Overall, the service was decent. They offer one complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to and from the airport, which is a lifesaver considering the hotel is about a 40-minute drive away. Island transportation isn't very convenient or cheap, so this perk is really helpful. They also provide shuttle buses to Global Village, Safari Park, and Pearl Kingdom, though they run every half an hour. My only gripe is with the shuttle schedule for Pearl Kingdom: the final light show ends at 7:05 PM, but the last hotel shuttle and the last V-Taxi on the island both leave at 7:15 PM, which feels a bit rushed and impractical. Getting a taxi can also be difficult. There were a lot of Indian guests at the hotel.

На сафари и парк развлечений ездили на такси - 60 000 донгов в одну сторону, если заказывать граб. В отеле вкусный кофе, на завтрак можно выбрать рисовые рулетики, или булочку с омлетом. Еще пробовали смузи из авакадо, тоже очень вкусно. Ходили на пляж - минут 15. Приятно и просто прогуливаться по улочкам города. У нас был номер с двумя двуспальными кроватями. Один туалет с душем. Вода горячая, напор хороший. Спасибо за гостеприимство, рекомендуем.

I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Garden Phu Quoc, and one of the standout aspects was the exceptional room service. The team was prompt, courteous, and always ensured that everything was delivered exactly as requested. It really added a layer of comfort and convenience to our stay. The housekeeping staff also deserve special mention—they did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless and well-maintained every single day. Their attention to detail and consistency made a noticeable difference. Another big plus is the convenience factor. There’s a 24x7 supermarket located right opposite the hotel, which makes it incredibly easy to grab essentials, snacks, or anything you might need at any hour. The location of the hotel is ideal, especially if you’re planning to explore the northern part of Phu Quoc. It provides easy access to many attractions in that area, making it a great base for sightseeing. That said, one area for improvement would be the breakfast spread. While the variety is decent, it was surprising to see no Indian food options, especially considering that a significant portion of the guests—around 25%—appeared to be Indian. Including a few Indian dishes would greatly enhance the overall experience for many travelers. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay, with just a small scope for improvement in the breakfast offerings.

Nice location located inside Grand World & room equipped with all the basic amenities including hair dryer & minibar. Good Hot Shower and AC in room with daily housekeeping. Shim (believe is the owner) & her team members were very helpful and attentives with all enquiries. The hotel can help to rent scooter and purchase some attraction ticket nearby. Had a walk to Grand World & enjoy daily Water Light Show and do some shopping here. Worth to stay & will revisit again 🤩

The location on Google Maps is accurate. It's a 10-minute walk to a wild beach with a shady coconut grove and clear water. Be careful of unusual sea urchins on the seabed. If you step on something strange, just move away; don't try to feel what it is with your foot. The stop for the free 'marshrutkas' (minibuses) is 50 meters away. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room is simple but perfect for the price! It has a fridge, kettle, and smart TV. The breakfasts are excellent and varied. Even though we only had two breakfasts included, they brought a separate portion for our child. The cafe on the ground floor serves delicious food at very reasonable prices. Housekeeping is available upon request. The air conditioning wasn't working well, and we reported the issue. A repairman came within a couple of hours. I'm very satisfied with the value for money; we had a great time, thanks to this homestay!

The location of the resort is the USP. They have a wonderful swimming pool, there is a decent indoor kids play area. The breakfast spread is good, overall dining experience in the two restaurants in this property was fantastic. The front desk handling of customers is something which is the laggard. They can do a lot better in terms of customer service and timeliness in terms of responding to the guests. The private beach is also good. They have a e rickshaw service to Grand world which is no where to be seen in case you are looking to board it to return to the hotel.

The hotel boasts an extremely convenient location, right within Grand World and just a five-minute walk from the bus stop. Yet, it's situated on the very last street, so there's no noise from the cafes and entertainment of Grand World, though it's still literally a three-minute walk away. The building where the hotel is located, as well as the adjacent ones, currently have no other businesses or entertainment, making it quiet in the evenings and at night. The location is simply a 10 out of 10. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and responsive. They were accommodating with all requests and provided helpful information (where, what, and how to get there). The room is compact but stylish; credit to the designer. All the essentials are there: a kettle, a mini-fridge (not a full-sized refrigerator, but at least it's there), and a safe. Plus, there's a good Smart TV with excellent picture quality; we watched YouTube in the evenings. The mattresses are comfortable and good quality. What I didn't like were the glass partitions for the shower and toilet. Even though they were partially covered with an opaque film, you could still see (and hear!) the silhouette of a person 'on the pot' from the bed. I would have preferred more privacy in that regard. Also, something I've encountered in almost all hotels, and here too, are poorly cleaned floors. After showering and walking around the room in the evening, you go to bed with dirty feet. The floors should be cleaned better, maybe not every day, but at least a thorough wipe-down once a week. However, I've seen this issue in other hotels I've stayed at in Phu Quoc. The soundproofing from the corridor through the entrance door isn't great. When a neighbor walked down the hall in heels and clanked suitcases in the evening, it was clearly audible in the room. However, I couldn't hear anyone in the adjacent rooms (and there were people staying there); the noise only came from the corridor. Breakfast is available and quite decent, but repetitive. It includes rice, pasta, pho, eggs/omelets, fried battered chicken, sausages, toast with jam, coffee/tea/compote. I've listed the main items. The breakfast didn't change at all during our four-day stay. For a 3-star hotel, it's acceptable, though if you stayed here for a long time, the breakfast would get boring. If you're looking for a hotel for a short stay (3-7 days) to visit the safari, Grand World, and VinWonders, this hotel is an excellent choice due to its location, reasonable price, and sufficient amenities for a three-star level. For a long-term stay, probably not. Overall, I recommend the hotel; I wouldn't call the listed drawbacks critical.

The guesthouse is located in a commercial street with many restaurants, massage parlors, and coffee shops downstairs. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a large balcony offering a wide view, which is very convenient for smokers. The beautiful owner is Mongolian, warm and hospitable, and has traveled to many places in China. I would definitely stay here again next time.

It was the highlight of my Phu Quoc trip. Located right inside the vibrant Grand World, the hotel offers unbeatable access to non-stop entertainment. I spent my days exploring the charming Venice-inspired canals and visiting the Teddy Bear Museum. The evenings were even better, featuring the breathtaking ”Quintessence of Vietnam” show and the colorful lake performances. With endless dining options and activities just steps away, it’s the perfect spot for anyone wanting to be in the heart of the action!
