"Last minute booked this hotel which beside Huaqiangbei station/Mall华强北站/商场. The front receptionist who attended to me was Ms ZhuZhu朱朱,she was very helpful and courteous and facilitated my speedy check in process and even upgraded my room to 32 floors. The room was big and view to high rise building at ShenZhen深圳 was perfect. When i requested for iron, and she immediately activated the staff to assist to provide me with Iron and iron board within short period..Excellence service by 朱朱Zhu Zhu. She also provide me with wifi info, laundry and fitness info, the breakfast/ afternoon Tea and night snack timing as well. Pls conveyed my appreciation to her. The hotel location is extremely excellent beside 华强北 Mall. My room with pay breakfast which included after Tea and night snack. I did not try the night snack, but the breakfast and afternoon Tea meals were good. Good deal with this hotel- Huaqiang Plaza Hotel."

"The breakfast is excellent. Just RMB116 for a wide variety choice of the food. The service is good, staff in the restaurant is nice and helpful.
Bell boy as well as the staff at conciege are polite. This is my second stay in the hotel. My family and I enjoy playing table tennis at 5/F. Gym room is big with the very nice scenery of the swimming pool.

"Our stay at this hotel was lovely! The staff are very nice and helpful. We initially booked the room without the breakfast, but when we checked in, the hotel staff gave us a 2 free breakfasts! The buffet breakfast was great, with a large variety of Chinese and western food.
The location of the hotel is also very convenient. We took the high speed rail from Westkowloon station in HK and got off at Futian. We were able to walk from the Futian station directly to the hotel.
The room was nice and clean and the king sized bed very comfortable.
Overall we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel!"

"My last experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen was so fantastic that I didn't hesitate to choose it again this time! Bringing my family along, we revisited the first Hard Rock Hotel in China. The place is bursting with rock 'n' roll vibes, all elements I absolutely adore. The spacious bathtub in the room is the biggest I've ever seen in South China or Shenzhen. From the tub, through the glass, I could soak while taking in the magnificent views of the Mission Hills Golf Course – truly a feast for the eyes. Considering the excellent value for money, staying in such a uniquely styled, high-end hotel is absolutely superb! We also sampled the buffet dinner with outdoor BBQ on the 5th floor. With delicious food and fine wine, we ate until we literally couldn't walk straight! That was another highlight! Throughout this stay, Mark provided exceptional hospitality and assistance at every turn. I truly want to extend my gratitude to him!"

Our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were well soundproofed, spotlessly clean, and spacious. The smart assistant (Xiao Du) was a great feature; it allowed us to order takeout and have it delivered directly to our room without needing to go downstairs, which was incredibly convenient. The housekeeping staff were also very kind and helpful.

SSeraph526The room is clean and big and new. There are a lot of nice food around the hotel and the shui wei night market is just right below. The drinks in the fridge are comolimentary. What i like is their laundry servide which is free of charge. The front desk staff are very helpful guiding me how to order food delivery to hotel. The only improvement is when i got the room there is smoking smell but the hotel staff very quickly work on to remove the smell. The hotel breakfast also kinda good spread. The best deal is there is supper every night and is also complimentary.

