwhile experience.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. Situated in Downtown Houston, it offers easy access to restaurants, attractions, and event venues. The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchenette, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, making it perfect for longer stays.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. Complimentary breakfast was included, and unlimited soft drinks were available, which helped save both time and money.

The hotel also has a fitness center and swimming pool with all the essential facilities for guests who enjoy working out. The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable, so there was no need to purchase additional mobile data.

The only downside is that the breakfast menu can feel repetitive for longer stays, and the protein options are somewhat limited. However, overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Houston.

Decent place, very friendly staff and had a nice breakfast. I recommend the place if you need to stay in this part of town.

This is one of three consecutive 7 nights. Set of one-bedroom spacious atmosphere, kitchen, living room, washroom and bathroom separated, wet and dry partition. There are also free snacks and lots of coffee prepared. Ten minutes drive from the airport, there is a shuttle bus service.

Great place. Clean. Awesome food . Quiet and private. Will come again.

The room has a kitchen, the suite has a living room, and the double room has a double bathroom. The hotel also has regular evening meals. Great. As an apartment hotel, there is a swimming pool and a parking lot with monitoring. Laundry room, gym is also very good

Roland in the breakfast area was the best.  Checking on everyone to see if they needed any oj, etc.  So very friendly and personable.  It felt like he was family. 
Also all of the registration crew at the desk were all great.  Would highly recommend this hotel.

I definitely recommend this hotel. 


I lived for a day, there was no special feeling, the service was OK.
The equipment is a bit old, it feels like it is renovated, the hotel is actually old.

Great hotel, with shuttle to airport and from. Near mall, room has a bag of popcorn and coffee machine. They have toothbrush and toothpaste on request and gave me a check in at 2pm.

Everyone was super friendly, our room was clean and “the best room ever” according to our kids. We were super happy with our stay and we will definitely return!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The moment I walked through the doors, I could feel the warm and attentive service atmosphere. The front desk staff were all smiles, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with a soft and comfortable bed that just made you want to sink in and get a good night's sleep. The room facilities were also comprehensive, with the TV, air conditioning, and other amenities working perfectly, and there was plenty of hot water.

The main entrance is within a 5-minute walk of the subway station, and it's also very convenient to catch a taxi from the back entrance. The hotel is spacious and very comfortable for families, with a washing machine and cooking facilities. The daily cleaning is spotless. It's worth mentioning that although the breakfast selection doesn't seem extensive, everything is delicious, and you can even order hot fried eggs. The staff proactively greeted us and offered assistance, and their work was meticulous and thorough. Overall, a particularly satisfying stay.

We really liked the hotel. It felt like our final stop before a flight. We loved the cozy room and the heated outdoor pool. They also offered a free shuttle to the airport (it only takes about 5 minutes). We were leaving at night, and they packed us a breakfast. Thank you very much, we'll definitely be back!
