The room is just fine but without window. The location is average as surrounding there is only one mamak coffee shop and 7-11. Overall the price is a bit too expensive.

Overall, the stay at Value Hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience generally nice. However, one downside is the lack of a proper lobby or designated area for taxi pick-up and drop-off. It can be a bit inconvenient when booking rides, especially during busy hours, as drivers may have difficulty locating the exact spot.

We recently stayed at Kam Leng Hotel for 2 days, and overall it was a decent experience for the price. From Changi Airport to the hotel, it took almost an hour via MRT, which was manageable. Upon arrival, the hotel staff at the lobby were very approachable, friendly, and professional. Check in was smooth as we simply presented our booking confirmation. However, we were a bit disappointed with the room. The listing on Trip.com showed a room with windows, but the room we received did not have one. The only window was in the bathroom, and the view was just an emergency exit ladder. On the positive side, the room itself was clean and smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable and well-maintained. Amenities included a kettle, coffee mugs, and complimentary bottled water for two. The Android TV was a nice bonus for entertainment, and the lighting was adequate, with a dim option suitable for sleeping. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room whenever we were out. One issue we encountered was a power outage that lasted around 15 minutes when we returned to the room, which was quite inconvenient. Thankfully, it was resolved shortly. The bathroom was clean and well kept, with a reliable hot water supply. Despite a few drawbacks, for its affordable price, I would still recommend this hotel. It is also conveniently located just a short walk from nearby parks and leisure attractions in Singapore.

The stay was satisfactory overall. Cleanliness was somewhere between clean and acceptable, and while there is room for improvement, it was manageable. The location was average but not inconvenient (a 10 mins walk to the nearest MRT station, but you can get to the Serangoon station just by 2 stops of bus). Service was good, with 24 hours front desk and responsive staff. Facilities were basic, sufficient for a short stay.

Great for solo travelers, with plenty of other hotels nearby and convenient transportation links. It's also very close to the city center, making it ideal for business trips. However, the room was quite small. Overall, it's still a pretty good option.

I don't understand negative reviews, the hotel is good looks modern and the price is reasonable for Singapore. I took a bus from the airport and the bus stop is a few minutes walk, the metro station probably about 10 minutes away ( but there are some works on that line). There are stairs at the front doors so it's not easy with the heavy luggage. The receptionist offered me an early check in about 11 am, if I wait for an hour, I didn't have time but it's was a nice offer, I appreciate. To use the lift you need to use a key card. My room was between storage space and stairs so I couldn't hear other guests, only from the corridor. I didn't have time to check the restaurant and the rooftop. The room is quite big and very clean, in a good condition and well maintained. The bed is big and comfortable. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom. There is a kettle, mini fridge, a bottle of water, a few kinds of tea and coffee. The problem was to get the hot water in the shower. The first night I was so tired so just took a cold shower, the next morning I called the reception to ask about it, they sent 2 men to fix it ( maybe 1 I not enough, but they managed to figure it out). The receptionist told something about the WiFi password but I couldn't remember it or misunderstood, so I couldn't use it. I guess this kind of things should be written. A funny nuance: there is a suggestions form but no pen provided. Overall a good experience and I'd come back for another stay.

Twin Bedroom in Level 8 , This is a terrible experience, the room smelly and baby cockroaches appear in the room. due to the reason front desk changed room to level 9 and upgrade to triple bedroom. Level 9 housekeeper is gd and clean , for the triple bedroom is different to i stay double bedroom is last check in. Triple bedroom is clean and room facility equipment still.clean and well. Lastly complain on we found some Towel is start used on year 2019.

We were going to store our luggage before checking in, but luckily the front desk staff Mr. Faddilli assisted us for an early check in. We were very happy for the early check in. The hotel location is superb and the lobby is very spacious. But there were not much amenities provided for a 4 star hotel. Overall we are satisfied.

This is my honest review as a picky person. I always request for clean room as i have allergic. My first time stay in this hotel (while i hv try other hotel 81 but sucks). I have a doubt at first but woww! Cleanliness: no need to worry! 8,5/10 (even 5 star hotel also lack sometimes) Location: yes it’s geylang, but what to worry? Go out to street can see bus stop already. Near with aljunied mrt, but if u lazy to walk just take bus easy! U want find food, it’s geylang, just stroll around. Service: what to expect? Bruh i think excellent service is no need la, again it’s not 4-5 star hotel. But i can say the service during check in is perfect. And you can store ur luggage there. Room facilities: u got towel, toothbrush, the sampoo soap is in one container, so if u are picky like me just bring ur own. There’s no hair dryer ok.. bring urself.