1110237****Squeezing in a last-minute getaway, hehe😁 As many reviews noted, check-in was quite slow. However, I could tell the front desk attendant was genuinely putting in a lot of effort to find an available room and assign a suitable one. We were fortunate enough to get a room upgrade too. While waiting in line for check-in, a staff member offered us drinks and small pastries. Since it was already past 4 PM and we were quite tired upon arrival, this gesture was very thoughtful.
The seawater was indeed nice. From the balcony, you could see the free public park teeming with swimmers until very late at night. The waves were strong and quite high, and the kids had a blast. We even spotted small fish occasionally when diving underwater. The outdoor infinity pool was beautiful and very enjoyable to swim in. The indoor one, however, felt just so-so. The kids' play area was closed, so our main focus was playing in the ocean waves.
The information mentioned that dinner reservations were required, but tables were only held until 6 PM. Six o'clock, however, is the perfect time to enjoy the evening and witness the most beautiful sunset. So, making a reservation felt rather pointless; you could just go directly. Also, the weekend meal supplement was a bit pricey: 428 for adults, and 249 for children between 1.2-1.4 meters tall. The dishes were quite plentiful, with the most expensive item, small lobsters, limited to half a lobster per person. It felt more like we were paying for the ambiance than just the food. Furthermore, the package included breakfast for two adults and one child, but the child had to be under 1.2 meters tall. I felt that children under 1.2m are typically offered breakfast for free anyway, so explicitly stating it was 'included for one child' felt a bit like feigned generosity. However, there was a special discount if you added breakfast at the front desk.
Exiting the hotel lobby, if you turn right and walk up the road, you'll reach a seaside boardwalk where the water is even greener. It's about a 2km walk to Xiaomeisha, a nice option for those who enjoy strolling.
The travel photography service, highly praised in many reviews, was indeed great at teaching us how to pose. However, the 'fine-tuned' editing seemed to be mostly one-click beautification and wasn't really necessary; I would have preferred just the original photos.
Overall, if you're not particularly price-sensitive, you can definitely have a fantastic holiday experience here. A big thank you again for the room upgrade, which significantly enhanced our stay! 😄🥰

This time, I booked the Atour Hotel Beiyou for a dance performance in Houhai and Nanshan. The front desk staff kindly upgraded me to a deluxe king room. It was just as comfortable as I've come to expect, complete with complimentary capsule coffee, mini-bar beverages, and cookies, along with self-service laundry facilities. The room was more spacious than my original booking and even featured a projector. All in all, another excellent experience.

The music's soothing quality was so pleasant, it would even be perfect for car rides, making everyone feel at ease and enjoy the experience.
Additionally, they offered complimentary evening amenities like porridge, ice, and tea, which was a thoughtful and excellent service.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. They helped me to order the food at night when we were really tired and hungry. The receptionist came to our room and ordered for us. And helped again in the afternoon.
Moreover, they helped to order the medicines from drug store, my husband was sick.
Also, the room itself is really lovely, the design, and arrangements. It was clean and cozy. Everything was in two languages Chinese and English - really convenient.

11391879****This stay completely exceeded our expectations; it's truly a hidden gem of a resort! 🏝️ We had originally booked a basic room, but the front desk generously upgraded us for free! Our room was cozy and tastefully decorated, with all the soft furnishings thoughtfully designed, creating a truly wonderful ambiance. After check-in, the front desk staff proactively arranged a shuttle to take us directly to Building 40.
Our dedicated WeChat concierge was available 24/7, proactively sending us breakfast times, local guides, and helpful tips. They responded instantly to any small request, and each evening, they reminded us about the complimentary 'goodnight dessert soup' available at the front desk. The soup, served daily from 8:30 PM to 9:50 PM, was wonderfully sweet and incredibly soothing. Paired with a fresh and delicately presented small fruit platter, enjoying it before bed truly brought a burst of happiness! ✨
The in-room amenities were incredibly thoughtful; small touches like electric mosquito repellent and steam eye masks were provided, and even the mini-bar drinks were complimentary! The breakfast staff were equally attentive. This morning, we overslept and rushed to the restaurant just before closing, but the staff kindly told us not to worry and specifically extended the breakfast time for us! Upon check-out, we even received an unexpected farewell gift. It's clear that every single detail here is handled with immense care and thoughtfulness!!!

CCrystalHad an absolutely wonderful stay, starting with the easy checking in process with complimentary self service drinks. Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful explaining how we could order food online if we choose to dine in. The room was so beautiful and clean with charging cable that was provided. Amenities is provided for the stay and topped up daily. There’s a cute lil robot that delivers delivery. Great service, homely feel. We enjoyed the stay a lot.
