This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was much better than I expected. It has a laundry room and a gym, so the facilities are quite complete. There's a supermarket in the lobby on the first floor, and it's quite cost-effective for the price. The subway station is right next door, just a few minutes' walk away. The front desk service was excellent, and the room was very clean, no worries there. Breakfast was even delivered to my room. Highly recommended!

I like the decoration style of the hotel. The surrounding environment is very good. It is close to the Old Summer Palace. There is a green garden outside. The wood tone makes people feel very comfortable. The fragrance in the hotel is also very comfortable. The environment is very good and very suitable for taking pictures. The room is also very large and quiet. All kinds of facilities are very complete, including washing machines and dryers. The front desk is enthusiastic, and the cleaning aunts are also very enthusiastic. I will continue to choose to stay next time I go to Beijing! Highly recommended

The environment here is good, the whole house is smart, there are even takeaway robots, it is too convenient haha, wash clothes at night and call the front desk phone robot to come over to take the clothes and wash them. The door does not need to go out. The room is cleaned very neatly. It gives you a very comfortable feeling as soon as you enter. There are not only robots here, but also free microwaves and refrigerators. The house is equipped with Tmall Genie to control any electrical appliances in the room. It really liberates your hands. The surrounding hospital commercial streets are very close. It takes 10 minutes from the subway to the store. Compared with the nearby hotel, this store is very good in any way. , the front desk brother and sister service attitude is very good, really patient, because the first time Beijing travel, although the weather is cold, but my heart is warm

I'll give you a five-star review first, but objectively speaking, I don't know why I was told by the front desk that I had to check out at 13:40, even though I was allowed to check out at 14:00. What's the point of worrying about these 20 minutes? If this is the case, I suggest you inform or mark it in advance to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings. Fortunately, I can arrange the time today.

It is not easy to find a house in Beijing, the price is high, and many can't park for free. I looked for this for a long time. I saw that it had just opened. The facilities were very new and the washing machine was still in the lobby. The car is parked at the entrance of the hotel for no charge. But the room is really too small and it is a bit inconvenient to bring children. Bathing and washing hands are afraid of getting the bed wet. Then the twin room is equipped with a total of two pillows, and I don't want one more. It is estimated that all aspects are being improved. Forgot to take photos, just make up the number!

The hotel is very clean, the ladies at the front desk provide good service, and there are many places to eat around. It is the first choice hotel for business trips and is very affordable. Very satisfied!

The superior standard room stayed this time far exceeded expectations! The layout of the room is neat and transparent, there is no cramped feeling at all, the bedding is soft as if trapped in the clouds, and it is good to sleep until dawn. The bathroom is dry and wet separation is very thorough, the toiletries are delicate, and even the hot water is fast and stable.
The most surprising thing is the details - the bedside USB charging port, the soft and not dazzling bedside lamp, the small tea table next to the window, every place is poked with practical needs. Hygiene is nothing to say, the corners are clean and can't fault it at all. The service is also very online, there is a timely demand response, and the whole process is zero interruption. The price is absolutely perfect, highly recommended!

New hotel. Very near to subway, zhongyang street, sun island, polar park and ice & snow world.

Good service, the rooms are clean. Go for the rooms with window though because the ones without windows might be a bit too warm in the evening.

For non chinese travellers, look for staff named flora. She's really helpful and is the only staff that spoke english.

This is our second stay here, and this time we brought our baby. The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy. A big thank you to the front desk lady who gave us a children's toothbrush and slippers – our baby loved them so much she slept hugging them! She also gave us some coffee when we left. Thank you!

The hotel's location is right on Central Street, very close to Hongzhuan Street Morning Market, the subway station, and the Flood Control Monument. The value for money is outstanding. It's also only a 20-minute drive to the Polarland.

For parking, there are free spots available right in front of the hotel, though they are limited. We parked in an adjacent underground parking lot, which cost 50 yuan for 24 hours overnight, which was acceptable.

We're not really strangers to Harbin anymore; we used to frequent Central Street a lot during our university days here. Out of all the hotels we've stayed at, this one is truly excellent. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back again.
