We admit that the exterior does look worn down and due for a makeover. However, the hotel reception is welcoming and friendly. The room is clean and has everything you'll need for a good night stay. They upgraded my room to one with window and it's rather quiet despite of it all.
The hallway and lobby does look a little aged but the room is still very decent and tidy.
The breakfast is adequate and while seatings it's limited, they do offer outdoor seatings. We are thankful for how friendly the staffs are.

We were going to store our luggage before checking in, but luckily the front desk staff Mr. Faddilli assisted us for an early check in. We were very happy for the early check in. The hotel location is superb and the lobby is very spacious. But there were not much amenities provided for a 4 star hotel. Overall we are satisfied.

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. Most of the downtown tourist attractions are within walking distance (though it can be hot!). While the hotel is a bit older, the decor and facilities are clean and luxurious. Crucially, the rooms are spacious for Singapore standards. There's a popular and value-for-money breakfast spot, YY Kafei Dian, just a short walk away. The service is generally good, and the staff are quite friendly. This is a crew hotel; during my three-night stay, I saw both Emirates and Lufthansa crews checking in. So, overall, the value for money is definitely good. It's also not far from the airport.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall.
The location is excellent, within walking distance to Bugis, Haji Lane and several MRT stations, which made getting around the city very convenient. The hotel itself has a modern, clean feel with a nice balance of comfort and style.
The service was another highlight. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, whether it was check-in, directions, or general requests. It made the stay feel smooth and welcoming.
I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the pool area and gym, which were well-kept and relaxing after a day out in the city.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers looking for a comfortable stay in a great location. I’d be happy to return on my next trip to Singapore.

The location is fantastic, right above a subway station and a mall, making it super convenient for getting around. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants and cafes downstairs. The balcony view is excellent; even though we checked in late and were only on the 12th floor, we still had a great view overlooking Marina Bay and nearby St. Andrew's Cathedral. It's incredibly convenient for exploring attractions like churches, Raffles Hotel, and art galleries. The only downsides were that the bathroom was a bit small, requiring showering in the tub, the hairdryer was old, and the toilet wasn't a bidet. The front desk staff seemed impatient when we called at night, though the cleaning staff were quite pleasant. The hotel can be a bit busy and noisy, but that's probably to be expected for a hotel in Marina Bay.

Pan Pacific Singapore's location is absolutely superb, right in the heart of Marina Bay, with direct access to a shopping mall and the MRT. You can easily walk to Merlion Park and Gardens by the Bay, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows on the higher floors offer breathtaking views of Marina Bay Sands and the city lights at night. The pool area is very pleasant, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, the facilities and cleanliness are top-notch. The only minor downside was that check-in was a bit slow during peak hours, and some of the front desk service was just standard. Overall, it offers good value for money and is highly recommended for both business travelers and families. Staying here in Marina Bay is truly hassle-free.

On the plus side, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, including the famous frog leg porridge which is super close. It's not far from the MRT station and there are many bus options, making it easy to get to Merlion Park and Clarke Quay. The front desk staff were also very friendly and always smiling.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip, as it was conveniently located. It seems to be a hotel with a design aesthetic from the '50s; the decor is very thoughtfully put together, like a pipe organ with a hollow center. All the corridors overlook the lobby below, similar to the Legendale Hotel in Beijing, creating a beautiful sense of intricate, overlapping complexity.
The location is excellent, just a seven or eight-minute walk to the Merlion. From Jubilee Bridge, you can gaze at Marina Bay Sands and the entire Marina Bay area.
The lobby is on the fourth floor. The elevators are quiet and fast, and the front desk offers Chinese-speaking service. The Wi-Fi is speedy.
Although the windows provide excellent sound insulation, with Marina Bay Sands and Marina Bay right outside, it's inevitable that it gets a little noisy at night.
Overall, it was a satisfactory one-night stay. I didn't have time to experience breakfast or the pool.

The hotel's location is excellent, with super convenient access to the subway and bus routes nearby. CapitaLand Mall, Haji Lane, the stadium, and Merlion Park are all incredibly close. It's also very easy to catch a taxi right downstairs. The hotel is clean and the bed and pillows are really comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The rooms are well-equipped with a wardrobe, fridge, kettle, and safe. The jasmine green tea provided by the hotel is especially delicious. The rooftop pool offers great views, which is a big plus. The check-in and check-out process is simple and efficient, saving a lot of time. The front desk staff are friendly.

There's a capsule coffee machine and TWG tea bags.
The overall feel is quite classic, but it's a bit dated in places, like the hairdryer. It's one of those old-fashioned, long-bodied ones that makes your arm ache to use – I haven't seen one like that in years.
The toilet is also quite old. But that doesn't mean it doesn't work well.
Also, the hotel completely ignored my request for a high-floor room 😥😥😥
The service was very good. It happened to be Easter during Qingming Festival, and they even gave me a chocolate egg – a huge one! The flavor was really rich and pure; I even brought it back home with me.
It only takes 20 minutes to walk to Marina Bay Sands and Merlion Park.
Just as other reviewers said, it's a great value-for-money choice for travel.
🤦♀️ Sorry, I didn't take any photos of the hotel, only one of the Easter chocolate egg. The other two pictures are of nearby malls: one is called Millenia Walk, and the other is Suntec City.

