This was my first stay at The Parisian Macao. I'd previously stayed at The Venetian and found it huge, but The Parisian is just as big, if not bigger! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the central district of Macau, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Rua da Cunha is also nearby, offering plenty of dining options. The room was clean and tidy, and it offers great value for money. My only minor critique is that the perfume scent throughout the hotel is quite strong; I personally think it could be a bit lighter.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience.

I brought some gifts for my friends in Macau and bought some Japanese snacks and dried food for myself to take home. My friend wanted to treat me to dinner as a thank you for making the trip to Macau, even though it was an unexpected detour for me. He only had time in the evening after work. We usually eat quite late, so I had to stay in Macau for a day. Catching up with friends every two or three months is no problem, especially since I'm retired and have plenty of time. I always stay at this hotel. There aren't any major issues. I'm familiar with their procedures and practices. Plus, it's conveniently located on a main road with many bus stops, making it easy to get to and from the city center. Of course, when booking, you need to check the availability of rooms at competing hotels nearby. **Environment:** Good. I used their pool, and there were Caucasians, Koreans, and Japanese guests.

Overall, the hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The hotel staff also provided good service. The only drawback was that on the first day, check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM. We arrived around 3 PM, and despite clearly stating in our booking that we wanted a non-smoking room, the room was still not ready. We had to wait until past 5 PM to get into our room, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel did upgrade us to an inner garden view room, which had a beautiful view. During our stay, there was a Vivienne Westwood exhibition, which was very nice. The hotel also had regular performances, making it very suitable for children. Additionally, having the Yaohan department store nearby made shopping very convenient. For two out of our three days and two nights stay, the hotel's pool was closed, and we had to use the pool at the neighboring hotel. Although it was accessible through the mall, going back and forth took a considerable amount of time.

Our stay at The Venetian was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and spotless, and the hotel's luxurious environment was simply stunning. Having a shopping mall right downstairs made dining, entertainment, and everything else incredibly convenient. Cynthia and Miro provided exceptional, thoughtful service and even gave us a little gift. We were extremely satisfied!

Mainly, it offers excellent value for money. 1. Great location. 2. Good service, right from the entrance. The staff are generally enthusiastic and provide excellent emotional value. The service process and all aspects are well worth the price, and the front desk operates efficiently. 3. During my stay, I went to the Churchill restaurant and ordered room service for breakfast. However, shortly after eating breakfast, I threw everything up. I'm not sure why. 4. The slippers have good anti-slip properties, but the soles are too thin, making them uncomfortable to wear. 5. Being an older hotel, there are few bedside outlets. They should learn from other older hotels on how to renovate this. 6. The bedside tables are small with limited space, so they shouldn't put so many traditional items there just for the sake of it. Guests can't use them. Give the space back to the guests so they can put their own things there.

Absolutely loved my stay at Lisboeta Macau! What a pleasant surprise to find the Line Friends themed store there, I immediately started snapping photos, haha! The grand, elegant, and stylish lobby made a strong impression. Their Chinese and Western breakfast options were also fantastic, with a wide variety to choose from. I personally preferred the Chinese/Hong Kong style dim sum restaurant; the Hong Kong-style milk tea was seriously amazing! And I adored the borscht and char siu bao – I ate so much in the morning! The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. Even though it's an older hotel, it doesn't feel dated at all; the cleanliness and service were both excellent and very thoughtful. I'll definitely choose Lisboeta Macau again on my next trip to Macau! ど⚈₃⚈う♡

We're incredibly grateful! 💕 From the moment we arrived, our dedicated butler greeted us warmly, taking our luggage and offering hot tea. This meticulous service immediately left a great impression. We had mentioned our anniversary beforehand, and the hotel thoughtfully remembered every expectation – upon check-in, our room was already exquisitely decorated with warm touches, a handwritten card, chilled red wine, and a beautiful anniversary cake, all accompanied by a fresh and plump fruit platter. The sense of occasion was perfect, with every detail showing immense care. Our room was spacious and elegant, featuring a marble bathroom and high-quality bedding, ensuring ultimate comfort. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning view of Cotai's dazzling nightscape, with the Parisian Eiffel Tower lights perfectly framed, creating just the right romantic ambiance. The 24-hour butler service was always on call, and the turndown service thoughtfully included a sleep-aid spray and dessert, providing a meticulous and reassuring touch. The hotel's location is superb, offering direct access to shopping complexes like The Venetian and The Londoner, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The daily evening champagne sabering ritual was a unique St. Regis experience, adding a special touch to our anniversary. We sincerely thank all the staff at The St. Regis Macao for their dedication and enthusiasm, which made our anniversary exceptionally memorable and full of warmth. This is not just a luxurious residence, but also a place that holds cherished memories. We will definitely return in the future and will not hesitate to recommend it to all our friends. ❤️

The customer service was excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary and to our surprise, we got upgraded to a suite. The room was huge, beautiful, and clean, and they even gave us red wine and cake. It was a wonderful experience. There was a good variety of breakfast options, though paying the full price of 300-400 per person might not be worth it. The transportation is very convenient with a shuttle bus service, and the shopping mall is connected by a bridge to the light rail. It only takes two stops to reach Rua do Cunha. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic experience! The L'Occitane toiletries were a lovely touch and great value for money. The room service staff were also very friendly, and the front desk actively helped with luggage. The only minor downside was that the hotel facilities were a bit old, especially the hairdryer which was very, very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was also a lot of limescale in the corners around the bathroom.
