The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the service was excellent. The room was spotless, and the location is fantastic – really close to the attractions, making it super convenient to get around. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Generally speaking, the hotel is good, but the only problem is that the staffs seems to be unfriendly and often rude, and the breakfast is too little, with very few things to choose from.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, you could really feel the hotel's dedication in every detail.

Great Location: The hotel is centrally located, making transportation very convenient. It's perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

Attentive Service: The front desk staff were warm, professional, and check-in was very efficient. Room service was quick to respond, and our requests were promptly addressed.

Comfortable Room: The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were modern, and the hot water supply was ample and consistent.

Thoughtful Touches: The complimentary welcome fruit and minibar drinks were a nice touch. The in-room smart control system (or high-quality toiletries) really left a lasting impression.

Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining both Western and Chinese dishes. Everything was delicious, especially the local specialty snacks, which were very authentic.

Overall, it was excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit and highly recommend it to friends!

The hotel is clean and tidy. The room facilities are average, and the surrounding environment is also just okay. However, the staff's attitude is excellent. The breakfast is average. Given its location in a bustling area of Shanghai, having free parking is a great plus and quite rare. Overall, the hotel offers a good experience.

The service was really good. Maybe it was because it was the weekend, they upgraded the room type for free and gave me a fruit plate. I walked around the hotel for a few times and found that their configuration and service were really good. There is a free independent parking lot, electric charging piles, and a tea room for guests to talk. There are all kinds of tea sets and tea leaves in the room, which are also free. In addition, there is a free reading bookshelf in the lobby. As long as you are a guest staying here, you can borrow it for free. With free coffee, it feels very comfortable. Another key service is breakfast. Although the hotel charges a low fee, the breakfast variety is very rich. I have stayed in many hotels outside. Personally, I feel that this place is generally good value for money.

Five-star recommendation for Greentree Eastern Hotel (Shanghai Ningguo Road Metro Station HULIANBAODI)! My business trip stay here was absolutely perfect! Manager Li provided warm and thoughtful service.

The location is fantastic too – it's just a 10-minute walk to Ningguo Road Metro Station on Line 12, which takes you directly to the Bund and Lujiazui. It's also very close to Yangpu Riverside for a leisurely stroll. The hotel is located within the HULIANBAODI park, offering a quiet and artistic environment, and it's a great spot for photos. For those driving, there's free parking and charging piles, making both travel options very convenient.

The hotel, newly opened in 2026, boasts brand-new facilities and a simple yet upscale lobby. The rooms are spacious with smart home controls, allowing you to operate curtains and lights by voice. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent natural light, and the double-glazed soundproof windows ensure a remarkably quiet stay – you can't hear any noise from the hallway or the street. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, offering an incredibly comfortable sleep. The bathroom has a dry-wet separation, stable hot water, and a complete set of clean toiletries.

The amenities exceeded expectations: a 24-hour free gym and a self-service laundry and dryer, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers and tourists. There are also robots for meal and item delivery, and the self-service breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options.

The front desk staff were gentle and patient, check-in was fast, and any issues were addressed promptly. The cleaning staff were meticulous, ensuring every corner was spotless.

This hotel is perfect for both business trips and tourism in Shanghai, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this one again on my next visit to Yangpu. Highly recommended!

The room was very spacious, with two separate rooms and two beds – one queen and one twin – which was perfect for our family trip. It's ideal for a family of three to four people. Plus, it came with a washing machine and dryer, and free parking was a huge bonus.

Stayed for 6 days, the facilities and environment are good, the front desk should be the duty manager and other front desk girls are more gentle, very good attitude. Laundry, drying, gym are available, the aunt in the restaurant on the second floor is also very good, too late to eat breakfast will ask you if you need to take a yogurt to go, very kind.

I was going there for some business and stayed overnight. The hotel was in a very convenient location, close to where I needed to go. The room was also quite large and had a shower. There was free parking, and the front desk staff were very welcoming.

Carelessly placed the bracelet in the hotel room, and found out that I had no hope after walking far. After contacting the hotel, the staff was particularly responsible and carefully helped me find the whole house, helped me find it and stored it properly, and was polite and patient throughout the process. Not perfunctory, not shirking, really thinking for the guests. The overall environment of the hotel is very comfortable, the towels are soft and the bedding is very new. Environment: The parent-child room we booked is simple and generous. The style I like is shown in the picture. I will come again if I have a chance. Those with children can go to the little yellow duck paradise next to it.

🏨 Room experience is full
As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised! The overall decoration is simple and modern, clean and advanced, and there is no smell at all. The oversized wall-mounted giant screen projection is too amazing. You can watch blockbuster movies when you lie on the bed. The atmosphere is directly full, and the fatigue of business trips is instantly cured. The bedding is just right, it is particularly comfortable to sleep, and the curtains are also super shading, which does not affect the rest at all.
 
🧹 Full details, clean to impeccable
Whether it is the bedroom or the washing area separated from dry and wet, it is cleaned spotlessly, and the towels and spare parts are neatly arranged. The desk in the room is spacious and bright, the office and processing work are not cramped at all, and the socket location is also very reasonable. It is too intimate for people with computers on business trips!

Consider changing it. 🙈 I like the lobby very much. It is spacious and clean! I was very tired when I got off work at night and had sweet desserts.
