"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed for 4 nights during my trip to Singapore and it was a truly satisfying experience. The biggest advantage is definitely the location. It's just a few minutes' walk to Orchard Road and close to Orchard MRT, which made shopping and sightseeing incredibly convenient. There are also many shopping malls and great restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I could relax easily every day. The room was well-maintained, and I appreciated the complimentary mini-bar, bottled water, and coffee. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly. From check-in to check-out, their responses were quick, and they always greeted me with a bright smile, making my stay very pleasant. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I could see why the hotel's Carousel restaurant is so famous. If I visit Singapore again, I would definitely choose this hotel. I highly recommend it, especially for those planning a shopping and sightseeing trip."

"The hotel room was decent. Regrettably, there was no environmental protection card in the room, though housekeeping staff replaced my pillowcases with clean ones every day. The housekeepers were warm and friendly. I booked the room well ahead of time, and it offered great value for money in Singapore. The breakfast selection was not elaborate, yet all essential items were provided. The soy milk was thick and mellow, and smoked salmon was served on my last day. During my four-day stay, hot and cold dishes were renewed daily, which was a big plus. The hotel enjoys convenient transportation, around an eight-minute walk to the nearest MRT station. The hotel has several shortcomings: 1. Room facilities are rather outdated. My bathroom only had a bathtub with no separate shower enclosure. Installed against the wall, the bathtub made it hard to keep balance when standing inside, posing potential safety risks. Renovation suggestion for the hotel: install a standalone shower first if bathroom space is limited; both a shower and bathtub can be equipped only when the bathroom is spacious enough. Besides, low shower water pressure made bathing unpleasant. The bathtub tap delivered strong water flow, yet the shower head output was surprisingly weak for unknown reasons. 2. The hotel stopped providing bottled water for environmental purposes. It is recommended that the hotel install a water vending machine, as buying bottled water outside is quite troublesome. I had no idea how the built-in water filter dispenser worked and dared not use it. 3. The quality of complimentary toothbrushes was unsatisfactory. Some had leftover plastic burrs on the bristles and handle, requiring extra care while brushing, though not every toothbrush had this issue. Overall, the hotel is a pleasant choice and I would stay here again. I will bring my own toiletries and drinking water on my next visit."

"This stay was a pleasant surprise! Even though the place is small, it's very clean and well-equipped. I initially thought it would just be a large bed, but it turned out to be a bunk bed, which was surprisingly comfortable. It's really great value for money. "The room was newly renovated and one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the bathtub, which did not disappoint. The room was very clean and equipped with smart facilities, making the stay comfortable overall. However, the location was quite inconvenient. It’s at least a 10-minute uphill walk from Paragon, unless you cut through the buildings from Far East Plaza. There are also no nearby convenience stores, which made getting essentials a hassle. The restaurants within the hotel also appeared to be closed during my stay. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t consider staying here again unless I planned to spend the entire day in the hotel and rely on GrabFood for meals."

"Had a fantastic experience! This hotel is located in an affluent area, so it's quiet both day and night. They offer a shuttle bus to the city center, which is really convenient and saves money. The restaurant downstairs is also very peaceful. The hotel's price and location are both excellent. I've been to Singapore four times, and I've stayed here all four times. I'm definitely a loyal, repeat customer."

"I was back here after a while..there were some small changes here and there. Yes..keep it up for improvements! I requested for checking out at 1.00pm the next day and told the staff to take note so that their other staff would be aware as well. They said that it would be noted in the system. However, I still received a call just before 12 noon but I did not answer it as I was in the bathroom. Hmmm..oh well.. All else were acceptable for a short stay. Thank you."

"Our stay at COMO Hotel with the kids for a concert in Singapore was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, right in the heart of Orchard Road. Major shopping malls are just outside, and it's super convenient for the MRT, bus stops, and taxis. It's a peaceful oasis despite being in a bustling area. The service was meticulous and thoughtful. Check-in was efficient, and they offer Chinese-speaking staff, so communication was never an issue. The concierge and housekeeping staff were all polite and professional, and they responded quickly to our requests. The room was elegantly minimalist, the bedding was comfortable, and the mini-bar was restocked daily with plenty of mineral water, coffee, tea, Coke, beer, snacks, and the famous TWG tea bags. The amenities were comprehensive. The rooftop infinity pool offers an amazing view, and the gym is available 24 hours. Breakfast was a semi-buffet with a rich variety of options, including Chinese, Western, and local dishes. The freshly prepared food was delicious – I especially loved the croissants every morning, which you could pair with Kaya jam. The robot barista at the 6th-floor bar was a unique touch. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Singapore!"

The seafood is very good (although it is very expensive, more than 2,000 yuan for two people) 3. The surrounding transportation is very convenient. It is not far from anywhere, and it is also very close to the subway. 4. The hotel service staff are very warm. Disadvantages: 1. It's very expensive. Singapore is a high-consumption country. The area of the twin room is not very large, which does not match the description. It costs more than 2,700 yuan per night. And it is not suitable for people arriving on early flights. You need to check in at 3:00 p.m., and you need to charge more than 1,000 yuan for a half-day room if you check in early in the morning. 2. The hotel has been open for a long time, and the interior design and decoration are a little old. 3. The deposit is S$200, which is equivalent to more than 1,100 yuan, and it takes several weeks to refund the deposit."
