We were attending concert at Megastar Arena in Sungei Wang, booked this hotel for its close proximity to the venue. Best decision ever! We just need to cross a street or take a bridge to reach sungei wang. The view is fantastic, 118 building right infront of our window. Breakfast is decent, not a lot of choice but is okay. Beddings are good, shower amenities good, bathtub is clean. Had a pleasant check out with Ms Noraini at reception. We will definitely come back.

From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests. The hotel itself was very comfortable and well-maintained. The rooms were clean, organized, and provided everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the beautiful city of Kuala Lumpur. Overall, the environment of the hotel felt safe, welcoming, and well managed. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service from one of the staff members, Nasir. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and well assisted during our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a significant difference in our experience. Nasir demonstrated remarkable dedication to his work and treated guests with sincere respect and care. Staff members like him represent the true standard of hospitality. In our sincere opinion, he deserves strong recognition from the management. His level of service reflects someone who is highly capable and deserving not only of appreciation but also of better compensation and even a higher position within the organization. We are very thankful for the hospitality we received and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. Experiences like this make travelers feel valued and truly welcomed. The rooms are clean and tidy, perfect for a family of three or a small family of four. The large room fits two people, and the smaller room is suitable for one. Having two bathrooms is very convenient. The hotel is located on a slope, which makes walking up and down a bit challenging, but otherwise, everything else is great. It's an 11-minute walk to Pavilion KL, a 14-minute walk to the MLCC subway station, a 15-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, and a 15-minute walk to Alor Street Food Night Market. Check-in isn't until 3 PM, which was a bit inconvenient as we had to store our luggage. The front desk staff were very friendly and offered helpful service. However, if you're not a Chinese speaker, the WeChat communication might be an issue, and that could be improved. Overall, for a tourist, I'd definitely recommend this hotel for a worry-free stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at AXON Residences. The location is unbeatable—super convenient and within walking distance to both Pavilion KL and KLCC. The infinity pool on the rooftop is absolutely breathtaking; the view is a huge highlight! What made our stay truly special was the host, Janice. She is incredibly kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us resolve a significant issue, which we are deeply grateful for. The communication was smooth, and the security deposit refund was processed very quickly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. We would definitely stay here again!

Room and toilet was generally clean but a little dusty… skin was sensitive and developed some red patches.. toilet was good with working water heater. TV couldn’t connect to internet or Netflix cuz they disabled wifi connection on the TV. Very disappointed. Pool was under maintenance during our stay, however the gym was spacious and clean. Service was friendly and check in was fast. Prime location, walkable to nearby malls, although traffic around the hotel was slow. Cafe was mediocre. Overall, still a good stay if you manage your expectations.

The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to all the big shopping centers. You can really get all your shopping done in one go! ✌️✌️✌️ The only thing is, this yellow throw pillow had a smell 😭😭😭 I didn't bother to ask the front desk to change it, I just moved it away from me. 😂😂

Rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern decor. Free Wi-Fi and essential amenities made the stay convenient. Some guests mentioned that the rooms feel a bit dated and not ultra-luxurious, but generally they were cosy and well kept.

This is my favorite hotel all the time whenever i come to KL. This is because the location is near to my office, near to restaurants and grocery stores. It is much easier and convenient for the traveller like me to get food. About the cleanliness in the room, i can say it is 6/10. Why? because when I enter the room, I can spot someone's hair on the bed and on the floor as well which it is not cleared properly by the cleaner. There is also some stain on the bedsheets. In this situation, I can say u will get what u paid. With the cheap price in the center of KL, yeahhh u can tolerate a bit if it is for a short stay..

Amazing location, within walking distance to my 2 favourite Malls - Pavillion and TRX Mall. The apartment was also beautiful and well decorated , with amazing city views - Facing TRX Mall Gym + infinity Swimming Pool + sky garden + sky bridge with amazing views on the 37th Floor.

Room was quite narrow, hairdryer was broken for one of the rooms. Toilet is very small and the heater had some leakages. We put the please clean the room sign outside the door already but when we came back, our room was in the same condition as it was when we left. There is also weird smell in the corridor and in the toilet. Beware before you book this hotel, there is NO ELEVATOR. If you have a luggage heavier than 10kg i would not recommend you staying here. Location is good and staff was helpful to help us bring our luggage upstairs and downstairs.
