Yitel Premium (Shanghai people's Square Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street)
"Good location and convenient to fo to hotel. Hotel staff were very welcome and willing to support. I also was upgraded the room. The room was good but there was bit of dust that I still could see in the room. No restroom's door so that it was accepted for solo travellers or couple but for friend or colleague you need to consider. Overall, I love this hotel 🥰"
Shanghai Baoan Hotel
"The overall decor is quite old, and the carpets have stains, although it's clear they've tried their best to clean them. The age of the hotel is visibly apparent. The hairdryer's power is very weak, so much so that it can't even dry short hair. When I called the front desk, they said there were no other hairdryers available, so I wouldn't recommend washing your hair at the hotel. Other facilities are comparable to the hairdryer's condition. I suggest the hotel consider a small-scale upgrade of some basic infrastructure."

Shanghai Miller Villa Hotel
"Staying in the villa felt like stepping back in time. Unfortunately, the garden was undergoing renovations, so I didn't get to see the whole villa, but the daily 10 am castle tour was very detailed and interesting. The breakfast was also delicious."
Radisson Blu Forest Manor Shanghai Hongqiao
"Location is not good but the hotel is 10/10 . If a person is traveling to visit shanghai specifically he shouldn’t book this hotel. This is only for Chinese people or local residents ."
J Hotel Shanghai Tower
"The room was great, and the view was fantastic, but the service professionalism was very subpar. From the moment we entered the lobby, no staff member proactively came to open the car door or help with our luggage. Once inside the lobby, no one approached us. Their attitude seemed quite sluggish, which led to my friend and I wandering around the lobby for about five or six minutes before someone finally came to ask if we were checking in. Then, during check-in, the front desk didn't inform us that our room included afternoon tea at the executive lounge, causing us to miss it that day. They did make it up to us the following afternoon, but it still messed up our original plans. All other services were fine, and they even offer in-room delivery for takeout. The hotel's cultural introduction was also interesting. Overall, a good review."
Broadwaymansions Hotel Shanghai
"Excellent! It's super close to the Bund, and you can enjoy the view right from your window. Getting around is very convenient. It's clean, and the service is great. Being a protected heritage site, it feels like staying in a living history museum. The value for money is outstanding, and both breakfast and afternoon tea are fantastic!"
Grand Hyatt Shanghai
Occupying the 54th to 87th floors of the Jin Mao Tower — check-in 200 metres up, a pool in the clouds, and views over the whole of Shanghai.
Mehood Elegant Hotel Shanghai Bund

Wassim R Hotel
"The room was spacious and bright, located on a high floor which made it very quiet. It was also very clean. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the hotel's proximity to my workplace made commuting very convenient. Especially during Shanghai's scorching summer, I appreciated the ample surface parking, though it's a shame there's no underground parking."

Sofitel Shanghai North Bund
"Came with my child for a university event. It's super convenient to take a taxi to Wujiaochang. The front desk staff were very thoughtful and helped me print documents for several days in a row. The transportation nearby is excellent; you can easily take a taxi or the subway, and it's not far to walk to North Bund either! I'll definitely consider staying here again next time."
Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World
"The room was very satisfying, clean and tidy, and the staff had a great attitude. Especially Matt at the front desk, who carefully listened to our needs."
Atour Hotel (Puming Road) Lujiazui Riverside Center
"My stay at Atour Jianye was absolutely perfect, flawless in every aspect! The hotel boasts a serene and rustic cabin-in-the-woods style, with a calming courtyard featuring flowing water and lush greenery in the lobby. The scenic views from the public lounge windows are beautiful, creating a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. It's incredibly relaxing to just be there. The entire property is meticulously cleaned; hallways and common areas are dust-free, and every corner of the guest rooms and bathrooms are spotless. The bedding is fresh and odorless. The facilities are well-maintained, with clear floor directions, comfortable lounge chairs, and functional lighting all in excellent condition. The design is exquisite and aesthetically pleasing, perfect for photos. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively helping with luggage and making the check-in process efficient. Any request made to the front desk was handled promptly, and they were very patient with everyone. Overall, it offers great value for money and I highly recommend it for your travels and accommodation!"
Shanghai Pudong International Airport BOAI Hotel
"I didn't have a local phone number, so I contacted the lovely lady at the front desk via WeChat in advance to ask about the pick-up time and gate number. Everything went smoothly, and the front desk staff even upgraded my room for free! The room was clean and tidy, and the airport drop-off in the morning was perfectly on time. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come to Shanghai. The pick-up and drop-off service made me feel very secure and reliable."
