"The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow! **Location:** Just a few minutes' walk from Shanghai Railway Station and the subway, not far from the main road. There's a FamilyMart and some restaurants downstairs. **Facilities:** A proper hotel with an elevator, air conditioning, and self-service laundry. The shower had good hot water. The wooden furniture looked a bit dated but seemed durable and of good quality. It appears to have been renovated, and the renovation quality is decent. However, I have to complain about the Wi-Fi speed – it was excruciatingly slow! **Soundproofing:** Average; I could hear conversations from the next room. **Cleanliness:** Relatively clean. **Environment:** Both inside and out, it was neat and orderly. **Service:** They proactively offered a room upgrade (perhaps due to fewer guests during the off-season) and could store luggage for us. **Breakfast:** Although breakfast was included, they actually provided a 15 RMB voucher per person to use at a neighboring restaurant. You pay for what you choose, and anything over 15 RMB needs to be paid out of pocket, which felt a bit like a rip-off. However, if you plan carefully, it's manageable. The breakfast quality was relatively average, but it was available from 6:30 AM, which is convenient for early travelers."

"The hotel room was decent in size—not too small and not too big. The toilet was equipped with a bidet, which was convenient. There is a convenience store nearby, making it easy to buy daily necessities. The room also had a good air purifier, which was a nice touch. However, there was no shower cap provided, and toiletries were limited to a toothbrush only. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some minor amenities missing."

"After landing at Pudong International Airport last night around 10 PM, it was too late to go home, so we opted for a nearby hotel that offered airport shuttle service. We hurried to catch the 11 PM shuttle. In the morning, shuttles depart for the international airport every 50 minutes past the hour. The shuttle service was quite good. However, the hotel's facilities were really subpar. We were initially given a standard room, but the shower drain was clogged. The staff kindly upgraded us to a family room. Unfortunately, the sink in the family room's bathroom caused my right thumb to bleed quite a bit because the drain stopper was so stiff and wouldn't budge. The entire room felt quite stuffy, and the hotel itself seemed old and rundown. Even the new room we were given had drainage issues... Its convenient location is a plus, and for just one night, my expectations weren't high, so the price was acceptable. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was enough to fill up. A warm bowl of congee was a nice touch too."

"2nd time stay at this hotel and as always, it has clean & spacious room, just in the middle of Nanjing Lu Pedestrian Street so many shops, eatery & malls just outside the hotel. It has free washing machine & dryer to use. Easy to find many kinds of food around the hotel, mini supermarket just beside the hotel, friendly staffs and comfortable beds. Need to note that this hotel might has some few stairs to reach some rooms, so for elderly, make sure to inform them and request rooms to reach without stairs. Overall, a good and recommended hotel to stay in Shanghai."

"This hotel is truly an absolute gem. The staff were beyond accommodating, incredibly helpful, and genuinely some of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. A special shout-out to the three ladies who assisted me, they were honestly the bestest, going above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. I absolutely loved the hotel ambience, the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect. Every detail made my stay so enjoyable and memorable. I truly felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a wonderful stay."

"The hotel facilities are very complete, with a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator, perfect for long-term guests. It's very clean and hygienic. Environment: Beautiful, with good lighting. The room stays warm even without the AC on. Service: The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and the service is excellent! 😊 They even gave me a little gift when I checked out – cute hand warmers that are just adorable and so thoughtful. Directly across is the Huangpu River, and the night view is also beautiful. Highly, highly, highly recommend!"

"Location: Excellent location, very close to Nanjing Road, The Bund, and East Nanjing Road Subway Station (Exit 7). Transportation / Access: The hotel has two entrances, but I highly recommend using the main road entrance as it is much easier to find. You only need to walk a short distance into the alley. Searching the hotel on Amap works perfectly—just copy the hotel name from Trip.com and it shows up right away. Very convenient. I usually returned to the hotel around 10–11 PM; the alley entrance can be a bit dark at night, but it’s a short walk and felt safe. Room: The room was very spacious with plenty of space to open large suitcases comfortably. The bathroom was also very large, clean, and had no cigarette smell at all. Amenities were complete, including a hair dryer, toothbrush, and toothpaste. I stayed on the 4th floor, and had a beautiful view of the Oriental Pearl Tower ✨ Service: Luggage storage before check-in is available. The staff were friendly and made an effort to communicate using translation apps. I stayed for 5 nights, and housekeeping cleaned the room every day, replenished tissues, and replaced bath towels, hair towels, and bath floor mats daily. Everything was very clean ✨ Cons: The room is not completely soundproof, so you may hear some light noise from outside during check-out hours. This was not a major issue and did not affect the overall pleasant stay. Price: I stayed during the Christmas and New Year period, and the price was around THB 1,9xx per night. which is great value for money. Highly recommended 😀👍🏻⭐"

"Perfect location right in the heart of the shopping district, with an easy walk to The Bund. We arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready for early check-in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious with thoughtful touches like complimentary wine and a cute plush toy. Breakfast was delicious with great variety. Overall, a very impressive and enjoyable stay!"
