This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Kuala Lumpur; I've returned multiple times. It has a wonderful, lively atmosphere with tons of options for shopping and dining. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic, strong enough to wash away all the day's fatigue – that's one of the reasons I love Cititel. I don't know how many times already I came and stay here. Already have an experience also staying different room from Urban room, Premier room and even Executive Suite. Affordable price and if bored can go down and shopping at both Midvalley and The Gardens Mall

For those navigating the fast-paced pulse of Kuala Lumpur, this property offers a strategic advantage that few others can match. **The Vantage Point** Securing a unit on the 39th floor was the highlight of the experience. In a city defined by its dramatic skyline, this elevation transforms the room into a private gallery. As night falls, the sprawling city lights—highlighted by the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower—create a mesmerizing, cinematic backdrop. This expansive view provides a sense of openness and serenity, perfectly counteracting the intensity of the urban environment below. **Functional Sophistication** The room’s layout reflects a modern ”live-like-a-local” philosophy. Spacious and comfortable, very clean, and the water pressure is great. There are plenty of restaurant choices downstairs and across the street. It's really suitable for families with babies and the elderly. Even the living room is comfortable. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. After a long day of shopping, it was so relaxing to lie down in the living room that I almost fell asleep. The environment is also quiet. This will definitely be our top choice for future stays. The price is also very reasonable. I hope they can maintain this clean environment and price.

Stayed at Komune Living Bangsar and had a great experience. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around Kuala Lumpur. I especially liked the facilities, including the pool, gym, and co-working spaces. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a great option for both short and long stays, offering good value for money. Would definitely stay here again!

There were total of 9 of us with 6 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby. We booked for 3 rooms and asked to stay at the same floor. Check in was smooth. The receptionist was friendly. Room is clean and spacious. TV has variety of movies. The body wash and shampoo smell really good. We requested a baby cot, they delivered to the room which is a plus for such a kind gesture and understanding customer needs. Around hotel has kids playroom, sauna, gym and yoga room, swimming pools with sliders. The environment and atmosphere is really relaxing surroundings with greenery. Staffs are very polite, they greet every guest with warmth smiling. Breakfast is scrumptious with plenty of food and choices. The restaurant supervisor is very attentive, he helped us to change to a better seat as we are carrying baby. Overall we were very pleased and satisfied with our stay. Our requests were very well accommodated. We were impressed by the outstanding service provided by the hotel.

I've been staying at this hotel for over ten years, and it just reopened on April 1st after a renovation. The rooms look great, but most importantly, the service is, as always, absolutely superb. Everyone in the lobby greets you with a smile, and if you have any requests, they go above and beyond to fulfill them. The mall next to the hotel has also been re-planned and now features many high-end brands, making shopping incredibly convenient. No need to trek all the way to KLCC anymore! Plus, there are tons of specialty snack stalls downstairs. All in all, it's super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a pretty good hotel, clean and comfortable, with good service from the staff. However, the food choices within the hotel are limited, and there aren't many restaurants nearby. It's also a bit far from the city center and shopping malls, and the subway station isn't very convenient. The easiest way to get around is by private transport. If you're visiting the University of Malaya, which is right next to the hotel, then this place would be an ideal choice. The bread and cakes sold in the hotel lobby were a pleasant surprise, and guests even get a discount. The food was quite to our liking. A branch of Lanzhou La Mian (hand-pulled noodles) also opened behind the bakery, which is great for noodle lovers. After returning home, my family realized they couldn't find a certain item and called the hotel for help. The hotel staff was very polite and cooperative in assisting with the search. Their attitude was commendable and made us feel comfortable. We stayed here for three days and two nights, and for around 200+ Malaysian Ringgit, staying at a star-rated hotel like this is truly unbeatable. It would be even better if public transportation were more comprehensive and convenient. But then again, if it were, the price would probably be different, wouldn't it?

This was my second stay here, but this time, there was no foot mat provided. Overall, I was still quite satisfied. This check-in was a rush, so I didn't have time to take photos. The main complaint is that during afternoon check-in, the male staff member at the front desk had a terrible attitude! After he gave me the room key, I went up to the parking lot only to find that he hadn't given me the parking card, just a card sleeve. So, I used my Tng card to enter, then immediately turned around and went back downstairs to ask why there was no card inside the sleeve. He then picked up a card from the desk, I'm not sure if it was a parking card, and gave it to me. I asked if it would definitely work, and he replied, ”If you didn't come back down, then it would have worked” (???). I had an event to attend that day and was already running late. So I rushed back up, but it still didn't work – I couldn't scan it at all! I had to use my Tng card again, turn around, and go back to the front desk. There were other customers at the counter at the time, and I saw him assisting them. I waited beside him, and perhaps being a bit anxious, I unconsciously started tapping the card, making a ”***” sound. He interpreted this as me rushing him and suddenly turned to scold me in front of other people. I was a bit stunned and didn't have time to react. He then snatched the card and gave me a parking card for a different floor. I was absolutely speechless at that moment. He had already caused me so much trouble, making me go up and down multiple times, yet I hadn't even gotten angry, and he was the one who started scolding me! I was in a hurry to leave, so I didn't argue with him. Thankfully, the last card he gave me finally worked. It really ruined my whole day! However, the overall stay was still quite good, and I would consider staying again. I just hope this card incident doesn't happen again.

Nice personal Location needs transport to move to both malls, the Gardens and the MegaMall, or even to Nu Mall Add to budget travel cost daily on Grab or Bolt . Make sure your booking room have window 😅
