GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel opened this year, so everything is super clean and the facilities are all brand new. We arrived in Kunming at night, and it's really close to Kunming Station, within walking distance, which was very convenient.
Ambiance: The environment is also excellent. We checked in around midnight, and the kids were too tired, so I didn't get a chance to take photos. But as soon as we walked in, it felt so beautiful, like stepping into a cafe đ„°.
Service: The service was absolutely top-notch. The ladies helped us with our luggage, gave little gifts to the kids, and even showed us to our room. So thoughtful â€ïž.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located right in the city center, with a lively pedestrian street and plenty of great food options downstairs. The halal beef pancakes right outside are delicious and always have a long queue! If you turn right out of the hotel and pass Nanning Street, you'll reach Shuncheng Shopping Mall, which boasts numerous restaurants. The Wuyi Road metro station is also right next to it. You can easily walk to Cuihu Park and several other pedestrian streets from the hotel, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, including local Yunnan specialties like Er'si and rice noodles.
The hotel maintains the high standards of Sheraton (Marriott), and the room facilities are excellent. The lovely front desk staff even upgraded my room and gave me a fruit platter. My room on the 28th floor offered expansive city views. For transportation to Kunming Station, if you're in a hurry, I'd recommend a taxi as there might not be a direct metro line due to the complex underground structure of the old city. One suggestion I have is to place ashtrays (or poles) outside the entrance. This would prevent guests who step out to smoke from a non-smoking hotel from littering cigarette butts.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, super close to the airport, making it perfect for an overnight layover. The whole place is clean and tidy with complete facilities. There's plenty of hot water, and the mattress is really comfortable and relaxing to sleep on. The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise; my rest wasn't disturbed at all. The front desk staff were friendly and gentle, and check-in was very quick. The free airport shuttle service is very reliable, with frequent runs so you don't have to wait long. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the hot food is warming, which is great before heading out. The price is reasonable with no hidden costs. It's suitable whether you land late at night or have an early morning flight, ensuring maximum comfort for your travels. Highly recommended!

It's conveniently located on the second level of the airport, right above and below the departure and arrival halls, which is perfect for early morning or late night flights. The front desk lady was very welcoming and provided great service, even offering a welcome gift. The room itself was very quiet. The only minor downside was that the shower drain was a bit slow and somewhat clogged. I would definitely stay here again if I have a flight to catch.

Plus, they even extend breakfast until 1:30 PM, which is a huge bonus! The value for money is exceptional, and the location is very convenient for transportation. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

GGuest UserThe most satisfying stay of our entire trip! The hotel environment is clean and elegant, and the public areas are well-maintained. The room is spacious, with meticulous attention to cleanliness throughout, including corners and the bathroom. The bedding is fluffy and comfortable, and the double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, completely blocking out noise from the hallway. The front desk staff were patient and meticulous, proactively informing us about nearby attractions and local eateries. Any items we requested were promptly delivered by room service. Parking is convenient, the toiletries are high-quality, and the breakfast offers a rich and fresh variety. It's suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I genuinely recommend it, and I'll definitely choose this hotel first when I return to the area.

JjukachaThis time in this hotel we got the room on the first floor and this room was quite awful. Toilet is stinky and has problems with flushing, the window outside passing all the sounds from the street and it's annoying. Other rooms aren't so bad, but on the first floor better never choose.
