How to Upgrade Trip.com Membership Levels

To upgrade through Trip.com’s membership levels, you’ll need to meet the requirements for each tier. Here’s a quick look at what’s needed to level up:

How to Maintain Trip.com Membership Level

Once you’ve reached a certain tier, maintaining it depends on your bookings and spending within the validity period. Silver and Gold levels are permanent, so they never expire.

However, for Platinum, Diamond, Diamond+, and Black Diamond members, keeping your status requires meeting certain booking and spending thresholds each year.

If you don’t meet these requirements, your level may drop, but it will never go lower than Gold once you reach it.

For example, if you’re a Platinum member and complete 3 bookings within the year, your Platinum status will extend another year. However, if you’re a Diamond member but only make one booking in the year, your status would shift down to Gold.
