GGuest UserWe went as a 3 generational family and it was a perfect vacation for us! The villa was nicely maintained and decorated, and the food at the restaurant offered a good selection. We loved the pho bar and bahn mi in the morning, and being able to order a full barista menu at breakfast. Some points of improvement: - training for staff. Many of them didn’t speak English or wasn’t eager to help. Jenny at the restaurant was great, and housekeeping was on time and helpful. - the beach was incredibly dirty. Filled with cigarette butts and general plastic littering. It was something that was overlooked and I didn’t feel comfortable going back with my children after the first day. - some healthier choices for the kids table at breakfast would be appreciated. It was all sugar: donuts, marshmallows, chocolate eggs and muffins with chocolate sauce and jam. - the kids club was pretty sad and even though we had two children with us (6 and 4 years old), we didn’t even visit it once. It just seemed like a completely overlooked part of the hotel, and didn’t even feel clean. The new playground was lovely (when the sun went down) and it’s obvious that they are trying to continuously improve the resort (with the building of the new kid-friendly pool, and the landscaping). However, we don’t think we will return unless there are more activities geared for children. We ended up staying mostly in our own pool and brought our own games to play in the villa.

DDecz and Janet TravelsI had a pleasant stay overall, and one of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its location. It’s conveniently situated, making it easy to explore nearby attractions while still offering a relaxing environment. The amenities are also a standout — I especially loved the swings and hammocks, which added a unique and peaceful touch to the experience. They’re perfect for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings. However, the transportation services need improvement. The free shuttle to Grand World and the bus going to VinWonders were quite disorganized during my stay. There was no proper queuing system, and it often became messy and confusing, with guests crowding and cutting in line just to get on board first. This made what should have been a convenient service feel stressful. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for its location and amenities, but better organization of the shuttle and bus services would significantly improve the guest experience.

GGuest UserPros: There is bellman service available to help us take care of our luggages when we arrived before check-in time, so we could go for lunch without our heavy baggages. Even though we rejected the enthusiastic bellman who offer to bring our luggages to our rooms, as we were not used to it, he continued to serve us graciously when we were lost (since the room numbers all starts with 1 followed by the storey). Located next to the sea with a shallow beach, Seashells is a prime location for beach swimming and kayaking. Safety signs were in placed and blow dryers were installed to prevent slipping at the ground floor. Restaurant serves delicious breakfast. Cons: We didn't receive a welcome drink that was supposed to be part of the hotel's check-in experience. The check-in timing is 3pm, unlike most other hotels that offers early check-in, this hotel doesn't. Generally, Seashells is a great stay and deserves its 5 stars rating for its location, cleanliness and facilities. Safety is a bonus point, given that lift access requires a room card. Although we did not have the opportunity to experience the sauna and steam bath, there were many options in the vicinity.

包包姆The hotel comprise of 2-4 bedroom villas and the landscaping has a tv drama suburban vibe to it. The villas are spacious but the hygiene was just fair. Our kids developed rashes after frequent contact with the couches, which looked quite dated. The amenities were also so so, no body lotion / insect repellent as most hotels would have provided. The pool water was also a bit dirty, with quite a lot of dead bugs in it. The main pool was also small for a hotel this scale. I would say on the overall it was ok for the price and for my kids to experience a pool villa, but the entire Vinpearl complex is dated and kinda eerie. Staff were helpful and nice. But the hardware and maintenance were really three star max.

SSam_ooThe Location isnt within walking distance to anything but very easy to get around to places with a taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful, the resort is big enough to not need to leave for a few days, maybe even a week ! Multiple pools and sunbeds that we didnt have to fight for, drinks and food can be delivered to the sun loungers, even at the beach. The beach club was amazing and has views of the pool and the sunset ! I recommend going there ! It seemed easy for parents to do their thing whilst their kids play in the water and a very safe atmosphere, but also as someone who doesnt have kids, they have enough areas where you dont feel surround by children and families as well. The gym is great ! They also have various classes for adults everyday at different locations around the resort. There are multiple restaurants and happy hour every evening at the beach club. Breakfast was fine - theres variety but also the same options everyday, plenty to choose from but not much day to day variety - the egg station is great ! Any kind of egg any kind of way ! - Just make sure to go early to breakfast because it gets INSANELY BUSY from around 9am , people literally fighting over watermelon chunks. Chocolate hour is really fun ! But again everyone fights for those watermelon chunks even though there are endless plates of them ... but its a free hour with chocolate fountains so not too much to complain about there ! All the restaurants are great and one of them does a different BBQ style buffet meal each evening, theres also live singers and foam parties - theres so much going on and sometimes different every single day ! Had a great time, a really lovely resort overall ! (P.s they even left a birthday cake upon arrival! So kind!)

MMIKHAIL UDALOVGood to all travelers! We stayed at this hotel as a family. We rented two rooms. The hotel is new. No more than two years after the opening. The description of the hotel and rooms fully corresponds to the website. I must say right away that the hotel can be rated five out of five, everything else is not the fault of the hotel and its service. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. It is not surprising that suddenly reconstruction and equipment for a new tourist facility (hotel, shop, restaurant, etc.) can begin in neighboring buildings, but we must pay tribute to the fact that the silence regime is still observed. This is Saturday and Sunday, a complete ban, repairs are possible only from 8:00 to 11:00 from 13:00 to 17:00. HL Melody in the neighboring block is completing reconstruction for its own apartments, that is, it is expanding its offer. It is said that everything will be finished by March 2026. But I repeat, it's everywhere on the island and on Khem in particular. If you think that hotels such as La Grotta, All Sand, Paralia, ANN and others of this class of hotels will be better, then you are mistaken. Construction and reconstruction are going on everywhere. Unlike these hotels, the location of HL is much better, far from the noise of the crowd of vacationers, the noise of passing cars and bikes. Khem Beach is a 10-minute slow walk away. The windows of rooms 101, 201, 301, and so on overlook the rainforest. At night, we turned off the air conditioner and slept with the windows open in complete silence. In the morning, we were only bothered by the roosters of the neighboring village and the forest birds. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. HL Melody service: very good. The Ngoan concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: new and clean. Cleaning was carried out every day. Towels are changed every day. The linen is all snow-white and dry. Please note that there is an error in the description of one of the rooms. There is only one kitchen for self-catering and breakfast on the ground floor. In the lobby there is a stove, refrigerator, dishes, professional coffee machine, water, drinks, Two bicycles in free use. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. There's an elevator in the hotel, but you can't hear it at all. In general, the sound insulation is good. We recommend this hotel. The price is fair and affordable, and the service corresponds to the hotel class. I repeat that the problems of reconstruction are a problem of Phu Quoc in any new location of tourist clusters - Marina, SunSetTown, Khem, and etc.

MMIKHAIL UDALOVGood to all travelers! We stayed at this villa as a family. We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The landscaping with tropical trees and flowers is great. Bougainvillea is great. The night lighting of the villa is very impressive. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027.
