This hotel offers an excellent overall experience. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and the front desk staff are warm and efficient, making check-in quick. Any requests are handled promptly, which is very comforting. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a logical layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The facilities are comprehensive, with air conditioning, hot water, and internet all working smoothly. The public areas are well-maintained and clean. The location is convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. Overall, it's great value for money, with excellent attention to detail. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or just stopping over. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!

The rooms and duvets were very clean and comfortable. I booked two rooms, and they even upgraded one for free. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was very friendly and helpful; I'm very satisfied. The location is convenient for transportation, and I'll definitely stay here again in future. My only gripe is that the price given by the platform was 20 yuan more than what others paid. Why?! 😂

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The lobby was spotless, and the staff were all very friendly and easy to communicate with. I especially want to highlight the cleanliness: the room was meticulously cleaned everywhere, with no visible stains or hairs, and the bathroom was perfectly dry. The room itself was spacious and well-ventilated, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet at night – I slept soundly until morning. All the amenities were complete, and the hot water was consistently available. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food. For this price point, it's rare to find such quality. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely book again on my next visit!

Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, even offering proactive recommendations for local dining and transportation. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. Hot water was consistent, the air conditioning worked well, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a quiet night's rest. The bathroom was odor-free, fully stocked with toiletries, and the towels were clean and thick. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, not far from the subway station and shopping areas, making dining and shopping very easy.

The room was clean and tidy, with a well-thought-out layout, excellent natural light, and a great view. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they patiently answered all our questions. The surrounding area was convenient for getting around, with plenty of amenities. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations, offering fantastic value for money. We would definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it!

The hotels location (basically right on Nanjing Rd) is amazing, with amazing views over the pedestrian area. Can also actually see the Shanghai Tower and Financial Tower from the room if youre in rooms on the left of the building (rooms 25+ on each floor).
The location is about halfway between both East Nanjing Rd & People's Park metro lines, which means you're about a 3 minute walk from both so you have immediate access to multiple metro lines. We found that incredibly convenient. 
The Bund was also only about a 10 minute walk away.
The team here were really hospitable (my Mum probably drank about 2L of the free lobby tea) and also held our bags for us after checkout which was so incredibly convenient since we have a late night flight and didn't want to be dragging our bags around in the summer heat. Andy in particular was really helpful and taught us some more Mandarin.
Ive already stayed here twice anyway, and will do so again. The convenience and price is simply too good to pass up.

Just in case people are wondering, this hotel shares a building with Holiday Inn (just separate lobby). Took us a bit to find initially but once we knew that it was easy.

1️⃣ The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The hairdryer worked great, and the slippers weren't those flimsy ones but thicker and very comfortable. The hotel also has luggage storage, so guests can drop off their bags and start exploring right away! 2️⃣ The hotel's lounge area is upscale and comfortable. During the Dragon Boat Festival, they had a sachet-making activity, which was a fun hands-on experience and left me with great memories of my trip! The breakfast selection was quite varied and tasted good, though I wish there were more hot dishes. 3️⃣ The staff were friendly and gentle, always smiling and very approachable. Check-in was efficient and quick. For rooms that the delivery robot couldn't reach, they personally brought the food to the door. They're such wonderful ladies, especially the round-faced one, and everyone else was great too! 😻 4️⃣ P.S. I wish the lighting in the room were a bit brighter; it was a little inconvenient when doing makeup.

This time I stayed at the Yilong Hotel Shanghai Caolu Subway Station! The location is absolutely perfect, very close to the subway station, it is especially convenient to travel to the city and Disney. The hotel decoration is simple and light, the lobby is clean and bright, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in speed is very fast. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was very good, the rest was particularly stable at night, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the facilities were complete and brand new. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room and gym. It is very practical to travel and live. There are also many convenience stores around. The price is super high. I will choose this one next time I come to Shanghai!

The room was spacious and bright, and spotlessly clean! All the facilities were smart and modern, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. A truly great stay!

This newly opened hotel is incredibly clean and comfortable, and the rooms are super spacious, over 30 square meters! There are a few other hotels nearby, but this one has the newest facilities and offers the best experience. The front desk staff was also great; they even gave me a late checkout for free. For this price, the value for money is absolutely amazing! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Everything is perfect about this Hotel! The rooms are huge and modern, clean and daily housekeeping of rooms is perfect! Location was perfect for us as the hotel is near the  bussines site that we have been visiting, also for western foreigners that have difficulties with local food MC Donalds is 2 min away from Hotel. For a transport anywhere in town we used local app and it was very cheap, 20 min ride and reached to any site of the city! - EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! IF COME BACK WE WILL BOOK THIS PLACE AGAIN!

From the check-in, you can experience the hotel's intentions. The front desk has treasure chests for guests (hand cream, mouthwash, floss, hair rings, warm treasure stickers and brown sugar ginger tea for women, etc.). The aroma of the room smells good, the facilities are very complete, there is an air purifier, the bath towel is in the disinfection cabinet, and it is very safe to use. There are 4 bottles of water in the room, and there are free drinks in the small refrigerator. The set suite is south-facing. The curtains in the room are automatically opened. The sun is too beautiful. You can also see the view of the Great Pearl Mountain in the distance. Takeaway can be delivered to the door of the room by robot, and you can also make an appointment for breakfast to the room. The price is very high and I am very satisfied. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Huangdao.