The design is fun and colorful, not your typical hotel vibe. The room is compact but works fine, with a private bathroom, and the sink is outside the bathroom which is actually quite convenient. I stayed in a standard room—it’s okay for couples or friends.
The hotel has more of a co-living feel. There’s a shared kitchen, dining area, and even a small workout corner, so it feels more social than a normal hotel.
Breakfast was a bitsimple with limited options, just a few simple dishes and some bakery items. I’d recommend skipping it and eating outside instead.
Location is definitely a big plus. It’s inside Funan Mall, super convenient for shopping and food. You can also easily walk to places like Fort Canning Park (right across the road), Clarke Quay, and Merlion Park.
Overall, nice stay if you like modern design and a lively vibe—just don’t expect too much from the breakfast.

--chenchen-The hotel is quite new overall, and the location is super convenient. I only stayed one night for a city layover, so here are the pros and cons:
**Pros:**
1. It's very easy to get to all the attractions, many are within walking distance. It's also close to the City Hall MRT station, and popular internet-famous restaurants and coconut milk tea shops are nearby.
2. We checked in with our child, and the staff immediately gave us a little snack bag for the kids. While it's not a family-themed hotel, it made a better impression than some dedicated family hotels.
**Minor Cons (not dealbreakers):**
1. We were given an adjoining room, which made me feel quite insecure. I actually moved the coffee table to block the door before I could sleep.
2. The toilet paper in the bathroom was very sparse! And the toilet flush button was incredibly, incredibly hard to press – you needed a lot of force. We initially thought it was broken.
3. We'd just spent three nights in Sentosa where the minibar was fully stocked and complimentary every day. In contrast, this hotel, at a similar price point, had an empty fridge, which was a bit of a shock. It really hit home that 'it's hard to go from luxury to frugality.'
4. Perhaps it's because efficiency is so high back home, but checking into hotels in Singapore feels incredibly slow. My child kept asking when we would finally be done.
**Overall:** I'd still recommend this hotel for business travelers and tourists.

GGuest UserSurprised about hotel room upgrade from queen size bed to king size bed! Room was spacious enough to put several large luggages together on the floor. The amazing location juz opposite Takashimaya and Paragon and mosque@Orchard Road. The hotel staffs were all very friendly and approachable. Asian buffet style breakfast@Eden restaurant - normally can only find plain porridge but here surprisingly we found delicious fish porridge with no fishy smell! Thank you, Pullman hotel for excellent services.

Really good rooms with luscious pillows. The tub was heavenly. The pool was packed with kids but enjoyed my time there to sleep, think and do almost nothing. 3 nights.
My only 2 gripes : no smoking room that's enjoyable to be in, and that their coffee is average.
I'll definitely give this a 5 star rating for peace, comfort and joy at a decent price.

I’m talking about the kind of clean that makes you suspicious — like maybe they have a team that just polishes doorknobs all day. Everything is spotless. Even the complimentary laundry room (which, yes, is FREE with detergent pods included) looks surgical. Zero lint. No detergent residue. No mysterious washing machine funk. Just pure, sparkling cleanliness. For someone as particular as me about hygiene, this was an unexpected jackpot. If I could give it 6 stars I would.
Location is solid: walking distance to Chinatown, Maxwell Hawker Centre, Keong Saik Road’s fancy food scene, and two MRT stations (Chinatown and Maxwell). The outdoor courtyard smells like fresh lemon balm disinfectant, which is oddly specific but very reassuring. There’s also a complimentary minibar, which feels generous for a compact room.
The double bed room I booked was small but accurately described during booking, so no gotcha moments. If you’re short like me, the bed’s perfectly comfortable. They’ve maximized storage cleverly: luggage space, safety box, mini fridge under the bed. The courtyard becomes your unofficial living room since the actual room is just… bed.
The Meh
The rain shower is a mystery. I still don’t know how to use it without turning the bathroom into a wading pool. The handheld showerhead has weak water pressure, though the bathroom itself is otherwise excellent. So clean!!! You can feel the MRT rumbling underneath (acceptable noise level), but the real problem is Leila, the bar downstairs. If you’re into nightlife, great! If you’re trying to sleep on the second floor, less great. I could hear thumping bar music until late. Front desk was gracious and delivered earplugs promptly when I asked, so points for responsiveness.
Walking around during rainy season would be a drag.
The Verdict

However, my heart sank when I opened the door. The room was tiny, and they don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or cups, citing environmental reasons... though if you ask the front desk for a toothbrush, they'll give you one. For cleanliness, I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 – not terrible, but not outstanding either. It's a small room but has all the essentials, though you definitely can't fit two suitcases in there; it felt really cramped. On the bright side, the soundproofing seemed pretty good. I'm not sure if there were no other guests or if everyone was just incredibly considerate, but I didn't hear any noise. Plus, I was so exhausted from sleeping at the airport the night before that I slept like a log. It was the best night's sleep of my entire trip, and I was genuinely shocked that I slept best in the smallest room... Oh, and the shower gel and shampoo are all-in-one, so if you're particular, you might want to bring your own.
