This hotel is the most convenient if you're catching an early flight from the airport, and it was my first time staying in an ANA-themed room. This room is actually a byproduct of the building's corner; it's a bit too large for a standard room but not quite big enough for two small rooms, so they just made it into this themed room. Inside, there's a wall showcasing ANA's history and even business class seats, haha! But they're not powered, so you can't adjust them; they're just there for show. The room is quite spacious, the internet is good, and it's clean—everything was fine.

This clean and comfortable hotel offers a spacious, quiet stay with excellent public transit access and an hourly shuttle to Tsukiji Market. While colocated with a shopping mall, its slightly remote location and extra fees for parking and the onsen may deter some travelers.The Highlights

The Drawbacks
Out of the Way: It is situated a bit far from the main city center, though the area remains pleasantly quiet and peaceful.Extra Fees: Be prepared to pay extra for parking and the on-site onsen, as neither is complimentary.

Overall Verdict: A highly functional and comfortable stay that balances a peaceful, slightly off-the-beaten-path location with stellar transport links and a convenient shuttle. Ideal for travelers who prioritize space, cleanliness, and transit convenience over being right in the heart of the bustling city center.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's a short 3-5 minute walk from Shiodome Station; just follow the navigation directions and you won't even need to go above ground. The hotel entrance is quite grand. The rooms are a bit nicer than your average business hotel. I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

This is a continuation of my previous review. I had to book an extra night because I'd initially booked one day less. The hotel was able to merge both bookings when I checked in. Also, some guides mentioned that additional fees might be charged during check-in, but that wasn't the case. I only paid the amount shown on Trip.com, and didn't have to pay anything else upon arrival at the hotel.

This is arguably the biggest room I've ever stayed in Japan, truly the largest! 

**Amenities:** Very comprehensive. On the first floor, you can pick up coffee and toiletries as needed. 

**Cleanliness:** Very clean, my mother really liked it too. 

**Environment:** Not far from Kayabacho Station Exit 3. There are many convenience stores nearby, and even a supermarket next door. 

**Service:** Excellent, I really liked it.

A very convenient and reliable stay for solo travellers. The biggest advantage is its direct connection to TCAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal)—you can get from the airport bus straight into the building without stepping outside, which makes arrivals and departures incredibly smooth. The hotel is also close to multiple train lines, so getting around Tokyo is effortless.
Rooms are compact but well‑designed, clean, and quiet, offering everything needed for a comfortable, fuss‑free stay. Staff are polite, efficient, and helpful in the classic Tokyo style. It’s not a luxury property, but the combination of safety, convenience, and strong value makes it an excellent base for solo travel.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The first time I went, I couldn't find the entrance and had to figure it out for a while. Turns out, the front desk is on the basement level, so you have to take an elevator down. The staff ladies were all very thoughtful and gentle. Self-service amenities are in a cabinet next to the front desk, with free coffee, candy, and other items, including pajamas. The front desk also offers mailing services and helped us send our luggage to our hotel in Osaka; we just paid on the spot. There are several convenience stores and many restaurants nearby, which is super convenient.

The room is a bit small but I guess it is common in Japan, especially in Tokyo town. Location wise, it’s a short walk to kanda station and also a walkable distance to Tokyo station. Kanda JR station basically is good enough. Access to chuo line and Yamanote line. These 2 lines are good enough to go ueno, akihabara, shibuya, shinjuku, ikebukuro. And this station also hold the ginza metro line.
And nearby otemachi station who has access to most of the subway lines.
There are convenience stores nearby, 7-11 just next to it.

The room was much more spacious than a typical hotel room in Tokyo. Everything was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, within walking distance of both JR Tamachi Station and Mita Metro Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The staff communicated well in English and were always helpful. A nice bonus was the complimentary lounge service in the lobby from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, which was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location is good, with a university nearby. It's about a three to five-minute walk from Jimbocho Station's A2 exit. The hotel entrance is on a corner, and there's a 7-Eleven right across the street, which is super convenient. Check-out is at 11 AM. I booked a king-size bed, which was very large, though the hallways, as is common in Japan, are quite narrow. A 28-inch suitcase can be opened if laid sideways. The lobby has a lounge area with water and coffee, as well as disposable towels. Upon check-in, you receive pajamas, free drip coffee, and toiletries. If you're staying multiple nights and need housekeeping, you must notify the front desk before 10 AM. Even if you're a minute late, they won't clean your room, at most they'll just empty the trash bin. The room was very clean, and overall, I'm very satisfied.

The hotel's location is great, very close to Osaka Station and Umeda. The service was excellent; we arrived around 11 AM and were able to check in early. Other services were also very good, and the room was nice with no issues.

The breakfast was abundant and tasty, and the small pastries were particularly delicious.

They offer a free hot spring and a hot stone sauna, which was a good experience. The environment was pleasant, and free drinks were provided.

This is my second time staying here. It's really convenient, quite close to both JR Sannomiya and Hankyu Sannomiya stations. Right next to the hotel there's a really well-stocked Hankyu OASIS supermarket, which is super handy for groceries. The hotel rooms are clean, and they offer complimentary tea and drinks from afternoon till evening, plus there's a happy hour.
